Phantom Screens of Central Florida

We are head over heels happy with our motorized screen installation! No more mosquitos, love bugs, and mud daubers! The screens seem to be much more robust and made to last compared to regular screening material. We had the wind reader installed to have the screens automatically go up in case of destructive winds come blowing through (since we live in a hurricane state). If we are away on vacation, we don’t have to worry if our motorized screens will get damaged as they will go up automatically to protect themselves. We also have access via a phone app to put the screens up or down from anywhere (we also have local remotes that we fixed to the inside wall near our main exits for the lanai and balcony). We had installed all but one opening with fixed screens on the top balcony so we can have a spiral staircase installed to the one opening for an cleaner look versus having a door installed. The ground level lanai has all motorized screens facing the pool and the side is fixed with a sturdy designer styled 8 foot tall door centered in the screened 13+ foot opening. The best part is we were able to screen our large outdoor kitchen bar opening in a way that no other product could do for us. Allowing us to have the area screened when not in use and open to the pool when in use. They really did a wonderful job. Came on time, finished on time, did a professional and clean job. It was worth every penny and I would absolutely recommend them.

We absolutely love our Phantom Retractable Screens! We live in an older home and have them installed in a detached outdoor living/kitchen area. The screens are magical, as they bring the outside in while opened and protect the inside from all the critters and bugs while closed. We have had them for 10+ years, so have had to do a little maintenance-but not as much as you would expect. The team at Phantom Screens of Central Florida, Angie, Phil and all the others, have been unbelievably responsive when we have had issues. They are sensitive to your desire to meet deadlines related to visitors or parties (when you want to make sure things are working) and will do anything possible to make it happen. In short, we love the product and we love the local team that keeps it working like new!

I hired Impact Retractable Screens last summer to repair my hurricane damaged screens. I expected to have to wait many weeks or months to have the work done but, they had my screens ordered and ready for installation in approximately 2 weeks! More recently, I called them for a quick service call re: one panel not running smoothly. They came out the next day, free of charge, examined and adjusted the errant screen and lubricated the tracts. Great customer service!

We were looking for a screening solution to our installation of WinDoors in our Sunroom. The solution provided by previous contractors did not work. We looked to the Phantom Screen application and have been thrilled with the product and the installation team! This is by far the best solution to our situation. The product is everything the literature implies and the installation is flawless. I would include photos, but to get the appropriate effect, it needs to be a video! Work was done on time and the team was cognizant of a pending hurricane and therefore, waited to install until we were cleaned up from the storm and ready. No pressure - just really good customer service!
