Peter amazingly transformed my downslope of 40 years of ivy overgrowth into, not 1 but 5 new garden living spaces!.......which now include: LEVEL..... Barbecue Courtyard Shade Cool-off Garden Raised Vegetable Garden Upper Lounging Patio Curved cedar garden steps with landing gardens in between Pete knows how to achieve a property's garden full potential and fulfilled all my outdoor garden rooms and even more than I wished for!!

Pete and his team were great - from the initial planning stages of our project to overseeing the install and fine tuning every detail. Scope of the work was well beyond simple plant selection and involved a modest regrading of the rear yard, extensive new hardscape (patio, stone walls, front walkway, new driveway, etc.). Communication and documentation were clear, timely and straightforward - and Pete was able to navigate a new set of subs that we brought to the job that he didn't have history with. Two thumbs up!

Peter and the team at Pedersen Associates took on a complex redesign of the front of my home on a compressed time schedule. I needed a building permit to complete my remodel. I had a concept of what I wanted. The topology of the building site required multiple retaining walls, three sets of stairs and two landing to reach the house. Peter listened, did two site visits and the team produced plans accepted by the local building department for permitting. Work was done on time, at budget and reflected my goals and objectives -- two thumbs UP!

Pete and Jake helped us conceive, design, and execute a major landscaping project, involving a complete revision of a 60 year-old "yard" and home facade. The property needed major help and there were a thousand different directions it could have gone, all of which would have been an improvement. Pete and Jake helped us identify and accomplish our objectives -- we love the outcome, and are grateful for their skills, professionalism, and patience.

My husband and I hired Pedersen Associates to help us re-do both the front and back yards of our property. We knew it could be something special but had no idea where to begin. Pete's ideas and creativity far surpassed anything we could have imagined. A 9-foot concrete fireplace? Spectacular! From the front gate to the bocce court in the back and everything in between we have outdoor spaces that are not only beautiful but get used on a daily basis. On top of that Pete and his team were fantastic to work with. We couldn't be more pleased.

Pedersen Associates designed and executed a huge backyard renovation for us, which included a pool, outdoor kitchen, bathroom, landscaping, extensive shade plan, and new decking all situated on a challenging hillside site. PA’s team is top notch. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and flexibility are unparalleled. We were very appreciative of their creativity during the design process, excellent communication throughout the project, and superb management of the entire project. We could not have done this without them! They helped us create our perfect backyard, which we will enjoy for years to come. We can’t recommend PA more highly!

Pete Pedersen helped us create an outdoor space in the back of our house where nothing existed before but a useless downhill slope. Pete and his team were very professional and helped us through all the stages of this project which was no slam dunk since a change in the Precise Plan of the City of Tiburon was needed. We are very happy with the end-result.

Our beautiful landscape project included a beautiful hardscape consisting of a large Bluestone rear patio and retaining wall, entry porch, walkway and foundation facing. Pedersen Associates was wonderful to work with. I do not have photographs to insert but could provide them.

Pete and his team were tremendous! Got our landscape plan designed and APPROVED in Belvedere quickly and efficiently. They listened to our needs and were able to incorporate everything we wanted. Our landscape project involved design development for a small back yard in a new planned community. The primary challange was to visually minimize the impact of three homes surrounding the parcel we first learned about pedersen associates from viewing photos of his projects. Pete pedersen's expertise and creative design, combined with the use of unique materials created an elegant focal point which resulted in detracting from the surrounding properties. Pete's many years of experience and knowledge of local sources, craftsmen and recommendation of the landscape contractor completed a great team that made the project successful and enjoyable. Pedersen associates lived up to every expectation. The finished project became a beautiful extension of our home for outdoor living.

We hired Pete in the middle of a disaster with a previous landscape architect and general contractor. Most people would have run for the hills. Pete dug in and created the most beautiful design. The lighting, selection of plants, and other design issues were spot on. Pete is also easy to work with and has a great sense of humor. I cannot say enough about Pederson Associates and highly recommend them.

Ha commentato: What material is the arbor?The trellis and gate are Western Red Cedar with a semi-solid stain. Composite material is tough when you try to make it do what forest products are really good at: milling.
