Kitchen lighting project that included installation of six new canned lights and one light fixture, scraping the ceiling to be flat, repairing holes made by the electricians as a normal part of the project and finally painting the ceiling. It was a three day project in two steps. Matt Brownlow was responsible for this project. Matt arranged the project to meet our schedule and was considerate of the Holidays. the contractors (both electricians and painting crew) were on time each day, respectful, neat in their work and cleaned up well when finished. It was Matt's recommendation to remove the scalloped ceiling and make it flat and I agree that was a good decision that really enhanced the look of the kitchen overall. I am very pleased with the outcome of this project. I would hire this company again.

Brownlow is excellent. Everyone who works for him is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They show up when they say they will and do excellent work. If there is a problem, they respond quickly and make it right. They do not leave trash or signs in your yard and clean up as they go. We have hired them at two different times and for two different big jobs and were very satisfied both times.

Brownlow and Sons Co. Inc. did an outstanding job on a construction project at our home.....we added a portico to the front of our house, had the entire house painted and also had 42 shutters replaced on our home...Matt Brownlow managed the project for us...he was easy to work with, always was timely in responding to questions we had, met our deadline, and was committed to finishing the project on budget...Matt interacted well with the subs on our behalf....overall, a true delight to do business with!!!

Matt Brownlow helped us on a major renovation a few years ago. We couldn't have been more pleased to have chosen Brownlow and Sons. Matt is still my "go to" guy when I need contractor help around the house. He is prompt on returning calls, emails, texts; and gets the job done. A great guy to work with as well as all the people I have met at Brownlow and Sons.

We have used Brownlow and Sons for 30 years. They have renovated and expanded our home our home in Buckhead 3 times and are now renovating our condo. Not only is their work always excellent but their workers are as nice and trustworthy as one could wish. It is wonderful to know that I can leave a key for them and not worry about anything. That combination of quality of work and people is extremely rare. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We would not even consider using someone else.

Currently, we are undergoing a renovation in the master bed and bath. This involves sheet rock, trim, paint, etc. Also, another bathroom upstairs has just been remodeled. Once again, this involves knocking down walls, removing doors, plastering walls, installing a new vanity, painting. My experience with Brownlow and Sons has been terrific over the years. I have worked with their company for more than a decade, and I am always satisfied with the work. Employees are competent, trustworthy, honest, reliable, and pleasureable. The end product is consistant and durable. Further, Brownlow employees are willng to work at "off-peak" hours; they are extremely accomodating with regards to our schedule and needs. Work spaces are kept tidy, clean, and neat. I would be happy to recommend this company to others.

We have an almost 10 year relationship with Brownlow and Sons. They have done multiple projects on our homes in Atlanta and Lake Oconee. When we started with them, Chuck WAS the son and now we work with his son, Matt. We have completed 3 different major renovations/additions with them and are happy with each. They were on target on their price and completion time. We use them for all our home repair/upgrades. My friends know how happy I have been with our outcomes, and I give their name to anyone who is about to start a project. One important aspect of their service is CORRECT pricing upfront. They don't low-ball to try to get the job, so at first they may seem like a high estimate, but the price doesn't go up through the project. And it sometimes go down - but most importantly - there are no surprises.

Brownlow has done all of the renovation work I have ever done. We starting doing business with them over 40 years ago and have been with them ever since. I watched both Chuck and Matt grow up, Well, almost grown. Matt is still a baby to me, but I'm old. The company does an excellent job and their integrity is beyond reproach.

I have used Brownlow and Sons on many projects ranging in scale from a simple repair/gutter cleaning to several major renovation and addition projects, most recently a very detailed and intricately designed wine cellar. After having two prior bad experiences with other companies, I hired them. Now, they are the only contractor I call for any work that needs done at our home. I have been doing business with them since 2006 and will continue to use them for all my construction and house maintenance needs. Chuck and Matt Brownlow do what they say and they do it for the price quoted and in the stated time frame. They do not make promises that they cannot keep just to get business. They are trustworthy, reliable, professional, and conduct their business with integrity.
