I'm Larry Pace a licensed general contractor for 25 years. I have specialized in aging in place and handicapped bathrooms for the past 15 years. I enjoy working with people to help them improve their quality of life. It offers me a lot of satisfaction in my life too. The services I specialize in are: - Convert Traditional Bath Tub to Barrier-free Shower - Convert Traditional Bath Tub to Walk in Tub - Install Safety Bars and Wheel Chair Ramps - ADA Accessibility - Universal Design Bathrooms I have been a part of the evolution of handicap/aging in place tubs and shower equipment over the years. I have a deep knowledge of the equipment and solutions having worked directly with many manufacturers, physical therapists and geriatric physicians. I am qualified and happy to work with all types of budgets. No matter what your current situation I will work with you to guide you and help solve your mobility challenages. Larry is an amazing resource! I feel so grateful to have found him. He is professional, fair, courteous, and talented. He shows up on time and finishes on time. He repaired dry rot on my roof and fixed my electrical and did a beautiful job. Larry works with integrity and pride in his workmanship. He picked up where a previous handyperson left off, that did not do as stellar work. I trust Larry 100 percent! I cannot say enough good things about him. Next time I need help he is on my speed-dial. You will be in the best of hands with Larry!

I was impressed and thrilled with my new house addition! I have a home at The Sea Ranch that Larry and Pace Construction built a small addition on to. The Sea Ranch design guidelines are strict, and he was very accommodating with my desire for specific design details. Methodical and professional to work with, he really knows what he's doing, from interior renovation to building a house. During the job, I additionally asked him to take a look at my hot water tank that had been giving me problems. Another contractor had looked at it the month before, didn't fix it and changed me $120. Larry let's me know I only need a $40 part that he can install in 15 minutes — and he did. Larry is agreeable, honest, and efficient. That’s why I’ll be hiring him again for some interior renovation I need, and why I recommend him to my friends.

I'd recommend Larry Pace to any and everyone. He was remodeling my friends bathroom down the street and I ask if he could do mine. Boy, am I glad I did. What a beautiful job. He left everything spick and span and even loaded the demolition trash on the trailer behind his pickup and hauled it away. My friend had just fallen and broken her hip so was in a wheelchair. When he did hers he even removed the 24" door that was there and replaced it with a 30" one so she could get the wheelchair into the bathroom. He matched the door & hardware to everything that was in the house originally, so a future buyer will never know it was remodeled. Oh, one more thing. I recently went with my friend to her son's house that Larry had remodeled the kitchen. What a beautiful job. He had to remove a wall, new cabinets, counters, range hood, etc. He even had to cut a new door from the outside into the house. What excellent professional work.

He installed a walk-in bath tub for me. No easy job in my small bathroom. His work was excellent. Had to remodel the wall to even get it in. It looks like it has always been there. Left the job site probably cleaner than it was when he started.

Larry is great. Very honest and helpful and he doesn't try to nickel and dime the way a lot of contractors do. He did everything from helping with my electricity installation and rerouting to installing LED lights to painting. Thanks Larry!

Suzette Sherman Design

I have had the pleasure to work with Larry Pace on a number of projects. He is easy to work with accommodating my design requests. He makes good suggestions but is always most interested in the right solution for a client. He has a wonderful personality and likes working with people. I find him very professional and respectful of his clients. Many of his clients are up in age yet he visibility works hard to make them comfortable and feel safe. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him in the future too.
