New England Kitchen Design Center

I remodeled 3 bathrooms using New England Kitchen for the vanities and counter tops. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with this experience. They were extremely helpful in selecting the design and answering my questions. They delivered everything on time and the quality was first rate. The best service ever.

New England Kitchen & Design Center planned a beautiful kitchen for us, paid attention to every detail and came on site on several occasions to ensure that the project was progressing as planned. Tracy started with the design of our kitchen. She had fresh ideas which were exciting, making the project fun. As we progressed with our project, Scott and Tracy collaborated with us on numerous occasions. They helped us with design and color ideas including outside products like our flooring. We used carpenters who were not from New England Kitchen, no problem! Scott came to our home to review every detail of the job with our carpenters and to make sure every part of the order was complete and to his specifications. Anything that was not 100% perfect, Scott made sure any problem was rectified properly. Any questions which arose were always answered promptly. After working with other kitchen designers in the past, we would only work with New England Kitchen in the future. Scott, Tracy and Nancy were a great team and a pleasure to work with; knowledgeable, ahead of deadlines and excellent work quality.

I could not be happier with my new laundry room! Scott worked with me on taking my needs and ideas and morphing those thoughts into a room that meshed with the rest of the house. He knew what touches needed to be added to give the room a finished look and asked thoughtful questions that forced me to consider other alternatives. He came up with a beautiful solution to keep laundry baskets off of floors (to prevent tripping over them) which added a cool feature to the room. I would highly recommend working with this company and if I decide to remodel another room I will definitely use him!

We recently contracted with New England Kitchen Design Center to remodel our kitchen. We had an idea of what we wanted, but were looking for professional guidance. Ultimately we decided upon the Brookhaven custom cabinets, which are finely crafted from solid hardwood and made right here in the northeast, in Pennsylvania. The cabinets look beautiful, and the team from New England Kitchen Design Center was extremely helpful and efficient from start to finish. They have years of experience, are professional, knowledgeable about design and functionality of a room, easy to work with, and have a great rapport with their contractors. They worked masterfully to get the job done on time, and we are extremely pleased with the results. I was especially impressed that the stated work was completed in the allotted timeframe, despite the fact that they had to work around a holiday, and lost an entire day due to a storm. Scott, owner and project manager, stopped by often to check on progress and kept everyone on time and on task. His scheduling and follow-through was impeccable. The contractors, electricians, plumbers, and painters all did a quality job. From beginning to end, the entire experience of remodeling the kitchen could not have been better.

Our experience with this company was positive from the beginning to the end....with so many choices available, Nancy was right there to guide us in choosing the right kitchen and bathroom for our new beach house. We were very impressed with the kitchen designs that Scott created and grateful for his ability to utilize every bit of space.
