Started in 2004, MAK Construction was created with the concept of building high end custom homes. We have since branched out into the industry in many areas from the expertise we have acquired and the people who have joined us along the way. We believe we deliver the best outcome (quality) with the best timeline (rate and speed of construction). We have successfully grown our portfolio by having our trusted people and vetted subcontractors by our side. At MAK, we are all part of the Team. Always working with our Clients best interests in mind, we have established many long standing relationships. We are committed to and pride ourselves on our Team's professionalism, expertise and quality workmanship. We found Mak Construction to be somewhat creative however the workmanship, pricing and follow through lacking. The company had trouble staying on schedual.

Interesting as we ended up having to sue to be paid after kubitz continued to make multiple changes to the job and expect us to absorb the cost and basically tried to have her house done for free. Consistent delays created by the client, as well as problems induced by the client were almost daily occurrences. To put it in perspective, we had the ROC out to review our work which was proven to be absolutely correct and above standard, and during the ensuing court battle, kubitz went through 11 attorneys. MAK was awarded our monies as kubitz was 100% wrong. We are over it. Apparently she is not.

The MAK team built my house and were amazing. As anyone knows who has built a house---it is a long-term investment of time and resources. In my case, by partnering with MAK, it was a complete success. They not only build a great house but we became friends in the process. The house was featured in Phoenix Home & Garden and numerous other publications.

We had a great experience working with MAK Construction on the renovation of our home. Our team of Tim and Pat were responsive, creative, and efficient. They were very mindful of staying on budget, and all of the components of our six month project were completed in a timely manner. We are planning to work with them again on future projects.

Professional, hard working, detail oriented, and focused on client satisfaction. MAK construction is a builder, not just a general contractor. Their crew is not afraid of getting their hands dirty to complete a job or take on a task when subs aren't around. MAK uses co-construct to manage projects and keep architects and clients connected with project and budget updates. We have worked on several projects with them and look forward to more in the future.

Ha commentato: Who makes the vanity and vessel sink?The cabinets are custom built for the space, the vessel was purchased directly by the homeowner.
