Sonali shah

A year back, my wife and I started looking out for a professional who could design our first home in Mumbai. We did not know anyone in Mumbai and someone directed us to Houzz.com. That is how we met Sonali Shah. Both of us cannot thank our stars enough for getting connected with Sonali. As anyone of you would know, your first home is always special. So was it for us. I have never been involved in house making activity and it was our first such experience. Sonali turned out as friend, mentor and guide for us. While my wife and I went through period of anxiety, happiness, excitement and frustrations (as would happen in any project that has your financial and emotional investment), Sonali was rock solid support. Right from day 1 she came across clear headed and handled situations very maturely. They say, too many chefs spoilt the broth. You would invariably get numerous people involved in your house build up, but if you have someone like Sonali around, I can assure you it will be fine. Sonali was like a conductor in the orchestra of our house making. While we had our shares of skepticism during earlier phase of the project, as for the non-creative creatures like us it is not possible to envision the bigger picture that creative Sonali had in her mind; as our house started taking shape, we continued to get amazed. The final product (we shifted this month) is a taste of class - each place in the house is unique, vibrant to give my girls a colourful childhood and great use of space to allow sense of freedom. The house blends with our identities so perfectly that it is now an extension of us. The joy that I see in my girls eyes as they enjoy every part of the house is priceless. Sonali made our house, our home. More importantly, we got a life long friend in Sonali - so that was the icing.

There is a fine line between a balanced remarkable style and comfort. Objects and materials need to blend in a way that strike you while soothing you at the end of a long day. Sonali has achieved the perfect balance of aesthetics. Further, not only it is easy to discuss ideas and design desires with them but they are also fun to work.

Sonali has been a pleasure to work with. As seen by her photos on Houzz, she has always found a creative way to incorporate different items into her projects; skilfully, blending designer pieces with her other sources to achieve one-of-a-kind results. She is able to achieve a look that is both soothing and beautiful, creating spaces that are traditional, contemporary, and all styles between. Perfect understanding of the clients requirement and putting the dream ideas of the clients to reality this is the thing Sonali does.. She plays with a lot of lights being flashed on the white color to give a new look to the house evrytime we want. the materials used by her and concepts she gets in the house are really different and unique.. Living in house just changes the state of mind of a individual. Sonali main USP is the utilization of the space at the best, she could turn the house into something bigger then in your dreams. Sonali is fantastic to work with. She is organized, professional, and flexible.
