For years, we wanted to have our bathroom remodeled so we began searching for companies to fulfill the remodel. Each person that we worked with was professional, prompt, kind and knowledgeable. My husband and I recently used Limitless Renovations Statewide to remodel two bathrooms in our home. I had previously used them for a major kitchen renovation at another home. We were extremely pleased with the high quality of work they did. Also, how well they listened to what we wanted, walked us through design and selection of materials and products, promptness of getting the work done, and communication throughout. We would absolutely recommend the company and would use them again!

I cannot praise Limitless Renovations enough! For my bathroom remodel, I’d gotten three different estimates and I went with LR because the renovation specialist there was the ONLY one who worked with me to stay within my budget. Once she had a sense of what I was looking for, she went out of her way to find the right mix of tile, granite and fixtures that would meet my needs. I felt like I still had lots of choices, and in the end was extremely pleased with the design. I have to say that some of the contractors weren’t always great, but the manager of my remodel went above and beyond to fix things. He was personable and answered every question, regardless of the time of day. Again, I highly recommend Limitless Renovations

I have dealt with some contractors in the past and it was always a headache, but Limitless really was a dream to work with. I contacted them about having my kitchen redone in my condo and Aimee was able to help me get some other renovation work I was interested in doing as well. From there, every one I talked to and who came in to work were all friendly, professional and really seemed to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you're looking to have renovations done, I don't think you'll find anyone better to work with than Limitless.

Limitless was spot-on throughout the entire process. They replaced the shower/tub in both of our upstairs bathrooms and re-tiled the floors. Excellent work. Highly recommended.

I cannot express how impressed I am with the entire Limitless Renovations Team. Every one of their members stand by their brand. The entire remodeling process went without a hitch! Jeremiah and Missy allowed me to see the limitless possibilities of my home. I was kept updated every step of the way by December Hawthorne, an incredibly dedicated project manager. Jose was just an amazing painter; those lines could not be any more crisp! Ricky and his guys are skilled contractors and technicians. I am grateful for the glass and counter top personnel (I apologize that I do not recall their names at the moment). The choices of glass and countertops made my bathroom look like it belongs in a luxury home! They all worked so hard even through various weather conditions. I came home one evening and bawled by eyes out (happy tears) when I saw the finished bathroom. It was well worth every penny! I cannot wait to get my kitchen remodeling started with this company. I have use limitless twice now; once for a kitchen renovation and most recently to add in some more cabinets to the kitchen. The renovation business is a hard one to be in as a customer and a business but I do believe limitless makes the best of it. Communication above all else has been great. I would definitely use them again- I just wish they did more than bathrooms and kitchens!

While we had several false starts with other companies, we finally sought out Limitless Renovations who actually wanted to do the work! Even though we were not doing a complete kitchen renovation, they still treated us like any big customer. They have a defined process that takes you through every step enabling you to achieve your vision. And most importantly they communicate! We replaced our SMALL kitchen island that had a 30 inch cooktop with a 62 x 99 inch island with a 48 inch cooktop, vent hood and beautiful quartz top (Calacatta Valentine). We highly recommend Limitless Renovation for any bathroom or kitchen renovation. Every step of the process, every person we came in contact with, were friendly and professional and put 100% effort into making this renovation exactly what we wanted. When I first called, I spoke to Jana. She made such an impact on me as she discussed their company and asked about our needs. Abe Nissan was the salesman that came out to the house to discuss the renovation. He measured, came with samples, and spent almost two hours with us as we picked everything out. This led to a very specific quote based on our needs/wants. Once we accepted the contract, Missy Mallonee came out to remeasure and check to make sure everything that would be in the contract was exactly what we wanted. When all our materials were in, our project started. December Hawthorne was our project manager and kept me up to date on everything. She tirelessly answered my questions and helped the project run smoothly. Francis was our plumber, electrician, and tile guy. He was AMAZING, talented, professional, and friendly. His first priority was our happiness and satisfaction with the project. The painters and glass guys were also wonderful and did a great job with our project. In the end, our bathroom looks fantastic and is exactly what we wanted, and even better than we could have even imagined. We give everyone we dealt with at Limitless a perfect score!

From the initial meeting to discuss our project, the people representing this company were friendly, courteous and cooperative in every aspect of our planning. They were prompt, professional and honest in addressing any concerns or questions we had. In particular, I want to thank our installer, Adrian. He did an excellent job, was always on time and put in a full day without even taking a break then cleaned up after each visit. We had a complete renovation of our master bath, new cabinet, sink, toilet and counter installed in a second bath and then new counter tops and sink in our kitchen and have been enjoying it all.

This review is for the bathroom only. We are also working with Limitless Reno. on our kitchen remodel! I’ll be the first to admit I can get stressed easily over things out of my control, but they did a phenomenal job throughout the entire process. One of the biggest things for me is the level of communication every step of the way, which significantly reduced that stress. Cindi was my main point of contact and she reached out often to ask how it’s going. She will detail what to expect, as well as what next steps are. This is something I appreciate personally because it helped me feel a little in control instead of feeling like I’m in an HGTV episode not knowing what’s going on with the remodel. Cindi is great and addressed every concern I may have. My partner and I had a vision for what we wanted our bathroom to look like. We knew almost every single aspect: tile, countertops, cabinets, fixtures, everything. And Limitless Renovations DELIVERED. I do want to specifically bring attention to Ryan and Sean who were the main guys working in my bathroom almost every day throughout the remodel. They are ROCKSTARS. They worked with me to make sure my vision came to light. They would address anything I may have spotted and called out. I really appreciated their patience with me. Throughout the process, they were VERY good with communication and expectation setting and everyone from the initial sales meeting (with Steve) to the bathroom remodeler (Adrian) and office staff were very professional and pleasant to work with. The acrylic Simtile they installed looks great (almost identical to regular tile) and I’m happy with by the final product. Limitless Renovations is AWESOME! After meeting with 5 different companies no one could seem to provide the remodel we were looking for! When our Limitless rep showed up, she worked with us for HOURS to come up with a remodel plan we all liked! Which with my family is HARD to do! They came every single day and were very professional, polite, and efficient. Everything in the home around the workspace was protected and kept as clean as possible. The project was completed in the time promised, and to make it better the shower was usable at about a week and a half, minimizing the time we had to make other arrangements. Limitless Renovations was fantastic from start to finish on our bathroom remodel project. They make it so easy to choose your materials by bringing samples to your home. Their communication about the project was always timely; the workmanship was excellent; and everyone was always professional and friendly. While the cost might have been slightly higher, it was worth it to have the job completed on schedule with zero hassle. Plus, our bathroom looks gorgeous!

I had the most fabulous experience with Limitless Renovations. I knew that I hated my current Master Bathroom, but was un sure what I wanted, but I knew something needed to change. We had Limitless Renovations update our master bathroom, and we couldn't be happier. The workers were pleasant to have around too. They cleaned up after themselves and were cautious about using paper protectors on the floor, We liked them so well, we decided to go with them again when we decided to update our bathroom and kitchen cabinets. We're not rolling in money, and the house and the area really doesn't warrant going overboard with this project, so we chose painting. Again we were very pleased. What a difference too.

Overall excellent experience with professionalism at all levels of the company from the owner to the professional craftsmen completing each phase of the project. There was a crew of 1-2 people working across all construction specialties (tile, flooring, electrical, plumbing, etc) for the whole project. Specialists for the cabinets, mirror and shower glass were also very competent and courteous!

I would definitely recommend using Limitless Renovations. They completed the renovation of our guest bathroom for us recently and we are very pleased with the outcome! We met with Christina originally who came in and looked at our space, listened to what we wanted to do and then walked us through the options that were available. This process took a few hours but we walked away with a quote for the work that we were sure included EVERYTHING we wanted and discussed. Were they the cheapest quote we received for the work? No they were not, but it was clear they were going to be the best for us so we took them up on their offer. When the work commenced, everything happened as expected. Limitless did a fantastic job of setting my expectation on what would happen and when, and they were true to their word. The installers, Reggie and his wife Yolanda, were fantastic to work with. They worked long days for us, ensured things stayed as clean as possible and were very good with communicating with us as they moved through the project to ensure the work was being done how we wanted. We have a master bath that needs renovation as well. I will definitely be calling them back in the near future to help me out with it!

Limitless was fabulous to work with! From the beginning to the end, they helped us design our dream kitchen, listened to our ideas and concerns, and fully delivered! Jim was our first point of contact and helped us turn our very outdated kitchen (before photos attached so you can see the true transformation) into a modern beauty with all of the mid-century modern details. Lisa then helped us think cabinet and appliance placement and provided 3D renderings so we could see placement of everything. She was responsive to our needs as we went back and forth a bit. Working with Kiki during the installation was also wonderful! She listened to our concerns when we had them and answered our questions - extremely responsive. I considered myself very lucky when I contacted Limitless Renovations to redesign my Master Bathroom. Limitless Renovations team is professional, trustworthy, skilled, knowledgeable, reputable. Limited Renovations listened and suggested additional upgrades to accompany my vision. Very professional team. I do not use the word professional. They arrived on time, communicated with me every step of the way. The gentlemen that performed the install went well beyond what I needed.

The second time I hired Limitless Renovations to renovate my bathroom was much more complex than my first experience, though it required many of the same elements as the first reno: Attention to design within my budget, their work ethic and, perhaps most important, attention to detail. They were in steady communication with me through my assigned Project Manager. Not only was the renovated bathroom to be redesigned, it required such major changes as moving the toilet, building a new shower, and replacing the floor tiles; the project also included enlarging the door, replacing the vanity and various other design aspects. To me, ‘Limitless’ in their name refers, not only to the scope of bathroom and kitchen projects they can carry out, not only in helping me to choose the best materials and colors, but also in ensuring that I would experience the least possible discomfort and inconvenience as they carried out the project. Most important, though, was their meticulous attention to detail; I am still amazed as I notice in the tile, for example, the tiniest areas where they have cut it to fit precisely. They completed the project on time and slightly under budget. Generally, I would have discovered a few items that needed adjustment, as I did with this project. The one item was that the bathroom door did not quite engage when closed. A message to my Project Coordinator late one afternoon resulted in a quick correction the next morning before 8:30. Ten months after completion, my ‘new’ bathroom is as delightfully beautiful and efficient as the first day I experienced it. I could not be more satisfied and, when I have another renovation project, I will gladly contact them alone.

Limitless Renovations is the best contractor I have ever used. Every day they surpassed my expectations. The project manager, Kiki, was outstanding. The work done to gut make new a bathroom was done on time, on budget, and with the perfection in quality done by Eugene, a master craftsman who did the most beautiful tile work I’ve ever seen. Beautiful job on my bathroom and Kitchen counters+cabinets. The bathroom had to be completely gutted. LR team worked with me to pick out materials that would stay within my budget but still gave the look I was going for. Bathroom was done much quicker than time quoted. Limitless Renovations hit it out the park with our renovation. This company was easy to deal with from start to finish. Our initial few meetings with Christina were excellent, her suggestions, input and expertise were exemplary. Next, we met with Lisa, her design ideas made it possible for us to get the island in the kitchen, that initially we did not think was possible. Her designs were spot on from the beginning. John, our installer, ran into a few issues with the design as we pulled things off the walls, due to the age of our home and few things hidden in the walls. He was quick to come up with solutions that worked and look beautiful. David and his crew did an amazing job refinishing the floors and matching new floors to old. Tony and Johnathan worked on fireplace, back splash, new window and inclosing the door. Both gentlemen were timely, worked tirelessly, and came up with suggestions to make our home look even more beautiful. Kiki was so easy to work with, answering all our questions, keeping us updated on the progress and mostly keeping me calm! We had a few hiccups along the way, but limitless was very quick to fix them and was extremely good at keeping us informed and completing the job in a timely manner. Joseph came to finish us out and complete the job, he was also professional, personable and darn good at what he does. I cannot say enough good things about the company, completely recommend them for any renovation job you may have. Every single person, from the CEO to the painters was exceptional. We WILL us them again without a doubt.

We contacted Limitless Renovations for a kitchen island installation. A renovation specialist visited our home, walked us through the process, took measurements of the space, and compiled a quote immediately. We compared with a few other vendors but ultimately felt Limitless Renovations provided the best customer service and value for what we sought. The founder of the company came out for a follow-up visit to reconfirm the measurements once we confirmed we wanted to go ahead with the project. They answered any questions we had throughout the process and were willing to accommodate a sudden change for our countertop selection towards the end of the process. The installation was seamless and completed professionally. We would certainly recommend Limitless Renovations for a professional and timely job well done.

Limitless Renovations recently completed a kitchen remodel for us that involved replacing existing counter tops, installing a new farmhouse sink and faucet, and removing and replacing existing hanging pendant lights. The work was done on schedule, on budget and in a highly competent manner. At the end of the project we had absolutely no followup items that needed to be addressed. All of the workmen who came to our house were polite, professional and very skilled at their respective jobs. We would highly recommend this company for any type of kitchen project (they do bathrooms as well).

I want to say how much my family LOVE our new kitchen. We are able to all fit in the area without bumping into each other. This kitchen is my dream come true. The whole team was professional, personal, reliable, and dependable. I would recommend Limitless to anyone seeking to renovate a kitchen. My old kitchen was gutted from the floor to the walls. The project took 7 weeks to complete.

This was my first home renovation project. I watch a lot of HGTV and was pretty scared to take on a project. But, it was a great experience and the outcome was awesome! I interviewed multiple companies, and Limited Renovations was a clear winner from those meetings. Aimée Berry was my sales specialist. She came very prepared, and even had tile samples. She spent several hours with me making my selections. She proposed great ideas I hadn't even thought of, like a recessed medicine cabinet for extra storage. My project manager was Kiki and my installer was Toney Willis. Kiki was very nice to work with and very responsive. She always kept me in the loop on schedule. Toney was fabulous! He would tell me every morning what work was planned to be completed that day. At the end of the day, he would tell me the plan for the next day. He walked me through the entire construction process. I felt very at ease and confident in the project after meeting with him. He always cleaned up at the end of the day. He was extremely nice to work with. He encouraged me to ask any question I had and he always had the answer. He does extremely good work! For any future renovation, I will definitely want him to be my installer again! Jose was my painter. My job wasn't an easy one, the old owners had painted tissue paper on the wall. Other companies told me it wouldn't be possible to remove without new dry wall. But he was able to scrap it, and sand and paint it. It looks great!

I am glad to write a review for Limitless Renovations to share my recent bathroom renovation experience. To say that it was just a “good” experience would be an understatement. It was a wonderful experience. Having never “renovated” anything in the house before, I didn’t have an “actual” experience to compare but now that I do I can tell you that the bar is now set pretty high for any other company I might use, other than Limitless Renovations, to do the job. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end starting with: Chuck, the Senior Renovation Specialist, who came to talk to my wife and I about the company, the process, did the initial measuring, and helped my wife and I see the image of our new bathroom, and helped to pick out all of the materials. He was truly a master at his craft. Chuck gave us invaluable information and suggestions (really educated us about the products) as we made material selections for our new bathroom. Eddie and Tony, builders extraordinaire. Wow!!! Awesome craftsmen. Looked like they could build anything!!! So knowledgeable and personable. They were in and out of the house everyday but were so professional and about their business that you hardly even noticed them. Additionally, they did an exceptional job in keeping our bedroom (and other entry areas used for the job) clean from dust and material debris as they worked on our master bath. Jose, the paint master. Did an excellent job and he had a lot to do since we had old 1990s wallpaper all over the bathroom wall! There were others who contributed to our beautiful renovation whose names I can’t recall but who also left their incredible mark of expertise on the project. In my opinion, the factor that separates great companies from good companies, when it comes to home repair/improvement, is customer service – how well the company relates to its customers. Limitless Renovations is a great company. Service personnel listened to all the ideas that my wife and I had, about the renovation, and didn’t try to automatically dissuade us from anything but encouraged sharing and suggested additional ideas that improved upon what we were initially thinking. Ideas that we had that just didn’t make sense, well they didn’t just dismiss them - they applied sound industry-based practices as a way of educating us of what would work or wouldn’t work and the why behind it. Few companies these days really take the time to educate customers like that. Another aspect, under customer service, where my wife and I thought that Limitless Renovations really “knocked it out of the park” was in their willingness to be open and transparent about the complete renovation process from the beginning, all the stuff that can come up “in-between”, and the end. My wife and I were actually out of town during the first week of the renovation (travel that we could not postpone). Kiki, one of the senior production managers at the company, was just flat out amazing. With my wife and I being out of town she always had time to talk to us about how the project was going whenever we texted, called, or emailed (and we were in California with a 3-hour time difference from Atlanta). Kiki sent pictures of the builder’s progress every day so that we would still be able to be involved in the process although we weren’t actually there. It was just incredible and we appreciated her efforts. Don’t know what else I can say about this company (I know I don’t have one bad thing to say about them). They are reliable, knowledgeable, and transparent. They listen to the customer, have the best employees, are responsive and professional and their end product is exceptional. Our bathroom is phenomenal. Limitless Renovations is among the best in the business. Give them a try!

I recently renovated my master bathroom to rip out the garden tub and to replace with a walk-in shower. I met with Jim Stockstill and he was a great advisor to setting up the design of the bathroom. I had an idea of what I wanted and I confirmed with him. The demolition and tile installation with grout took only 8 days! The reason it even took 8 days was because the night prior to install, I realized the floor tiles had streaks of brown that I did not see in the sample. This was a Friday at 615 that I realized this prior to a Saturday 8am start install time. Needless to say, I was panicked. Well, this is where Limitless EARNED their 5 star and my literal 7 referrals to them of my friends and co-workers. I texted Jim my concerns and he texted me back immediately. He said he'd look into the options, but to absolutely not be worried. Within 30 minutes, I had a call from Jim and my project manager, Kiki, on my renovation with a full plan on what to do. I went to Floor and Decor and picked out a new tile. Sent pictures of the name and tiles to Kiki and she took care of the rest. By Sunday, the project resumed and they were installing my tiles. Now, my project has been completed for about 3 weeks at this point. One of my tiles developed a crack on the shower floor. I texted Kiki and she said no problem - we'll take care of it. They sent out my phenomenal tiler (Reggie) and he, with a very genuine and happy smile, had no problems fixing the one tile. I cannot STRESS how great their customer service is. They are, without fail, Limitless in their service. I'll probably do every project I have with them from now until the end of my life.

Limitless Renovations gets my 5 star review and then some. From the start to the finish and beyond they’ve been great. The quoting process was great, the design process with Lisa was amazing, and the construction with John was incredible. We were having a baby right around when they were supposed to finish and they worked so hard to make sure it was done before baby came. They unbelievably finished almost 2 weeks sooner than quoted. During the construction they did everything they could to make it more convenient for us by leaving the old fridge plugged in until the new one was installed. Every day they cleaned up after themselves very well. The quality of the work they did is really great and our kitchen looks and functions great. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our new kitchen is amazing and 6 months later it’s still perfect.

My wife and I decided to remodel out master bath and do a partial remodel of our guest bath. We contacted some companies to get bids. Limitless was not the low bidder but we felt they were right for our job. First, Aimee came out and consulted with us on the scope of our job and provided guidance on what/how to do the remodel. She provided estimates on the job and also was a major help in selected tile, flooring, lighting, etc. She also explained the Limitless process, so we knew what to expect. Jeremiah, the EVP, did a walkthrough with us to verify the plan and prices and there were zero surprises. Kiki became our project consultant for the entire process, and she was excellent, adjusting to the changes that came up, keeping us informed on material deliveries, who would be at our house and when. Schiller was our main installer and his work is absolutely outstanding. He did the plumbing, woodwork, rebuilding shower and tub areas, etc. Painting was done by Ramone and Miquel and the Glass work was done by Steven. As others have said I would give them more then 5 stars, if possible. Highly recommended.

Their process from start to finish made the project so easy for us with very little interruption. We did encounter a small problem, but it was taken care of immediately. They stayed on budget and finished early. Our bath is beautiful and we are extremely pleased with the result.

I was very impressed with the whole process from initial consultation to entire completion of my kitchen project. I enjoyed meeting with Renovation Specialist Jim who took measurements, made helpful suggestions and provided product options within my budget. The kitchen designer Lisa was nice and extremely flexible in accommodating the scheduled appointment time that worked best for me. She finalized measurements in addition to explaining the ongoing renovation phase. Kiki, the Senior Production Manager, was very attentive and quick in responding to all of my questions or concerns. She has a pleasant personality and was great to work with. Joseph, the installer, was a hard worker and always arrived promptly. He made sure to cover my furniture and cleaned up every day at the end of each task. I enjoyed conversations with him as he was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them because they not only met my expectations but exceeded them.

We have had two bathrooms renovated by Limitless Renovations primarily completed by Doug Puentes. On the first day, he arrived at exactly the time promised and he quickly made friends with our dog Daisy and chatted with us like we were old friends. When he put down heavy paper and tape to protect our floors, we had confidence that he was going to be thorough and careful with his work. We have not been disappointed with the finished renovations. At the end of each work day Doug carefully removed any rubbish from the house and swept up any dust and debris from the floors. Every installation from the shower tile to the new flooring was precise and met our expectations. We were pleased that he occasionally made recommendations for an improvement he thought might enhance our renovations. Finally I have found a renovation company that I trust!!! I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past, but finally Limitless has provided a process that I can trust. They were extremely thorough from the first meeting where every detail was chosen and a multi-page proposal was created. From there, another person comes to verify measurements and identify any amendments that may need to be made in the proposal - another set of eyes. Finally, there was one person that executed the plan and brought it to fruition. Our project manager/bathroom renovation artist Bernard had great attention to detail and executed the plan. It looks great and am very happy! I would absolutely recommend Limitless to others with their projects and will be using again for my master bathroom renovation.

I have managed both commercial and residential renovations previously and my husband and I cannot recommend Limitless Renovations high enough for anyone considering a renovation to their home...From the moment the owner, Lance, called to introduce himself/the company and to then LISTEN to my description of what needed to take place at our home to then having our initial meeting and/or engaging with everyone from billing, to customer service, to project management to on-site construction management...we could NOT be happier with our "new" master bathroom. The on-site contractor assigned to our project, Doug Puentes, is an expert craftsman and a professional who obviously takes great pride in his work as well as showing immense respect, care and concern for those he comes into contact with. After almost a year of deliberating on a kitchen remodel we decided to take the leap and go with Limitless Renovations. We wanted to make the right decision for our family because we have two young kids and our complete remodel would have been disruptive to regular schedules. We were told that the project would take ~12 weeks. Limitless started a few days earlier than we anticipated and wrapped everything up within 7 weeks!!! The whole process was seamless and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole team was extremely professional and prompt in resolution. We used Limitless Renovations to redo our kitchen. We had a nice size, white kitchen, but the white was made up of a lot of laminate and an old hood, old sink and old faucet. When LR came in from day one, Cristina, was very helpful and patient with the things we wanted and gave us some good ideas as well. She explained we would also be hearing from Jeremiah, who heads up the installers. He came by, went over everything again, measured and let us know what the next step was. Kiki then emailed me to be our contact on setting up the start date and letting us know where we were with all our materials. We were set up to get the kitchen done while we were on vacation. We were concerned but we received pictures from Joseph who made our kitchen dreams come true. The whole experience was a good one. Limitless walked us through the entire process of remodeling our kitchen-from initial design through materials selection and installation. Jonathan, Doug and Joseph made additional recommendations and during the process when they saw opportunities for improvements. While 95% of the job was completed in the projected time frame, they never questioned any issues that required correction and returned several times to ensure the job was completed to our total satisfaction. All of their installers were top notch--our back-splash gets instant compliments from everyone who sees it. The only complaint I have would be about the flooring installers who did not do a good job cleaning up after themselves. All of the other installers were extremely thorough about cleaning up at the end of every day. They really did their best to minimize the the inconvenience of what could have been a very disruptive process.

Limitless Renovations did an amazing job on our remodel. Peter and Daniel were very professional and cleaned each day before they left the house. They were very efficient and completed work ahead of schedule. The work turned out amazing! Peter even had to make some adjustments to the sink vanities in order for the sinks to fit and it all turned out perfect. Jeff took his time in helping with the tile selection and finalizing the contract. After tile selection, I worked closely with Kiki, their Production Manager. We are working with Limitless Renovations to renovation our master shower as well as our entire kitchen and tear down a load-bearing wall. We are only partway through the project, but are extremely impressed so far. tl;dr - Top notch quality, lots of friendly contact points, their team accommodates those of us who work regular-hour jobs. Our initial contact was with Aimee, who helped guide us through the initial process. She came to our home (in the evening after regular work hours!!! WONDERFUL!) and showed us a bunch of samples of material. We worked with her through the quoting process, making choices about materials, discussing prices/options/pros/cons. She was knowledgeable, upfront, and friendly. It was a good start! After we finalized the scope with Aimee, the VP of production Jeremiah the VP of production came by (over a weekend! These folks are really good about catering to people who work regular hours!) to discuss a few technical options, do additional detailed measurements, and make sure we are comfortable with the agreed upon scope. All good so far! Our renovations were broken up into two discrete projects: shower and kitchen. The lead for our shower was Valeriy, and he is simply amazing. Our shower was a beast of a project, butting up against our sloped roof and some funny-angled walls. Plus we have a bench. This was way more complex than a simple three-wall shower stall. Valeriy (and occasionally his son) are true artisans. Their workmanship and dedication to detail really shine. They went so far above-and-beyond our expectations with everything, and our shower is absolutely gorgeous. They did a great job cleaning up, too. We figured we'd be left with a ton of dust everywhere, but they got it. We are waiting for the frameless glass door to be installed, but wanted to make sure we acknowledge how good of a job Valeriy did. For the kitchen, we are in the process of working with the designer Lisa. She came by on a Sunday to meet with us (seriously, these folks make it easy to work around a regular person's work schedule). We discussed our goals for the layout, and she took her measurements. Later, she was able to email us some CAD drawings that did a really wonderful job capturing our goals. We are in the midst of a few minor revisions, but she's been very patient with us. And she's also been so thorough, catching a few potential pitfalls along the way. We haven't started the actual kitchen construction yet, but if the team is anywhere near as good as our experience with Valeriy, we'll be very happy customers.

We love our new bathroom! We originally had an old whirlpool type tub which was never used. In fact, I spent more time keeping it clean from all the debris that would leak through the whirl vents than I did the shower. The original shower was built with a mystery that even the contractors at Limitless couldn't figure out as to why it was built so high from the floor. We all wondered; was there some big rock they couldn't dig out, so they just built the old shower up and over it. Our biggest fear was someone tripping over the ledge on their way in or out of the shower. The big mystery turned out to be some idiotic idea of the original builder. Oh, and the entire bathroom was still in its original pink tile...yuck! Limitless' first crew (Ukraine) ripped out the tub and shower, removed all the flooring and towel racks and light fixtures. The second crew (Hispanic)came and removed the old wallpaper, repaired any holes,then painted the walls and borders. The third crew (American) installed the actual glass shower portion. I mention the different backgrounds of the crew only because I want it to be known that every one of these crew members spoke English, and were very personable and respectful. Sometimes we'd have to remind ourselves to stop talking with them and let them get back to work. The only con I have has nothing to do with Limitless or the crews; but the dust was over whelming at times. But it was worth it. Our bathroom is so open and roomy, and we really can't say enough about it. Thanks to all the Limitless folks, including Kiki who was our go-between at the office. Every one of them earned an triple A rating. (Note: I would have included pictures, but this site's process for uploading them wouldn't work for me. Just imagine an out-dated pink bathroom that now has gorgeous beige stone floor and shower tones; a bathroom with lots of room for drying without whacking one's elbows, and a shower big enough to dance around in too.)

We are so pleased with the results, this company fully remodeled both of our bathrooms. I cannot say enough great things about our contractor Peter he was amazing. He did all the work himself and did a stellar job. The only missteps we had were hammering out the details of materials used before the actual construction started and the owner worked with me to make sure I was satisfied and happy. They quoted us six weeks to complete the work and they completed it in less than three weeks. That includes them waiting several days between finishing one job and starting the other so we would not be inconvenienced of not having a working bathroom, most companies would rush you through it. The price is worth the result. Again, we are very pleased and highly recommend Limitless!

Limitless renovations was extremly profressional and all of it's staff and contractors had a kindness to them that was genuine. They never got defensive with feedback instead took the time to understand what we needed. They where on time and even expidited our project and honored pricing from a quote made in previous months. as expensive as a shower remodel is I truely feel LLR met us where they could on price amd gave us options. The quality if tile work dine by Reggie was remarable. A true Artsman in his trade. the work Reggoe did was remarkably fast and always well buttoned up at the end of each day. Reggie was extreamly candid in his communication. Even though the quote may have had some specks he would make recommendations practical for our family and design of our bathroom. Always on piont. The one feedback I would give however was the finishing of toe molding and gaps left with a thinner floor then orevious. We had to have someone come in and fix or finishish the base boards to fill the gaps. Which LLR made happen with-out hesitaion. Reggie also made VERY valuable fixes to how our tub was put back together and how our caddy install would make the least impact to the outer walls structure of our house and shingles.. Kiki was always positive and the Owner incredibly responsive. I am forgetting the name of the finishing person but equally talented in designing a fix of gaps left with glass and thinner floor installation. Glass caulk issue was minor yet when you spend that much on a new shower getting it to complete satisfaction was valued by LLR. At the initial quote Christine was great at selling what the staffs strenghths where but also candid that paint and finishing would be best completed by an indipentent wall and paint expert. Pulling that into the quote for LLR would have pushed our budget theeshold to not be able to afford the project. Reggie also made the finishing easy as his drywall rebuild was top notch, and in all honestly I think he did that to deliver a quality product vs. what was quoted amd paid for. Delivering a quality product was deep within the Charachter of all who we encountered with LLR.

Limitless Renovations was very professional and friendly in both the planning phase of my bathroom remodel, recommendations of what specific materials to use, and how well they kept in close contact with those actually doing the work. Additionally, construction jobs of any type are typically messy. So, I was very pleased at how neat and clean my home was kept during the entire project. A very nice touch indeed! Limitless Renovations just completed a full gut and reload small bathroom renovation for me. They did an excellent job. The finished product is beautiful, efficient, and very functional. Christina did a great job helping me to plan the job and had wonderful suggestions as she really listened and understood what I was looking for. Marek was our primary guy and his work was incredible. Very quick, very clean, no mess and as I said the finished product is beautiful. I started this project as I had a leak from the shower that several plumbers told me we would have to pull the shower out to find the problem, so I decided while we were doing that, I would redo the entire bathroom. Marek went above and beyond to identify the exact problem, which ended up not being what initially everyone thought it would be. Erik installed the flooring (master bedroom also) and was very quick and did a fantastic job. The only glitch we had was with scheduling. Initially, Lance Smith had indicated they would start during the week of July 2nd and it would be approximately 3 week project. They actually started on July 9th and finished on August 14th. A couple of days, we had been informed that someone would be there and no one came that day and we didn't receive communication that they would not be there. The delays weren't a problem, that they weren't communicated to us was the problem. We did express our frustration and communication got better after that. I would definitely use Limitless Renovations for future projects, the quality and ease of the finished project made a few communication blips not matter much. My Bathroom is Amazing now!

Limitless Renovations worked with us on every aspect of this experience. They were sensitive to our budget and helped us brain storm ways to be cost effective. They did everything they could to help us get what we wanted within the range we needed it to be. Every person we interacted with was flexible and helpful and always available. We interacted with 5 people who all treated us like their most important client and had the same positive attitude. They were in constant communication with us at every step. Our installer and his partner, Eugene and Stephan, were incredible to work with. They were kind, polite, professional, and worked so hard. Their attention to detail is unmatched. I hired this company to instal a under the counter beverage cooler, some shelves and a backsplash. Me and the wife could not be more happier with the results. I can't wait to have them do more projects around our house.

Doug Puentes was our contract workman. He did the entire demolition in one day with no help and cleaned everything out of the house before he left for the day. He was friendly and a pleasure to have working on our bathroom. His workmanship was very precise and careful. Helped with suggestions about moving switches or plumbing, etc. His work area was cleaned up each day. Daily he arrive at the precise time he said he would and completed each task he started each day. Would definitely use this company again and would request Doug Puentes as our contract professional.

3 bathrooms Everything was beautiful Very disappointed when LAnce suggested not installing a pot filler in my kitchen it would be too difficult to pull the water supply from the basement and they would have to cut a 3'xx4' hole in the opposite wall (bedroom). Pipes in basement were exposed. My husband installed it on a Saturday afternoon in about 4 hours. I only wish Lance had been more knowledgable about the pot filler installation. Sad that he pushed away something just because he wasn't sure about it.

Our bathroom remodeling with Limitless was phenomenal from beginning to end. This was our first remodel and aimed to replace a fiberglass shower and vinyl flooring with tile. We set a consultation appointment. Taniesha was our designer and salesperson and was very professional, courteous, and connected my wife and me. After signing the agreement we were kept up to date on all aspects of the project by Kiki and Jeremiah. Our installer Reggie, did excellent work tearing out the old floor and shower and then installing beautiful tile. At all times the work area was kept neat. He also took great care of our bedroom furniture by covering everything to prevent dust build-up and covered the floor area that he traversed as he went back and forth between his truck and the workplace. Overall, the quality of work and customer service of Limitless make them an excellent choice for remodeling. I highly recommend Limitless and plan to use them again.

I was extremely happy with the work done by Limitless Renovations for my kitchen renovation! The main crew I had (Eddie and Tony) were great for a number of reasons. They're very skilled and experienced and anticipated my needs, asked a lot of questions to make sure things were done right the first time, and willingly cleaned up, helped me move things, whatever was needed to keep things running smoothly. They communicated with me all along the way to let me know what they were doing, where they were if they had to be on another job for a brief time, just a lot of little things that made the job stress free. Franki and his drywall crew were also wonderful. They made sure the space was a dust free as possible which is a huge benefit. They worked quickly and everything looks great! I look forward to working with them again and highly recommend them to others.

My 1994 upstairs bathrooms received a beautiful update! I couldn't be happier with the entire process. They went from carpet and builder grade cabinets to sleek, tiled and custom looking bathrooms. Highly recommeded!

Limitless did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. They repainted cabinets, installed backsplash, etc. Our kitchen looks beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. From the top down, every individual we met or spoke with was professional, courteous and bent over backwards to ensure we were satisfied. The employees that installed backsplash and handled repainting of cabinets handled multiple tasks with skill and a high degree of attention of details. Manny and Valeriy in particular did a great job as did John and Jeremiah. We will definitely use their services again in future.

I was really tickled when the Limitless team took extra time and trouble to implement some special touches I requested during our tub-to-shower reno. Specifically, Ryan and Dawson salvaged and chipped away at a few tiles from the demo'd 1955 tub wall. They used these inside the shampoo niche to tie the new shower in with the rest of the retro-cool seafoam green tile that we love and chose to keep in place. Ryan also used his skills and tools to replace my ceramic TP holder with one I had bought overseas. And when I realized I didn't love the trendy rainfall shower head, they swapped it out. There were a few minor mix-ups/mistakes along the way. But most were fixed with no problem. And I was very pleased with the finished work! Everyone I worked with (Christina, Lance, Jeremiah, Ryan & crew) was very professional, and accessible....great communication! The total cost still seemed expensive to me. But I don't have much experience with home renovation to compare.

Our experience with Limitless Renovations could be summed up with the word, Detailed. Tonya did our initial project evaluation and she was excellent at listening to our thoughts and making suggestions, along with letting us know what ideas weren't practical for us. She assisted with picking out fixtures such as lights, faucets, handles etc. She explained what the entire process would be from start to finish. Lance came out and reviewed the project after we elected to go with Limitless. He pointed out some other details regarding what would look best. Bernard did all of the demolition and renovation and he was also extremely detailed and never hesitated to ask us our thoughts when there was any question. He was very detailed about getting the right slope of the shower floor, bench and soap and shampoo insets so that water would not be able to set without moving to the drain. The only problem we had was one towel rack that was required was the wrong one three times. That is the only reason this review isn't five stars. I would not hesitate to recommend Limitless Renovations. After our project they got another larger project based on our recommendation. Update to the review. A few weeks after the project was completed, I noticed a small leak in the room under the bathroom. Although, my first suspicion was from the toilet based on location, I could not see any indication of a leak in the bathroom (the leak had stopped). After trying to eliminate any other possibility of where the water may have come from including somehow from a hard driving rain a few days before I emailed Lance at Limitless Renovations. Someone was sent out immediately to check it out. I explained to Bernard everything that I had done to determine where it may have come from. With no hesitation they agreed to paint the ceiling where the leak was indicated. I have raised my rating to 5 stars based on the response after the job was completed and the project has been paid in full. I believe that demonstrates the true integrity of this company and I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend them to someone else.

When I met with Gary my salesman I was a bit leery as to why the owner of a company would drive to view my property on a Saturday afternoon after a golf game. That's how Lance operawtes. He doesn't want to make promises he cannot fulfill. And he did not. He was always available for my questions and concerns as I was out of state during the work. They finished the job on time (even early ) and it looks fabulous! Tomorrow is move day and looking forward to my gorgeous condo. Thank you Lance and your team.

I went with Limitless because it was so easy and I was looking for a low-stress option. We picked out everything during the consultation and they did all the ordering and delivery. No allowances to deal with so no cost overruns. There were never any "upsells". All the employees and subcontractors were concientious and professional. We had some snags -- wrong floor tile, poorly cut countertops - but we worked through them pretty quickly. I would work with this company again.

Our master bath isn't huge so space for what I wanted was limited but they made it work. I now have my soaking tub and beautiful shower. Everybody from the salesman, to the Owner and to the craftsmen were a pleasure to deal with. Eddie, the contractor, stayed in constant contact with me and was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I valued his opinions and his craftsmanship. I would definitely use Limitless again and I highly recommend them.

We were desperately in need of a bathroom makeover on our 1950's jack-and-jill style bathroom that was loosely functioning as our Master Bathroom. We had a moderate budget but very specific high-end taste - and the desire to convert our walk-in shower to a tub/ shower combo. We definitely didn't think we'd be able to afford what we wanted, but once we met w/ Gary for our initial consultation, we were confident that Statewide was going to make it happen for us. Lance & Gary worked with us to make sure we got EXACTLY what we wanted, and within the budget and time frame we needed. They gave us a time-frame, and they honored that time frame to the day! Every person we worked with from Limitless was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed in our renovation. Jeremiah, our Project Manager was awesome, communicating w/ us from beginning to end and Ryan and the other contractor were awesome to work with as well. In the end, we increased the square-footage in our once-tiny jack-and-jill bathroom, and made it a true master-bathroom (by closing off the door to the adjoining bedroom) making it so much more functional, and absolutely beautiful and modern! The workmanship was incredible down to every detail. We are so pleased with our new Master Bathroom! Other contractors we interviewed frowned upon our desire to ADD a tub (which was our #1 desire) and discouraged us from trying to move a load-bearing wall in order to fit a tub in, but Limitless found and MADE a way to make it happen for us. We would highly recommend Limitless Renovations to anyone and we would definitely use them again! So glad we found them!

My wife and I bought our first house and wanted to renovate the kitchen and master shower. We conducted multiple walkthroughs with local companies and received multiple bids for our project. From the moment Tonya arrived for the walk through she was well prepared to answer any questions we had and once she had a feeling of what we wanted she started to offer ideas and suggestions, which as first time home buyers was very much appreciated. She was also able to give us the estimate on the spot. As for Lance and his crew, everyone was professional, timely, and clearly takes great pride in the work they do. Limitless Renovations completely transformed our bathroom into a work of art. After discussions with a couple of other people I wasn't sure what I wanted could be done, but as soon as Limitless took a look it all came together expertly in every possible way. From start to finish, this company took ownership and made it happen. Excellent craftsmanship that met or exceeded expectations.

We hired Limitless Renovations based on their online reviews and we are over the moon with the results. We remodeled our kitchen and removed a wall between the kitchen and dining room. LR went exceeded our expectations and were great to collaborate with. If I had to nitpick, it would be that the design Phase took about a month longer than I would have liked but not a deal breaker at all since our kitchen was a bit complicated. Lance, John, and team all rock!

I remodeled a master bath and adjoining smaller bath. This is a bit of a mixed review. I will say up front that their installation was top notch. The person who performed the work, Bernard, was great, very meticulous and really cared about doing a great job. I've got no complaints as far as that goes. However, I would be remiss if I didn't mention a couple of items that a potential customer should be aware of. Let's just say they need to improve their communication during the sales process. First, when their salesperson waxes on about their custom cabinets, well - not so much. We wanted white cabinets, but their samples only had pearl (which is not white). We were told by the salesperson we could have any color we wanted. He neglected to mention there would be a $2,000 increase in the price to get white. Also the cabinets were not solid wood, even though the samples he showed us were solid wood. That's not my definition of custom cabinets. Luckily we found out about this in time to order solid wood, white cabinets from Build.com at a huge savings, and they turned out great. 2nd, make 100% certain they give you an itemized parts list of what you ordered with exact model numbers, and then check those model numbers against what arrives. I didn't do that, and we got the wrong tub. They claim it was the tub that I ordered, but I'm 100% certain is was not. Basically, I've got a 60 inch tub that should have been 72 inch tub. Anyway, save yourself some grief and make sure they give you an itemized list with model numbers of everything you've agreed upon. You'd figure they would do this as SOP to protect themselves as well as the customer. There are issues with any remodeling project, and I had my share. Just be prepared for things not to go according to plan. My floors were hugely out of square and had to be rebuilt to properly lay the tile. The company that cut the quartz countertops screwed up drilling the faucet holes and the faucet wouldn't fit, so that had to be redone - actually twice. I don't blame Limitless for that, but its just the kind of thing that happens. Anyway the 5 to 6 week estimate ended up taking 11 weeks to complete. In the end the bathrooms look very nice. The people they use for installation are excellent. They do a good job. I would have liked to have given them 5 stars, but just could not because of the noted issues.

We had an excellent experience working with Limitless Renovations! We had our condo’s windows replaced and had multiple small projects done all over the condo. Lance and Brian provided us with very good service. Lance was very responsive and precise in his conversations, making our dealings convenient and quick. Due to some unforeseen reasons, our window project was delayed but they made up for it by giving us a discount! They were very considerate of our timelines and tried to make the journey as smooth as they could. We highly recommend Limitless Renovations, it was a pleasure working with them.

We just completed a kitchen renovation with these folks, which included new countertops, new appliances, and updated cabinets. Although they were not the lowest bidder on our job, they were great to work with, and never tried to "up sale" us. We are very satisfied with the final product. They were very friendly, and responsive to our queries as the project progressed. The only items that kept this from being a 5-star experience for us was that we didn't get a lot of advance notice when they scheduled work and the person who installed our cup pulls didn't at first countersink them. This was quickly rectified, however. Overall I would be happy to have them do additional work for us.

I just completed a master bath remodel with Limitless and I am over the top pleased with the work they did. The designer, Kathryn, walked me through selections of tile, paint, vanity selection and fixtures in less than 4 hours. I have never made decisions on anything that quickly, but it all came out beautifully. Lance and his team know what they are doing! Lance came out and took measurements again and we made some minor changes, but he adjusted everything so it wouldn't cost me more! His skilled craftsmen, like Doug who did the majority of the work from the tear-out, plumbing, electrical, tub, shower, toilet and vanity install, as well as all the tile work, was a joy to work with throughout the process. He does great work, is meticulous and cleaned up everyday. While any renovation is messy, this was tolerable. Manny, the primary painter, did fantastic work repairing torn drywall and preparing and painting over 24 year old wallpaper that would have been almost impossible to remove. For those of you, like me, who have big hesitations about painting over wallpaper, don't be if you use this company. Looking at my walls, you would never know wallpaper is under the paint. They sealed all the seams, did repair on drywall and painted with four coats of primer and paint. It looks wonderful! Our goal was to modernize our master bath prior to putting the house on the market, while keeping the cost reasonable. Limitless was not the least expensive company I interviewed for this project, and I got quotes from NINE companies. Limitless actually was on the higher end, but you get what you pay for, and they took all the headaches away from me. I did not have to be the general contractor, I picked out what I wanted and they got it all. Wonderful job; I will definitely use them again.

My wife and I used Limitless Renovations for a complete bathroom remodel. The crew gutted everything in the bathroom, replaced the vanities, the toilet, rebuilt the shower, painted, and installed all of the tile. Their craftsmanship was superb! Like any remodeling job, there were a few unexpected bumps along the way, but they were all addressed immediately and successfully. The entire team was 100% trustworthy and professional. I've renovated other bathrooms at other houses before so I had a clear idea of what I wanted with this renovation of my master bath: out with the old, in with the new and I want it timeless, not trendy, and please don't over-engineer it (does everything have to be CAD-ed out?) and please don't overcharge me for it. I got everything I requested and then some - my designer Tonya was awesome - she listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want, didn't try to oversell me, discussed realistic budgets with me, and designed exactly what I wanted. I can't say enough great things about my installer Jon who showed up everyday and worked awfully hard to make things just right. My new master bath is truly exactly what I wanted and the cost was appropriately priced and within budget. Zero cost overuns, zero problems. Worksite was meticulously maintained. I look forward to making my second bath just as fabulous down the road with Limitless Renovations Statewide. Kudos to CEO Lance for putting together a well-oiled renovation machine! What I did: 1) replaced existing shallow and wide and obligatory whirlpool tub with a rectangular and deep soaking tub. 2) tore out worn and tiny shower pan and tile shower and enlarged the shower and retiled everything. I asked for a tile insert/panel on one wall of the shower and the face of the tub to add interest. 3) new quartz countertops with undermounted sinks. 4) new wood-look tile floor (which is amazing BTW - not what I would consider trendy because my house's exterior is barn-like). Jon installed mirrors and a medicine cabinet that I purchased myself. Having a beautiful, new, clean, and functional master bath makes me happy and I know that it will still look fabulous many years down the road regarding the resale value. I had my small master bathroom renovated. The old tub was removed and replaced with a ceramic tile open shower. The floor was also tiled. The space where the old shower was now has a built-in cabinet. It is beautiful and I love it! The men were all great guys and very accommodating every step of the way. They did a great job on my master bath. Quality work, quality people. We had a few miscommunications, but that happens. The worker they assigned to our project worked extremely hard, was kind, and happy to answer all of my questions.

I must add that I am extremely particular and focus on every detail. They accommodated me cordially, professionally and in a timely manner!

Limitless did a remodel of our kitchen including knocking out a wall between our kitchen and dining room, installing new cabinets and countertops, installing lighting in the kitchen and dining area, removing wallpaper and painting the entire area. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional and arrived when expected to do the work. The project was finished on time and no unexpected costs were incurred. Limitless Renovations just completed a kitchen remodel for us...new cabinets, backsplash, countertops, appliance installations....and a laundry room update. The staff was very helpful with making decisions on colors, tiles, countertops etc. All of the workers were professional and I was comfortable having them in our home (a big thing with me!). We had a couple small glitches during the remodel, but the owner, Lance, stayed in touch with me and got the contractors scheduled until the job was complete. I would absolutely use them again!

We have just completed remodeling the kitchen with Limitless Renovations doing cabinets, countertops, and tiled backsplash. Limitless staff worked with us every step of the way to insure a smooth transition from old to new. They offered many options to choose from, were adept at improving the design and space efficiency for the new cabinetry, and sequenced the different stages of installation as seamless as possible. And, they are very reasonably priced for an exceptionally good product. Also, they only considered the job done when we were completely satisfied.

We did a gut rehabilitation on a 2000 sq. ft condo in Buckhead. Existing bathrooms and kitchen were removed as well as floors and ceilings. The contractor provided design services and then installed new kitchen, two new bathrooms, walls and lighting. All workers we highly skilled and professional, taking pride in their work. She was a great help in picking colors and tile design. Ryan and Jason did the tear down and built the new shower, all the tile work and other miscellaneous things. Their work was beautiful. They kept everything neat and clean. They were on time everyday. The painter did a beautiful job on the painting. Lance is wonderful at his job in managing the project. He has been immediately responsive to any question or concern I have had during this process. I never expected a project like this to go this smoothly. They have my highest recommendation!
