Marianne helped us design our new construction home from the early framing stage. She provided so much knowledge about lighting layout, electrical placement, tile selection, and built-in/millwork design. We worked closely with her for over a year, and she is extremely professional and conscientious. During the later stages of selecting our finishes and furniture for our new home she continued proving to be an exceptional designer with an extraordinary talent. We couldn't have done it without her and we wouldn't do it again with anyone else!

Marianne was wonderful to work with. We first engaged Marianne to help design some built-in cabinets for our new home. From there, Marianne helped us with lighting , carpet, and wallpaper selection. Marianne worked closely with our builder and other trades throughout the process. Her ideas were excellent and well thought out. She understood our style and helped guide us through the selection processes.

We were fortunate to have met Marianne two years ago when we purchased our new home and began renovations.We loved working with Marianne through the entire process. She oversaw bathroom renovations, a billiard room and bar installation, painting, flooring installations, drapes, furniture and accessories.Marianne was always a pleasure to work with. She was exceptional at listening to our likes and dislikes, designing a beautiful home that suited our family's needs. We loved that she had the vision and ability to incorporate our antiques with the new furnishings. Working with Marianne was a pleasure throughout the entire renovation process of our home. She truly listened to what we wanted to do, which basically was a complete renovation of our entire home, focusing mostly on the kitchen. She has excellent taste, and was very creative in providing ideas that met our budget and style. One very important aspect of her approach was her professionalism in working with us and our builder. An additional point in the design process was her ability to utilize pieces we already had, and then recommending other purchased pieces that added value. We were very pleased to have chosen her as our interior designer/consultant. Our experience working with Marianne was excellent. We had a huge remodel project of our entire house and she helped us every step of the way. It all began with Houzz. We wanted to get ideas to show a designer the "look" we were trying to achieve in our remodel. The strange thing was, we kept going back to a designer's work that caught our eye, Marianne Jones. We decided to cross our fingers and give her a call to see if she would be willing to help. Her kind voice and bubbly personality greeted us on the phone and her excitement to see the project made us that more confident in our choice of a designer. She began our project in April of 2015 with a walk through of the house. We knew we were taking on a huge project and her knowledge of the entire remodel process put us at ease. After, she went back and forth with us on the house layout, design, electrical plan ect, even our contractor was very impressed on the detail of her teams plans/designs. During the construction process, Marianne was very involved in making both structural and design decisions. She was always on the phone with us and taking the daily stress away. There was never a problem that we came to her with that she could not find a solution. Not only did we give her full control of the remodel of the house, we also had Marianne do the interior design of each room. Each design meeting, we went room by room and she gave us multiple options for every item. She kept our budget in mind and did not sacrifice the design for options within our budget. Her eye for design is amazing. She can walk a project and has so many ideas flowing within her first steps in the room. She appreciates the design, craftsmanship, and materials put into every item in the project. Now, looking back, I can see where her head was at. She made every room unique and custom. Words cannot describe how grateful my husband and I are to Marianne Jones and her team. Marianne blew our expectations out of the park and made the design process of our house a lot of fun. She brought in ideas that we would have never thought of, but always kept our personal style and family needs in her choices. I would say her her number one qualities were her professionalism, design experience and knowledge of almost ever furniture/material company in business, but it's actually how she puts her whole heart in the project and it shows. Anyone would be doing themselves a favor making the phone call to her....and did I mention that she did this whole process with us while working out of Michigan and we are in central California :)

Marianne worked with us for approximately 1 1/2 years on our new construction home. We just moved in December, and could not be happier with the outcome! Marianne worked very well with our builder and she quickly became an integral component to to building team. Marianne understands construction, architecture, electrical layouts as well as beautiful cutting edge design. We included Marianne in all of our home construction meetings because we valued her opinion and she became a trusted voice in all decision making. Marianne was also able to explain complicated construction and design issues in a way that made sense to me. From a design standpoint , she is incredible! She selected all of our furniture, window treatments, artwork and home accessories. Putting all of these things together to make a home that is not only beautiful in design, but warm and inviting is not an easy feat ; but she achieved just that!! Marianne was very easy to work with during the course of our project. She valued our opinions, was conscious of our budget and always put our needs first. She is always accessible ,and her office staff is also wonderful. We consider ourselves lucky that we found Marianne and would whole heartedly recommend her for your design project.

Marianne oversaw every aspect of our complete home remodel. She took a mid century modern that hadn't been touched since the 60's and turned it in to a beautiful home with a new layout that is perfect for our family. She understood and saw every issue coming and going. She is the rare blend of an amazing designer who also understands each and every step of building and technical layouts. I would hire Marianne again without any hesitation and feel lucky to have found her before she has a five year waiting list.

We have been very happy that we chose Marianne Jones as our designer. She not only helped with furnishings for our home but also helped to design and remodel our new kitchen. She was very respectful, organized and detailed. We gave her total authority to handle the project. She worked very well with the contractors and made sure deadlines were met. One of her greatest strengths as a designer is her ability to listen and meet the needs of her client. She spent time with us to make sure both of us were satisfied with our own individual desires and needs. I hired Marianne Jones to design a great room and dining room. She designed a built in shelving and storage wall to flank an existing fireplace that I was not crazy about. She integrated a new mantle and repainted the entire room. It looks fantastic! She designed a beautiful new furniture arrangement and color scheme that will direct the entire plan for the house moving forward. She is prompt, honest and willing to work with existing favorite items and my budget. I highly recommend her to anyone.
