I was receiving an error code on my tankless water heater that another company was not able to fix. The technician that work on the heater was on-time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He described the causes of the error, explained all my options and potential outcomes, and kept me informed of the progress as he serviced the heater. It is now performing like new (12 years old).

Installed/replaced 70 gallon water heater & expansion tank for $1,570. I knew what I was paying before they started. I told them my needs & they gave me recommendations. They were able to do the work the next day. Very professional & did a great job. .
