Contacted Paulette and requested a replacement cushion for large window seat as a “rush job” due to imminent family gathering. Paulette made house visit next day, took measurements, gave excellent advise on foam and fabric choices to prevent problems (mildew, sun fading) with previous cushion done by another professional. She brought a large selection of beautiful fabric samples and assisted in choosing an appropriate and pleasing fabric. The new cushion was made and delivered well in advance of family gathering and ahead of promised date. A few years earlier I had used Paulette’s services to make and install sunscreen blinds for 3 large picture windows and the results and service was equally impressive.

I have used Paulette's Home Decor services over several years, for a variety of window coverings. Paulette has always been prompt, courteous and helpful. She provided a wide range of samples and made suggestions which fit the style of my house and my wishes, as well as my budget. I've received many compliments on the products I've chosen through Paulette and have recommended her to friends and neighbours. When there have been any issues--usually technical and the manufacturer's--Paulette has responded quickly to resolve the issue. I have found her to be knowledgeable, honest and engaging. We hired Paulette for a consultation on installing blinds throughout our home. We found her to be very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Her advice on colours, types of blinds and decor for our home was extremely helpful. The installation of the blinds was prompt and done in a timely professional manner.
