From the first phone call to Mulder Construction to the finalization of our sunroom construction project, our interactions with Silas Mulder and their entire crew were exceptional. Silas worked with us to carefully design and ultimately deliver a three-season sunroom that has become a favorite room for us, as well as our pets! The beauty, quality construction and attention to detail speak for themselves. Silas always communicated timelines, kept us informed of work to be done and responded quickly to our questions. Our sunroom has greatly improved the enjoyment of our home and was a wise investment. I only wish we would have built it years earlier!

We interviewed several builders for our sunroom and deck project. Our project was difficult due to being on a very steep slope. As a former builder and building instructor I had a fairly good idea of what would be involved. One company came in extremely high, one was so low I knew it could not be done for that price. One refused to do the work while another never returned with a quote. We were about to settle one a Four Seasons dealer from the GR area, who we were a bit skeptical about when we happened upon Mulders at the builders show. Silas came to our house a couple days after the show. Right from the start we knew we were talking with a true professional. Thier price point was well within our expectation. When the work started, being experienced in the field, I spent a little time closely watching the builders. Within a very short time I knew there were better things for me to do. Jordan and Bess, the deck crew were truly professional and maticulace in their work. They were also very friendly and personable. The sunroom crew, Brian and Gary were next. Just like the deck crew they were personable, maticulace professionals. It was a pleasure working with Mulder. We can't be happier with our new deck and sunroom. We had three bids for a four season room. One was three times the bid from Mulder and the other was ten thousand more. Mulder built ours from the ground up and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Mulder for any project based on our experience and the quality of work that they did, Silas was great to work with.

We had Mulder Construction Group build a 3 season room on our home in the fall of 2016. We can not say enough about the professionalism of each and every person that we had contact with . They stayed true to the bid ( which we all know is few and far between). The owner kept us informed and involved each and every step of the way...even if the crew would be late that morning to work! The men that worked on the addition did a great job and the craftsmanship was great! Best of all they were respectful ,courteous , and pleasant. The job was done on time and we were very pleased with the end result! We loved them so much we have them quoting more work. Use Mulder Construction Group ...you will not be disappointed!

Wow! I highly recommend this company for any interior or exterior project that you can dream of! I have had them complete two very custom projects for me and I am beyond satisfied and impressed with the completed masterpieces! First of all, Mulders Construction Group took on a project of adding a very complicated, custom sunroom onto my home, even when other builders told me it would be too complicated. Silas Mulder took much time and care to ensure the project would work and be superior! The resulting sunroom is my favorite room in our home and we use it all of the time! The second project I asked Mulder's to do was a complete demo and reconstruction of a master bathroom. The space was limiting, but again with much time and vision, the resulting bathroom is incredible! Silas really listened to my vision for the space, incorporated all the materials I wanted to have in it and this awesome team was able to deliver a beautiful master bath! I am so pleased by the quality of the work, the thoughtful effort to ensure a timely and budget wise project, and the awesome team that work for Mulders, that I am signed up for a third project starting soon! I am confident that they will continue to excel and knock out another masterpiece for me!
