Bought 2 pc. Extended warranty on washer and dryer. Having problems with dryer. Called the place who the warranty is with and nfm only put the washer under warranty. Now have to contact someone else to contact someone else to fix the problem and the warranty won't get fixed till next week. I will be without dryer for 7 days until I can contact warranty company to even get it scheduled to be fixed. Nfm said this happens alot. This is so unacceptable

Ordered an item for delivery to a different state. Delivery cost was determined by my zip code. The sales pages described “white glove delivery” as unboxing and taking away shipping materials. Upon receipt the company refused to this and documentation said door to door. I called NFM. They declined any responsibility and said it was up to the shipping company regardless of what their documentation said. If you can get your item elsewhere I suggest doing so.

Absolutely the worst professionalism and customer service I have experienced. I was very excited to purchase my first new appliances, my excitement soon turned to anger. We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and washing machine. The delivery men were very nice but the refrigerator door was on the wrong side and they said they couldn't switch it for us. We had to spend hours switching it ourselves. The refrigerator was scratched on the front and the washing machine had what looked like wet and then dried paper stuck on the inside of the drum although they swore it had never been turned on..... None of which was there when we looked at them on the sales floor. When we called to complain, they refused to make it right . I will not buy here again. Horrible experience!

Another great project at our home with NFM. They brought my design to reality. After a successful complete home flooring project (wood, porcelain tile, carpet) at our home in 2016, we again looked to NFM to provide all of the hard surfaces (porcelain tile, marble counters) for our Master bathroom remodel. All materials were brought in advance so the installers had everything they needed when they needed it. I have to especially compliment Dean as NFM's installation supervisor. He has been incredible to work with on each of our projects. We're already planning our next project and we will definitely use the NFM team again. Thank you Tim and Dean and the entire NFM team for another great product.

The five stars is for our sales consultant Steve Foster. As long as he continues to be on staff I will go to him. I had and continue to have issues with some of the electronics I have purchased. Steve has always been responsive and accommodating. He never seems put upon and always is helpful. Very few companies have the luxury of an employee like Steve. we are very appreciative of his high level of service

The NFM KC team, Steve Foster and his installation team in particular, were amazing to work with. Came out to the house at no cost, explained very clearly what the recommendations were, and went above and beyond. Any and all questions and assistance was answered timely, and someone was always available. When our next project comes up, they will be my first call.

When recently appliance shopping we were able to receive pricing from January in April here because I had pictures on my phones of he appliances we had our eyes on. We were treated with respect and not pressured in any way. I will return in the future and would recommend this company to others.

We recently bought engineered hardwood floors from NFM. I keep raving about the quality and how great their installers are. They were quick and efficient and very careful in moving my furniture around. The installers really knew what they were doing and were quiet and polite. The floors are GORGEOUS! I'm a very happy customer!

We are in the process of remodeling our new home and as we have completed areas we have purchased home furnishings. After shopping around at local stores, we continue to return to Nebraska Furniture Mart because of their expansive selection. Helps to everything under on roof in order to conceptualize the look you are trying to achieve. Additionally, our salesperson was flexible and professional.

They have a huge facility and lots of ideas on display. Great pricing and great financing programs if needed. The only Con that comes to mind is that the store has to many sales people wandering around.
