From the elaborate Victorian to the quaint French Country Cottage, our building capabilities are as far reaching as your very own imagination. Since 1982, we have built over 450 custom homes. We also provide remodeling, additions and renovations to transform your existing residence into a home of spatial innovation. In addition, we have built a number of dental offices and other commercial spaces.

Jeff Muellner (Muellner Construction) and each and every one of his team members receive our highest recommendation. During the process (and now even 6+ years after moving in) they have had a customer-first mentality, with unmatched quality while meeting timelines and keeping budgets in check. Jeff and his team (when you build, you realize how vitally important subcontractors are to the project---these subs have worked with Jeff for years) have been absolutely terrific to work with and have been very accessible. We had many options and interviews multiple builders---choosing Jeff (Muellner construction) was certainly our first great move.

Jeff Muellner was one of four builders that we interviewed for construction of a specialized basement project. His knowledge, ability to solve problems, and rapport with various subcontractors was apparent during the preliminary walkthrough. During construction, Jeff was regularly on the project and made himself available to discuss specific interests of ours. When the project was completed, we were and still are impressed with the level of detail, craftsmanship, and quality of the finished project.

I have built three homes,and by far Muellner Construction has been the best experience that I have had.Our home came in on budget and on time. Excellent subcontractors and everyone was extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend Jeff Muellner for any construction project.

Muellner Construction is by far one of the top builders in the Chicagoland area. From start to finish they exemplify professionalism. Regardless of architectural plans Jeff and his company have professionals who deliver the goods from workmanship, deadlines, budgets, communication, and style. Our home is now 10 years old and is like brand new. His quality is the best and even after the construction crews are gone he follows through with all/any issues that may arise. I still depend on him and he is always there for us. You won't find a better builder or professional. A+++++++

Throughout these years, we have developed a strong relationship with the owner Jeff and his clients. Jeff is very professional from the start to the end of a project, his coordination & scheduling is done in a timely manner. At the end of the project Jeff always says thank you and appreciates all that we do for him. Thank you for your business over the years, we look forward to continuing to build our relationship.

As an architect who designs high end custom homes and having worked with Muellner Construction for well over 20 years I can, without the slightest hesitation, state that this company exemplifies all that a building company should be, and then some. My favorite statement from Mr. Muellner is; "I built it exactly the way it is on the plans." That's not totally true......he, more often than not, builds it better! I recommend Jeff Muellner to anyone that asks "who would you use? As a testament to this I had Muellner Construction build my personal home and it is now the pride and joy of both my wife and myself.
