Mr. Nazmiyal has a fine collection of Moroccan rugs. I have an antique red Moroccan rug that I bought over a decade ago in Marrakesh. It is a beloved fixture in my home, but my two cats have slowly abused it over time. I took it to the firm to see what they could do to repair it. Alen told me that they might not be able to fully patch the balding spots, but they would do their best. After six weeks, the rug was ready. When they showed it to me, it seemed to be the same glowing rug that dazzled me when I first beheld it. It looked completely natural. There were no noticeable flaws. They did a fine job!

I was looking for THE PERFECT PERSIAN RUG for my library and after hours and hours searching online at eBay and a dozen different vendors, looking at hundreds if not thousands of rugs, I found THE perfect and perfectly gorgeous rug at Nazmiyal, for a nice price. Their personnel are extraordinarily kind and helpful, a pleasure to do business with, and when the rug arrived (extremely quickly, I might add), it was even MORE BEAUTIFUL in person than in the pictures. There is nothing to top the exquisite coloring of antique Persian rugs -- they are indescribably beautiful and this one is absolutely exquisite, soft, clean, glowing jewel colors that bring my room to life. In fact it is so beautiful that I am putting it into my formal living room and moving THAT Persian rug -- which is nice but NOT as nice -- into the library.
