Livingspace and Partners

We purchased 2 x chairs and 1 x sofa from Living Space in February 2020. The service from beginning to end was first class. Matteo looked after our order and advised us fabric and colour. The furniture is of the highest quality and craftsmanship. We can recommend without reservation.

We ordered 2 wardrobes and a bed from Livingspace. Whilst the attention given to us in the showroom was good and the fitters were professional and courteous, the after-care customer service was pretty shocking given the price we paid and inconvenience caused when both wardrobes arrived with faults, effectively rendering them un-usable for at least a further 2 months. The first wardrobe, which cost £7,000 arrived with an extra set of shelves which were not on the confirmed plans and effectively reduced the usuable storage space. The second wardrobe, which cost £8,000 arrived without the installed lighting which we requested and paid for. Whilst this may have been the manufacturers fault, the lack of empathy and understanding by Livingspace was poor. We now have one wardrobe in our spare bedroom which we cannot use nor touch until we hear back from the manufacturers in a few weeks, and a second wardrobe in our master bedroom, partly installed and the rest in boxes, for probably another 2 months whilst we wait for the correct parts arrive. Getting an response and appropriate resolution from Livingspace has been hard. In short, if everything goes well, then you will probably be ok and pleased. However, if anything goes wrong, be prepared to be frustrated at their staff's lack of understanding as to the disruption this will cause to your life. Not what you'd expect from a high-end supplier.

great service and excellent quality furniture. My bedroom and Living room have been entirely re-designed with Olivieri furniture. The fitters were very professional and left only when the job was 100% finished.

I purchased a Lago Bed from Livingspace and my experience was great. Being able to go to the showrooms was such a benefit as I could see what it looked like. While I was there they offered me a free Interior Design service which helped me to see what the bed would look like in my bedroom which helped a lot. Highly recommended for Lago products.
