It took 2 months from order to installation ro get 21 windows installed. It took 5 months to add trim that was missing from kitchen window, properly seal window from a dining room window, and replace the incorrect hardware on one bedroom window. Still left missing 18 screw covers, fixing an inverted screen that also protruding. For my delayed completion I was offered a miniscule $150.00 discount and an oops. Wow!

Room itself nice. Customer service response horrible. We have had an ongoing infestation of stink bugs in the room, exterminator our twice, no improvement. Problem was evident before room completed and roofed, Patriot aware. We are 9 months out and CANNOT use the room. Plus, the stench from the stink bugs is awful. Mike and Jim have known about this, no help until now BECAUSE they want the remaining balance. And trying to get them out here was impossible. Loved the offer of a 5am appt.!!!i would suggest another contractor.

We had Patriot Sunrooms build a 4-Seasons Sunroom and Deck for us. We are very pleased with the quality of their work. Their workers were outstanding, very professional, always neat, organized and very knowledgeable. We have had several people stop to tell us how beautiful it looks. We highly recommend them and will use them again for our next project.

We love our sunroom and practically live there. Patriot's construction team was polite and completed the job. We would have expected, however, a company who has built as many sunrooms to employ sub-contractors with greater skill. Some drywall was taped poorly, window sills had to be replaced, siding outside had to be done and redone, and redone. There were leaks where water puddled inside, and the final "cleaning" of the 9 foot glass ceiling was done when they could not see the footprints on the outside or the hand imprints on the inside. Still, we love our sunroom. I just wish their people knew a little more about how to do their jobs.
