Our Process Our service is unique within the building industry – we assume total responsibility of your project from concept to completion. There is an initial meeting with one of our design consultants and a walk through of your home to gain an understanding of how your family currently lives and what your needs and wants are for achieving your ideal home. Using that information in a design brief, our experienced designers will create a design solution for traditional or contemporary home extensions and for renovations based on your needs and lifestyle, the outcome you hope to achieve and your budget. The next step involves a site measure of your home, including internal and external photos. We will then prepare a concept drawing and cost estimate together with a specification brief outlining fixtures, fittings and features that are included in the estimate. Once this is complete we will arrange an appointment to meet with you to present and discuss the proposal. Any changes to the design are made and a full specification is issued. It is not until you are completely satisfied with the design, specification and cost that a commitment to go to a fixed cost contract is required. Once contracts are signed the project goes into our construction schedule in order to obtain the relevant permits. Each project is allocated its own building manager to follow the progress of the project and to keep you informed every step of the way.
