The doors are great and look terrific. However, the Service is poor at best. I submitted a service request on July 23rd, 2023 with pictures and additional documentation notifying the Service department the access door would not close. The online submission was after a call with the Service team who asked that I submit my claim online to start the process. On August 3rd, 2023 (11-days later), I received an automated e-mail notifying the claim was being reviewed. Then on August 25th, 2023 (22-days later) I received a call asking to schedule a technician for September 1st, 2023 (7-days later). Had I waited this would be 40-days until someone visited to inspect (and hopefully repaired) the access door. This would have also been 40-days the door to an outside accessible area would have been open. Had someone had negative intentions they could have just walked right into our home. Fortunately, I was able to contact a local contractor I've worked with in the past who sent someone to fix it. Again, the doors look great, but if you need Service you'll most likely be on your own to find someone.

I like to wait a bit before reviewing such a major purchase. We have a 12 foot opening with four panels. We could not be happier!! This was for a new home and this is our 2nd spring/summer with the doors. They work flawlessly and keep our home so cool with a large cross breeze. I’m happy we opted from a cute screen option ($$$) but too many bugs here to not have the option. The only tweaking needed is occasionally (twice a year) is the screws on the track need to be adjusted to account for the humidity. We have Vicious gator s here in Western Ky on the lake and not one drop of water has made its way into the house. Just make a re you have a qualified installer . Our contracts r had never done these doors but he is very good and tech support for install help was awesome

My experience with Panoramic doors has been far from perfect. I am giving a 4 star because we do love the doors and our sales person has worked hard for us. We purchased a four panel door and hired Panoramic's installers. They did a poor job and it required three additional visits over an extended period of time to get the installation correct. We then ordered a screen and it came the wrong size! We went most of the summer without a screen before finally getting the correct one installed by a factory technician. This technician was very friendly and did a great job. Lastly, all four glass panels were badly scratched when they arrived all the way around the perimeter and we worked for over a year to get them replaced! When the factory technician who installed the screen saw the glass, he went back and placed the order. I received a call from the factory last week that my new panels are complete and they are going to hold them for me till next Spring when the exchange can be accomplished. I hope this happens without further issues and will update my review when it is finished.

I ordered 3 of these Panoramic Doors and they are amazing! I ordered two more to replace some sliding glass doors. I have now ordered a total of 5 doors and I could not be happier from beginning of ordering with Paula to the finish of install with Jim.

We had a minor issue with our door handle. After submitting a request through the website for corrective action, the wheels were in motion. Within a couple days they sent out a technician who not only resolved our handle issue, but completely inspected the entire installation. The company not only provides a high quality product, but additionally the after-sale support that seems to be lacking in most companies in today’s world.

Great product. Went with aluminum frame which is worth the extra money. Install is not that difficult as long as opening is square. Doors open smoothly but took a little time to figure out correct adjustment. The only issue was bottom holes drilled for door handle were off and needed to be adjusted.

I live in WI and have only had these doors installed for the summer. We have the aluminum 3 pannel black model. I did the install myself because after reading other reviews I quickly realized the negative reviews were mostly due to poor installations or sagging headers or failing footings. The installation was a little complicated and I have a few ideas on how to simplify the process and make a more consistent fit, but that’s for another review. At the end of the day I love these doors so far. They are a talking piece when we have company over and it does the job of bringing the out side in. The screen is definitely necessary to keep bugs out in WI. The screen is definitely finneky but it works. These doors are beautiful, they seal tight so far and operate flawlessly.

Nice doors. A little awkward in their design, but work well once you get used to them. Awful experience on the delivery. Was given multiple excuses that frankly did not make sense. So feel that they were not honest with me. Communication from the factory was awful -- and insincere. I would be very careful ordering from them.

As an installer these doors were a dream to put in. They are easy if you follow the guidelines and make you look like a superstar. While also giving the homeowner a terrific life changing product. Customer support gets 5 stars also. They were there the whole way even after a 100 changes. Stop looking and buy here

I thought i was buying a great product, unfortunately turn to be a big mistake. Their costumer service is the worst, they really dont care about their clients. Paid alot money for my doors, their glass is the worse. If anyone are interest on their products, think before buying. Action speak more than words. It been more than 2 years but no feedback on their part. They really don't care..
