I used Luster Custom Homes for an entire house remodel and loved the results. I had recently purchased my home and it was in much need of updating. I took several bids, but ended up choosing Tanner based on his past projects. I was focused on quality and needed a organization I could trust. Tanner isn't the cheapest, but you get what you paid for. I explained that I wouldn't be available much, and while I did give him direction as far as style, he went the extra mile to "figure it out" against my busy schedule. They would send me status updates, text me pictures, and we spent time with his fantastic in-house designer, Misty. They are very detailed oriented so the finishes turned out fantastic. His crew is hardworking and they always cleaned up after themselves. The communication was great. We had a couple of change orders as we worked thru the project and they we great about “fitting it in” in the time frame we had agreed to. Scope of the work: he pretty much gutted the inside of the house – 4,000 SqFt. New flooring, new baseboards, several new walls, new staircase, complex automated drapery, custom paint job, plumbing, closets, doors, etc. It was a very large job. Pros: quality, communication, trust

I hired Luster to do an extensive remodel on an existing home. The Luster team was responsive, price competitive, and timely. I found their management team and job supervision to be top notch. The subcontractors they brought to the table were probably their greatest asset. Great workmanship performed on time and without a lot of change order pressures. Overall a wonderful building experience and much easier and better than going it alone.
