It was great working with this company. Our Telecab 17 elevator was installed and is fully functional and we love it! Bob was our main focus and explained everything that we needed to know about the elevator and its use. Bob has a great attitude and very enjoyable to communicate with. If there are issues, (normal in most projects) they deal with them immediately and resolve the issues. Great experience overall!

We had a difficult issue with our elevator. There was a noise coming from an unknown source. It was not straight forward to figure out and seemed like a minor issue that could be put off. Bob and his guys refused to do that. They kept on it until they knew exactly where the problem was coming from. The subsequent repair was also time consuming and was done professionally, thoroughly and without complaint. They were terrific throughout. Just the best. Cannot say enough good things!!

From frame to finish Terry, Shannon and their techs were very responsive to any questions and concerns during this process and where extremely helpful and professional until we got our inspection. Nationwide Lifts solved our desire and need to offer handicapped accessibility when we tripled the size of our store, Witch Dr. in Salem MA. They were extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional from our initial call right thru the seamless installation of the wheelchair lift. We couldn't be more satisfied with the finished product. Nationwide currently provides our maintenance and assist with the back of house details associated with inspections. DR. approved and highly recommended.

Terry and Bob of Nationwide Lifts of Massachusetts installed a lift for our new home several years ago, the break in period (and learning period) had several events requiring minor "tweaks" to the system along with educating the us on what to do and not do. Thanks to their professional approach to solve each problem and respond to our needs in a timely manner our experience with our new lift has been a great, I highly recommend consulting with them before purchasing a lift anywhere else.

When we built our home and installed the elevator, I was a little concerned about the possibility of something as complex and expensive as an elevator breaking but no matter what minor issue arose (i.e., sand in a track), the company addressed the problem either guiding me to resolve it on the phone or stopping by the same day. That included the weekend as well. Highly recommended!

Nationwide Lifts of Massachusetts were extremely helpful with us and our contractors, who had never designed or built a house with an elevator before. We were uncertain about many things, and they were always available (and still are), informative, timely and on schedule. They certainly know how to adapt to the needs of the customer and produce the perfect elevator for your needs. As a wheelchair user and paralyzed from the upper chest and down, I needed quite a few adaptions, and my family needed to not carry me so much. My elevator is perfect, functional, attractive and was on budget! Thank you NLofMass!

Terry and her team did a wonderful job installing our home elevator. The cab is beautifully done to match with the surrounding floors and doors. In terms of service, they have been fantastic, even coming out on the weekends to do repair work. They also have spent considerable time with us educating us in the proper usage of the lift and ensuring that the occupants can safely exit no matter what. If your looking for a home lift, we strongly recommend Nationwide Lifts.

Nationwide Lifts of Massachusetts are true professionals. The quality and due care were apparent throughout the bid and eventual selection process. We still use them for servicing the lift they installed at our residence and will be working with them again on another project for our house. Bob and Terry are great to work with!

Nationwide Lift installed an elevator that was a tremendous help in aiding my Dad to get in and out of the house. Nationwide Lift did assist us greatly with the purchase and execution of the project. However, it would be an easier transition if they used their own construction company and electrical company rather than a customer having to seek each of those companies out especially when there are very specific requirements to install an outdoor elevator on a home for medical purposes. We needed to install an elevator for our handicapped son and we got several estimates from companies though out Massachusetts. Bob from Nationwide lifts of Mass gave us the most complete estimate including detailed information about the installation process and his experience with installing residential elevators. The service Nationwide lifts provided was excellent. Bob and his staff were very professional and completed the job as scheduled. Nationwide Lifts paid attention to every detail and made the whole process very easy and stress free. The maintenance and service provided by Bob after the installation has been extremely timely, reliable and dependable. Nationwide are truly professional. At the very beginning everything seemed difficult for us to wrap our minds around. They guided us through everything and gave our contractor detailed instructions on all the requirements needed to install our elevator. Our contractor wanted them to inspect his construction before the delivery was scheduled to make sure everything was exactly the way it was needed and they accommodated his wishes without hesitation. We have been enjoying our elevator and have service from them several times since installation. Everything happened just like they said it would happen, delivery, installation and service call have all been top shelf

nationwide lifts was open honest about the costs of a wheelchair lift., that instantly gave me confidence in them. Other companies seemed dishonest and sly. Putting in a lift at my home felt daunting, but nationwide guided us through construction, making sure everything was coordinated correctly. They maintain my lift, so I don't worry about it. A person answers emergency service calls immediatly, and they respond very quickly. The owners treat me with kindness and respect and will do anything to help me. they r a wonderful company,

Nationwide Lifts of Mass was recommended by my builder as the installer and service provider for a new construction 3 floor condo. Clean install, in person instruction and service contract (at a very reasonable yearly cost) was provided. The lift has been in use already for several months with no glitches. Appreciated their follow up and attention to detail.

We love our elevator - it has made a huge difference in our lives. We went into this project rather intimidated because we knew nothing about home elevators and had no one to talk to about them. Luckily, we found the Steens. Bob and Terry are a husband-wife team who are totally helpful, competent, and reliable. We think we were just plain lucky to have found them. We bought a brand new model with front and back opening doors so it would be most easy for my husband who is wheelchair bound. As is often the case with new models, this one required a little tinkering and perseverance but Bob and Terry have the aptitude and patience required. On our first use, on a Saturday night, the elevator wouldn't operate - Terry and Bob were at our house within 30 minutes of our frantic call, made an adjustment, and we were on our way to our friend's birthday party. Since then, our elevator has operated perfectly, but it is nice to know that if we ever have a problem the Steens will be here immediately. I am delighted to be able to recommend both Nationwide Elevators and the Steens - both have made our lives much easier!

Great job & experience. Everything as promised & delivered on time. Worked well with my GC who TOTALLY messed up and got fired. Because of my AWOL GC, I would have preferred to have had a check list of items the GC is responsible for to stay on top of him. GC dropped the ball on many occasions causing wasted trips by elevator installer and delays.

We hired Nationwide Lifts of MA to provide and install a three story elevator, with sliding doors, in our remodel. This Company, as well as Bob and Terry specifically, went above and beyond the norm to see to it that we were able to get what we wanted, and needed, for this project, as it was no easy task. The elevator is top notch, provides an incredibly smooth ride and exceeded our expectations. They were wonderful and easy to work with and readily available to speak to us at any time. I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for an elevator install.
