Our building philosophy is simple. We build homes one at a time with attention to all details and to the highest standards in the building industry. One of our specialties is classic colonial style woodwork coupled with modern materials and amenities. Our complete woodworking shop enables us to create and/or duplicate fine millwork, moldings and cabinetry whether it be period specific or contemporary custom. We are a fully equipped general contractor with long relationships with some of the best sub-contractors and craftsmen in the area. This enables us as a team to complete projects in a workmanlike, professional, and timely manner. Spencer & Company takes great pride in personally doing all the carpentry from framing to finish.
