Ninzan Studio is a design-build carpentry company based in Sarasota FL serving Sarasota and Manatee County areas including Lakewood Ranch and the barrier islands. Company owner and operator Xavier Garcia Jr. founded Ninzan Studio in 2009. He completed a Bachelor of Design Architecture degree from the University of Florida in 2003. After several years of architectural internship, he transitioned into a hands-on approach in design and construction concentrating in carpentry as a skilled trade. He has a keen eye for details, high level of craftsmanship, and brings architectural training and practical construction experience to each project. Ninzan Studio offers design and shop drawing services so that you may "see" your project on paper before any work is built. Regardless the size of your project, Ninzan Studio will provide the highest level of craftsmanship to meet and exceed your expectations. Xavier and his crew installed a custom built breakfast nook, an entertainment center and full bar. Both with mirror backs, glass shelves and mood lighting. We had originally hired an interior decorator to put our ideas on paper. I ended that relationship as she had no idea how to sketch our thoughts. In my following extensive and detailed search; I found Ninzan Studio. As a professional engineer, with an eye for detail and accuracy, I feel that I have a very good perspective of the quality provided by Ninzan Studio. The quality is second to none. Xavier and David's (finish carpenter/foreman) attention to detail was picture perfect in every way which included a white glove cleaning of all rooms that may have inadvertently seen any dust (though this was kept to an extreme minimum). Clean up was conducted daily. Xavier creates a complete project schedule and maintains project progress through it. Another nice thing is that this company really listens to what you are looking for. NInzan Studio is just finishing installing wall panels with hidden fasteners at custom home for us. They have A+ journeyman craftsman and their work is excellent. They keep the job site clean during the project and are proactive on solving any issues that have arisen. We would highly recommend Ninzan Studio for any type of carpentry work needed from custom trim to cabinetry.

Xavier Garcia, Jr. and his team at Ninzan Studio are truly exceptional. They are industrious, prompt and have an eye for fine details. They installed hurricane code windows in our home and their work could not have been more outstanding.

There are HUNDREDS of Contractors in our area, but few that I would rate as true "Craftsmen" like Xavier Garcia, Jr. and his crew! Had them recently install new front doors and the job went SO smoothly. Like most jobs, it had it's "challenges" but Xavier is a great problem solver and always found the right solution. The finished product was so beautiful; the neighbors are already drooling! I hope to have another chance to work with them; finding someone who is so talented, a great communicator, respects your home, and produces a beautiful finished product, is someone you would want to hire, again and again!

Xavier Garcia Jr. of Ninzan Studio did a great job designing and building a custom yoga garden for our home. Ninzan Studio also designed a side deck with built in planters (hydroponic) and a custom vertical garden planter. We were pleased with the vision and detail that Xavier brought to the project. Great work product, highly recommended!

Xavier and team installed the cabinetry for my kitchen. Xavier did incredible work with the highest level of competence and paid attention to every detail (not just the kitchen cabinets and island, which is what I hired him for). He provided great recommendations for my entire renovation project, a 1950s old Florida home. It turned out incredible and I highly recommend using him and his team!

We were introduced to Xavier at Ninzan Studio by Michael Gilkey Inc Landscapers. We’re very happy with the fence he designed and built. Most appreciated though, Xavier listened to our needs and worked with us to come up with solutions as the project moved forward. Ninzan Studio is a small business and the project took time but, in the end, Xavier’s personal attention to detail made all the difference.
