I have worked directly with Paul Davis on numerous projects, working for another contractor myself they handle all of the trades that we do not (which are many). There has not been one project that has not gone smooth through the entire process. From the project managers to the lady's in the office, everyone is very knowledgeable, professional, and willing to go that extra mile for whom ever the customer may be. This is one of the few companies where I see the owners in the field just as much as the rest of the companies employees. I would recommend Paul Davis to my pickiest customer! I believe I have, and they have arose to the challenge and have never let myself or my home owners down. 5 stars all day long from this Contractor!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Chad, Tosha and Betsey from Paul Davis Remodeling for responding to and taking care of the necessary emergency services in the basement level of our home in Hilton Head following Hurricane Matthew. We had a leak from our refrig ice maker and we did not know it until too late. Our kitchen hardwood floor was warped badly in several places. Called Paul Davis and they responded immediately. They used advanced technology to suck much of the water out of the floor. They replaced all the warped boards and refinished the area they worked and feathered ii in with the existing floor. I could not even tell where they had worked from the rest of the floor. Price was very reasonable, could not have been more satisfied with Paul Davis. Jim Flynn

We had a water leak from our upstairs bathroom that came down into our eat in kitchen area. Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of the Upstate was able to find repair the leak, remove all of the popcorn ceiling, repair the ceiling and paint. It looks beautiful and will increase the value of our home. They also remodeled the upstairs bathroom, as it was outdated and with the leak behind the wall of the tub, we decided this was the best thing to do. They walked us through the process and everyone we worked with (tile, drywall/painters, electrician, plumbers were all very professional and respectful of our home. They did an amazing job on the bathroom and we couldn't be happier. We do plan to use them again for some future projects we will be doing.

I found Paul Davis R&R to be an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. This was the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. While they were not the cheapest pricewise, the cost was worth it in the end. You made us very happy. Thank you again.

Ha commentato: What was the total cost for this house renovation and remodel?Yes, but the exterior work was minor in comparison. We spruced up the front porch. However, a back porch addition is the next planned project.
