Really happy with Stan, Taleb and all the team at London Dream Buidling. They did an amazing job renovating our house in a project that lasted for around 5/6 months including a new extension at the back of the house, full re-model downstairs, new bathrooms upstairs, and decorating throughout. The team were really responsive and genuine, and where additional costs arose - they explained them in a transparent and trustworthy manner. I have already recommended them to others and would have no issue recommending to everyone I know!

Taleb and Stan of London Dream Building (LDB) completed the full refurbishment of our house, taking over from our previous builder who had let us down. They did an amazing job fixing several mistakes of the previous builder and in dealing with unexpected challenges. Moreover, they always explained upfront the options available and the relative costs (together with pros and cons). Communication was great as we had regular meetings onsite and phone calls throughout the project. The whole team was very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated (special mention to their electricians and plumbers who are very skilled). The team was also happy to accommodate our additional requests while work was in progress. The job was completed to a very high standard and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Taleb and his team if you are thinking about refurbishing your house and are looking for a competent and reliable builder.

As a first time home buyer and a first time home renovator, the task of remodeling a home was daunting. Taleb and LDH were recommend by a friend who used them on a project after another friend had recommended them. I met with several builders, all very good, but decided to go with LDH b/c of the friend's recommendation. What I appreciated most about Taleb was his honesty and integrity. As a first time home remodeler, I felt he walked me through ideas and discussed things in depth in a way that I could understand and ultimately make the best decision. Secondly, I felt that his team went above and beyond what they needed to do. They repaired leaks that weren't on the schedule, offered to assemble furniture that arrived unexpectedly. In renovating a house, ultimately there are challenges that are going to come up. I think Taleb and his team are great at adjusting to changing circumstances. Furthermore, the head builder, Stan, has a great attention to detail and is very capable. The whole team is very hardworking and I can highly recommend LDH

Taleb and Stan did an extension and full house refurbishment for us this year (SW20). They were extremely professional and communicative about the whole process. From start to finish they answered any questions we had. Our extension turned out amazing and gave the house a very spacious feel that transitions into the garden. They took care of all small details including our last moment addition of a custom wine rack. Overall we are very pleased with the team and the work they did for us. Couldn't recommend them more to anyone looking to renovate their home.

Taleb, Stan, & co were great to work with. A real focus on delivering a great service, being flexible, and always trying to find solutions to problems makes them stand out. We are really happy with how it all turned out and even though it's disruptive to have a lot of work done whilst living at home, London Dream Building always went out of their way to find ways to minimise any disruption to our family. I have recommended them to friends for other projects and would not hesitate to use them again int he future. In fact, we added a garden project on the back of our extensive refurb as we were so with their work. Timing was critical as we were getting married so Taleb and Stan delivered a 6 month project right on time - very rare with this size project!

I cannot recommend Taleb and Stan and their team enough. From the tender process through to the project itself and the “after care”, they are utterly professional and take immense pride in their work. That is to say, they genuinely care about doing the best job they can. We did a ground floor extension, and full House renovation along with landscaping of our garden with them. We are thrilled with the result which was completed on schedule despite us increasing the workload considerably. Their invoice was also so detailed and itemised (pages and pages) so there were absolutely no hidden extras. Anything extra that we added on was transparently priced (eg we originally only quoted for ground floor doors to be changed but then we changed throughout and the unit price was just multiplied by the extra doors) . I particularly liked that Taleb was ALWAYS at the end of a call/ WhatsApp message. I heard stories of contractors beginning to ignore their clients midway through projects or getting lax with communication but that’s not the case with this team. I am happy to talk directly with anyone considering using them. If we ever take on a project again, we will always use them.

We used London Dream Building for our new kitchen extension and ground floor refurbishment. The whole team were excellent - responsive, courteous and high quality. We are really happy with the end result and look forward to working with Taleb, Stan and the team again!

The team completed a flat renovation for us this year and we found them to be very professional and efficient; and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get some renovation work done. Even when they came across unexpected problems, they always found solutions, with everything being completed to a very high standard and delivering on our (high) expectations. The stars of the show were our new bathroom and kitchen, which have completely revolutionized the look and feel of the flat, making it more modern and luxe. The project cost around the £60K-mark and was worth every penny. All of the team were really nice - and they even made friends with the dog, which is no easy task. Taleb is a great project manager and kept us up to date on everything along the way.

Stan and Taleb did a loft conversion and updating woke throughout my house. They also attended to the remediation of works that had been left in a terrible state by the previous builder. They were professional throughout and their combined knowledge and attentiveness means that I always felt confident that the work would be down and to a very high standard. Taleb project manages the build which as I have found out is essential to the success of the project. London Dream Building should be your first and only choice.

London Dream Build have been the dream team to work with - we have recently completed a kitchen extension and ground floor refurbishment and couldn’t be happier. They are. Super efficient team, always on hand to help and have amazing attention to detail.

Taleb and Stan worked on the full renovation of our house. We were impressed with the overall process - the quote was detailed and accurate, proper contract documents entered into, the work was of high quality and any concerns/questions were dealt with quickly. Taleb is great at communicating via email/text as well as on the phone which was really helpful. Taleb and Stan are both very professional and were always punctual and gave friendly, honest and realistic advice during our meetings on site - we particularly appreciated their advice on the best solutions to make sure the house still functions well and looks good in the long term, rather than going for "quick fixes". We needed to add a few bits to the project part way through, and this was dealt with well. Overall we are really pleased with the finished house and that everything was as pain free as possible for a major renovation! We would happily recommend LDB to anyone.

Taleb, Stan and the team did a brilliant job on a complex project. They acted as project managers,builders, problem solvers and (at times) social workers when we had weak, wobbly and "why are we doing this moments." As to be expected with working on a Victorian terraced property, many things only became evident during the initial demolition and clearance work. We were not merely told about these as they came up, but given the solution as well. All of their people, and their were many of different trades and skills that came in an out at various stages of the 24 week project, were courteous, professional and reliable.We actually missed them when they had finished! There is no getting away from the fact that projects such as these are dirty,noisy,disruptive and very stressful, and that voices will be raised and things said in the heat of the moment, but Taleb was always available with calming words, and Stan brought a quiet sense of that he had seen it all before and that nothing couldn't be worked through and solved.

Taleb was an absolute pleasure to work with and provided an excellent level of client communication throughout the renovations (which commenced in 2019 and were finalised early this year). Taleb, Stan and the rest of the company are absolute pleasures to work with. In 2019 they did a fantastic renovation on our Victorian terrace. Our kitchen has since appeared in the Times newspaper and various channel 4 architectural shows. Their attention to detail, work ethic and quality continually blows me away. Both Stan and Taleb have a design eye, and have worked closely with the architect and I to make fantastic design improvements that have enabled us to have more light and space. We have recommended the team to so many of our friends since the build, and will continue to recommend them and use them ourselves when we do our next project. Taleb, Stan and the team are the perfect team and I couldn't recommend them enough. Nothing was out of the question and they were always extremely happy to help solve problem and deliver what we wanted. The workmanship and quality was excellent and Taleb's communication and management was second to none. Couldn't be happier with the work that Stan and Taleb did for us, we did a side extension which was a lot of work and had lots of moving parts to the project. Stan and his team were amazing, worked so so hard every week, for 10 months. Stan's attention to detail and building work is second to non. Highly highly recommend Taleb and Stan! We had a huge flood in our extension and kitchen. It needed a full refurb because of the extent of the damage. Taleb was able to come out quickly and asses the damage. Taleb was also instrumental when it came to dealing with the insurance company too. They worked quickly and to a high standard and the job was finished within budget and on time - two things that are usually compromised when it comes to big projects and builders!

We used Taleb and London Dream Building for our bathroom and kitchen /dining room. They did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with the finished result. The bespoke cupboards, with built in wine racks, as well as an open shelving unit, look excellent and have been done to a very high standard. From the 15 page detailed tender to our Architect at the start of the project, through 6 months of building to a lovely finished kitchen diner extension and a fantastic refurbished ground floor now with a downstairs toilet plus bespoke joinery throughout Taleb/ Stan and the team were a real pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, the advice given when decisions needed to be made were spot on, the team were unfailingly polite and even the dog ignored us when they were around. Everything was explained to us in detail by Stan or Taleb when needed. We were without a kitchen for Christmas but they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed even bringing us wine and chocolates and a lovely handmade carrot cake!! Also halfway through we agreed that they would add a fully centrally heated, wired and internet cabled garden room as well - recycling double glazed patio doors and windows that were removed from the house to make way for the extension, even this was made with no trouble. So thank you Stan and Taleb and the whole team for turning our plans and dreams for our house into the fantastic, perfect finished space that the whole family (and Barney the dog) are really enjoying now. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and are happy for anyone to come and see our lovely home should they wish, they created a perfect home for us to enjoy for years to come.

Taleb and Stan renovated our kitchen and did a great job, making a massive improvement to our home. They are also really nice guys who are a pleasure to know and to invite into your home - we really appreciated how considerate they were when our first child was born mid way through the renovation (and they also helped entertain the cat)

We worked with London Dream Building on a refurbishment of a home in Wimbledon. The work looks fantastic and the attention to detail is superb - all for a competitive price. In particular, the quality of the joinery is great and Taleb and his team have delivered the design exactly as we hoped for. We worked with Taleb, Stan and their team on a small refurbishment and upgrade project for a kitchen/ dining room and external terrace within a Warner flat in Stoke Newington. This was the first time we had worked with London Dream Building and their communication and project management was excellent, enabling us to build up a really positive and efficient working relationship very quickly, and ultimately they delivered a really well-finished project. I absolutely loved working with London dream building. When my partner and I first started thinking about our renovation, we had no idea what we were really doing. Taleb and Stan spent so much time with us getting to know us, our style and the building. They introduced us to an awesome architect who worked with them to produce a plausible plan. Once the plans were drawn up Taleb put together a comprehensive quote which outlined every piece of work and it's price broken down by materials and labour. We had a ton of quotes from other builders but were so taken aback by how honest they were with the prices they were charging we chose to go with them. Once they started work - Taleb, Stan and the team were humble, polite, hard working and a pleasure to have in the house. When we used to come down in the morning before work the team always used to offer to make us a coffee. Throughout the build the team constantly used to come up with ideas wether it was to save money or do something better. Stan saw a beam in our living room which didn't need to be so big, he spoke about if we would him to make it smaller and by the time we had got home he had transformed it free of charge (this was out of the scope of the original quote). We are soooo happy with the work London Dream Building have done, we have recommended them to so many of our friends who are in similar positions. I can not recommend them enough!

We hired London Dream Building to install an Ikea kitchen, this involved fitting the cabinets, worktop and all the appliances. The project had a few complications due to items missing from the Ikea delivery and the gas pipes already in the kitchen, however Taleb and his team dealt with these very professionally and I am happy with the final result. I would recommend London Dream Building to anybody in the future as they offer great value, are honest and very hard working.

Taleb and his team built some beautiful bedroom wardrobes to fill the spaces between a fireplace for us in our terraced Victorian home in SE London. The workmanship is excellent, the team were 100% professional and they were also priced reasonably. Far less than Sharps for example. Taleb himself is an excellent project manager who is always available and very accommodating.

London Dream Building created bespoke bookcases for our living room, designed to perfectly accommodate our large CD, DVD and book collection. From the initial, prompt call from Taleb, to the completion of the project, we were provided with an excellent service and a fantastic end result. They've been a huge help throughout this whole process and done a really great job with our extension. We actually interviewed about 15 builders (way more than needed!) and decided to go with Taleb and his team as they were extremely professional and put together the most comprehensive quote. We had some different builders do some work upstairs, but were disappointed by the quality and reliability - so wanted to make sure we got things right with the extension. We definitely picked the right team in London Dream Buildings - not only did they do an amazing job on the extension, but they also did a few things to repair the work the other builders did. Throughout the build they went above and beyond, and actually pointed out things our architect had forgotten, like a tap out the back and plumbing for the fridge (as well as a few more things). They were also really flexible when we changed our design midway through. They kept to the budget and did a great professional job throughout. Stan as well was brilliant to work with - always found a solution to tricky things we wanted doing, and had a great attention to detail - the finish in the work was brilliant. They did everything to industry standards and building control - and provided all the necessary certificates and building docs. Communication wise they were great - I texted and spoke with Taleb at all hours of the day, and he got in contact pretty much always straight away! He seemingly never takes a day off! They were all a real pleasure to work with. There were no hidden costs at all. We had a few extras things we wanted, and some work done in the main house, which were added on - but Taleb always let me know how much any extra work or big changes would be. They were very transparent and there were no surprises. Would definitely recommend.
