We had the best experience building our pool with Downes. From the conception of the project with the owner, Mike to the execution with our project manager, Brian--every single thing went smoothly. The follow up and attention to detail has been amazing. And we are very happy with the way they service our pool for us for weekly cleanings, too. We LOVE our finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone considering putting in a pool.

Since then, for the last seventeen years, they have serviced it weekly as well as opening in the Spring and closing it in the Fall. I have worked with Downes for 8 years. In addition to our annual pool maintenance, they have done several pool repairs and installed new equipment as our large, in-ground pool is aging. They refinished the pool and installed new coping. They have also done special projects for us including installing an autocover, repairing fountains on the property, and installing custom fire features by the pool. Downes' work is high quality and their service is prompt. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are competitive and they are extremely flexible in addressing our needs. Most importantly, Downes is committed to meeting customer expectations - no matter how high.

Downes put in our pool in 2003, and we have been using their services ever since. We are extremely happy with the company and would highly recommend them. In the last 14 years we have had routine maintenance, parts not working correctly as well as special requests for different events we have hosted. Downes has handled all the above. They are accessible, professional and very good at what they do.
