We worked with Mike on designing and planning our garage addition. Mike's professionalism, follow-thru, detail and expertise all contributed to a fabulous design for the garage and breezeway/mudroom. Mike was able to provide expertise and experience around the site prep requirements. He also has great design-sense, so he came up with some great options on how to blend the new garage with the existing house to achieve a cohesive look. We highly recommend Mike and we will certainly hire him again for future work on our house.

We were referred to Michael to help us design a master bedroom, master bathroom laundry room, and deck addition to our house. Michael met with us to discuss our needs and then walked through the area where the addition was planned to be built to gain insight for his build plan. Michael offered several very good options for us to consider for the addition. Michael spent some time developing a conceptual design and met with us again to show us his ideas. He presented some amazing design options to maximize the look and feel of our addition. Once we gave Michael the go ahead, he refined the design and met with us once again to get our final approval. He provided detailed drawings which we were able to submit to the county to obtain our build permit. Michael's drawings were approved without any revisions necessary! Our experience with Michael has been top notch and we could not have expected more. He delivered everything we needed for our addition and provided build plans in a timely manner. Michael is very professional and comes highly recommended by us. We have not broke ground at the time of this review but will be starting the excavation work within two weeks. Therefore, there are no photos to submit with this review.

Michael is a superb design professional that shows great creativity in design while balancing the site opportunities and limitations the home is to be built upon. His extensive construction background helps him understand cost to construct within design requirements. Michael has designed several high end custom home projects for our company and our clients and I could not be more pleased with the final architectural product! His plan sets are very well detailed, complete and very clear for the various construction trades. Michael is a complete professional and works extremely well who can understand client objectives and budget constraints. I highly recommend, without reservation, Michael Perez for any custom home project - new or remodel.
