Design-build residential remodeling experts. Since 1983, Oak Alley has been a premier design-build company for the Greater Birmingham area. We offer unique solutions to individual properties. With work ranging from large to small additions, major to minor kitchen remodels, master baths to hall baths, and whole-house renovations as well as smaller room-specific projects, there’s never a cookie-cutter approach to Oak Alley design-builds. Each project is designed around the unique needs, budget, and space of the homeowner. Whole House Renovations $125,000 to $850,000. Kitchens $40,000 to $200,000. Master Suite Additions $95,000 to $350,000 Finished Basements $45,000 to $225,000. Room Additions $65,000 to $300,000. Decks $5,000- 120,000. Outdoor Kitchens: $5,000 to $180,000. Bathroom Remodel: $5,000.00 to $95,000. Garage Additions $75,000 to$350,000. Ranges are from our experience; actual costs may vary depending on the scope of your project.

I can't praise Oak Alley enough! We had a good feeling Mike from our very first meeting and were more and more impressed as the process continued. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient and talented. He and his team listened and made excellent suggestions that we'd never even considered. The end result is better than anything we'd hoped for, or even imagined! Having worked with other design and construction companies in Birmingham, I can without a doubt say that Oak Alley is the absolute BEST!

Oak Alley, Inc. did a complete update to a large storage home on our property with insulation, sealing windows, adding insulation, power and a heating and air unit (and helped clean it out on top of it all), built a new beautiful mailbox and updated and repaired a few things within the residence (new bathroom towel bars, re-caulking shower and tub, etc.). Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. They far exceeded expectations and have already spoken of additional projects and updates with them. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. Everyone at this company cares and work hard to make one's renovations go smoothly. I would highly recommend Oak Alley, Inc.
