We hired them for a large project which I now realize was much too large for them. Overall they are very unprofessional. Missed our move in deadline by over a month forcing us to find somewhere else to live. Workers are very slow and often worked limited hours even during the normal work week. There is a large disconnect between onsite work and billing department. Expect the cost to escalate and the work progress to slow significantly after they receive the 50% deposit. You also need to expect things to "not be included" in the original estimate. Make sure you get a firm labor quote if you decide to use them. They are very responsive in the beginning until they get your money and you are "locked in".

This customer received very high end quality work and had several other contractors on the project, all of which worked past the customer's uncommunicated deadlines. After they made deposits they changed aspects in most all areas of the designs leading to delivery dates being moved. All our work was billed and approved by them. The reality is that this customer was out of control with their spending by not communicating with each other when they made decisions. All our work was in black and white and they simply ended up spending more than they likely should have. They constantly changed things and added to the original scope. They were advised of many items that were less expensive and opted to spend more. Anyone who has seen the work has commented on what an amazing project it was. It is unfortunate that some people find ways to make a comment like they did above because they can't take responsibility for what each other chooses to order or purchase. If you saw the work you would be shocked that they would make such a statement. They also converted their home to a LLC in the process (always suspect) which is typical when individuals or families have a potential or risk for loss related to finances, business, etc.

From their design professionals to their production team, they are professional, talented and easy to work with. We look forward to many more projects with this talented bunch.
