Project delayed but they are working to speed it up. Quality of work to date is good overall. We will give an update post in 3 months to report on how they did & what the finish looks like.

Orchestrate were the architects on our project in Clapham having met Ross at Honeywell School. Carl the architect was fantastic and we got permission for a larger extension than most of our neighbours on the street. Once party wall awards are completed we look forward to the build team completing the works.

I have worked with Orchestrate on x2 projects since 2015 and will continue to use them and recommend them to others. My wife and I engaged Orchestrate in 2017 to renovate our house in south London. Working with Clapham-based architect Granit, the team remodelled the downstairs to give us an extended kitchen/diner, utility room, washroom and cellar workshop, as well as a new bathroom and redecorated bedrooms. This was the biggest project that we had ever undertaken (perhaps rashly, we sank all our savings into it). It was every bit as stressful and time-consuming as everyone warned us it would be. Without Orchestrate and Granit, though, we'd probably have imploded. Or gone bankrupt. Even though we engaged them separately, the two companies worked excellently as a team, and guided us through the hazards of unforeseen building challenges and product supplier delays with calmness and patience. The building work was completed to a high-standard and - critically for our financial well-being - more or less on budget. When something went wrong, Orchestrate were always attentive and prepared to go the extra mile to fix it, even coming out at weekends on occasions. And when it came to remedying the defects - their last chance to get it right - the team took real pride in leaving us with a home we could be proud of. Orchestrate is a young, ambitious company that priorities excellence and customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to fellow homeowners.

Ross Malone and his team at Orchestrate were contracted to convert an industrial building in Fulham to 2 residential apartments. The project was complex and required very detailed knowledge and attention to all trades and skills. Orchestrate's pricing was very competitive but standards were never compromised and the work was completed to a very high standard. Ross was always available and prompt with his response to any communication. He was very sympathetic and helpful to aesthetic requirements and his willingness to operate beyond the remit of the project helped greatly to alleviate potential stressful situations. The project finished on budget and on time which has certainly not been my experience in the past. I have no hesitation in recommending Ross and Orchestrate and in fact I am now looking at further projects on which we can work together.

In Summer 2016, we undertook a full house renovation, extension and built a soundproofed garden room for use as a recording studio at our house in South West London and hired Ross and the team at Orchestrate to carry out the works. The project manager, George, was very helpful from start to finish and the entire team had great attention to detail and were a pleasure to work with. Working with Orchestrate has been a real pleasure. I have done two shoots now with both George and Ross at Orchestrate have really enjoyed both shoots. There communication has been great, and the quality of the work really shows. Both shoots have bene totally different, and demonstrate how creative Orchestrate are. Ranging from a Victorian conversion, to an old studio overhaul. I would highly recommend them, and look forward to the next shoot.
