From meeting my needs at the first meeting, to getting the installation done as promised, Opening Act Windows and Rose went well beyond what I expected. First, the selection was almost too much. Thanks to Rose, I was able to describe to her what I wanted and she pointed to product that meet my needs. As we selected product, she kept me on tract to my final goal. When what I selected was beyond my budget, she helped me find lower cost alternatives that meet my desires. Every thing was ordered and product arrived slightly early. Installation went very smoothly. They arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. All excess was removed and no mess was left. The installer knew his job and did it with precision and great skill. I cannot express adequately how happy I am with what I got. It really has changed the feeling of my home.

I highly recommend Rose Mendoza, owner of Opening Act Window Fashions. I was unsure of what I wanted. She asked me questions and was able to figure out what MY wants and needs were. From there, she gave me several options. We discussed the pros and cons of each and we came up with a window treatment plan within my budget. I had two rooms done with shutters and one room with shades. Wow! What an amazing improvement, inside and out! The installers were professional, friendly and the job was completed on time. I couldn't ask for anything more!
