There was no one that I wanted to help us with our renovation but Natalie. When we first met Natalie she wanted to know not only what we wanted the house to look like but also how the renovation would serve us better. She had great insights to lighting, hardwood and other aspects we would have never thought about. With her opinions and guidance, I was able to relax about the decisions being made and although the renovation process was stressful, it was a lot less stressful with Natalie around. She responds to my questions promptly and is always so positive about the process even when there is a roadblock (or two). I cannot say enough good things about Natalie Chong and Nest Design Studio.

I wanted a complete personalization of a high-end condo in West end Toronto. Nest supplied overall concept and then created the look through a new paint palette, careful purchase of stock items, custom made furniture, bathroom vanities and credenza

Natalie was able to beautifully decorate our new house on very short timeline! We are extremely happy with the results and would never have been able to do it on our own. She was very available to us during that time and accommodated our busy schedules.

Natalie is an absolute joy with which to work. She has updated the much of our home - living room, dining room, family room, foyer, kitchen, and master bedroom. EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walks in our front door immediately raves about our living room. If they see the rest of the house, it earns rave reviews as well. She sourced new furniture and beautifully combined it with existing pieces. She updated our paint colours, window treatments, rugs, hardware, headboard.... She has very professional, talented contacts to take care of window treatments, reupholstering, framing etc. She is pleasant, efficient, prompt, and talented.

I met Natalie a couple of years ago....I wanted to "refresh" the look of our main floor living/dining area. I was just finishing a second floor bathroom reno when I hooked up with Natalie and wished that I had her help from the very beginning. Since that time, I've gone on to renovate the third floor of our house which included doubling the size of the bathroom and replacing all the floors. I found it quite overwhelming to go into the stores ... too many choices! Natalie was able to steer me in the right direction and keep me focused. Natalie has always been professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I would totally recommend using Natalie regardless of the size of job. I didn't realize how difficult it can be just deciding how many lights in a bathroom, where should they go? Her insight goes a long way ... thanks Natalie ... I couldn't have done it without you!

Natalie was a pleasure to work with! Her expertise, patience and guidance through the whole process provided us with peace of mind and confidence that we would love the finished product. She has a keen eye for detail, amazing style but is also respectful of the direction her clients want to take. In addition, she was able to expertly navigate between my husband and I who have very different tastes! In the end, we were both very happy with the outcome! Natalie has been amazing to work with. I had a budget, which she was happy to work with and I couldn't believe how well she incorporated my style. I tried for months to finish my main floor, but kept returning stuff because it didn't feel right. Just after a couple of weeks working with Natalie I can't believe how good I feel in my space. I should have called her earlier and not wasted so much time trying to do it on my own. She is very professional and a dream to work with - thank you!!

I can't recommend Natalie Chong more; her taste is impeccable; she has an innate ability to balance items, colours, textures in such a way that the end result looks very natural, never overdone. When we went shopping she was chosing items that had no sense for me but once put together, everything looked amazing. I had asked her if she uses Feng Shui principles and she said no; it seems to come naturally to her. She puts lots of time to get to know her clients; she is very resourceful and time/budget conscious and reliable. When she says she will call you, she calls. For my project, she had to start everything from scratch and it was not easy: a basement in a weird shape. I needed a living room and a bedroom for my son; I wanted a place that would feel homey on a budget. She truly made it happen and our lives have truly changed for the better; it is a pleasure to come home.

Natalie was very helpful in adding some small updates that had big impact in our kitchen/dining room. We only used her for a some small updates to spruce up our room, but were very happy with her work and still reference all her ideas.

Natalie helped me with a 'refresh' in my home a few years ago (new lights, paint colours, rugs, etc). She is now helping me with our renovation. She has an excellent eye and is great to work with. She's very responsive and really helps keep you on track. Would 100% recommend her.

Natalie and Nest Design Studio have been a pleasure to work with on my condo redesign. After several initial meetings where we set the vision for the project, Natalie worked up options for everything from paint colours to light fixtures and indoor/outdoor furniture.
