We hired Jayson and Landform Design Group to design our 2+ acres in Huntsville Utah. The design that they came up with is amazing! Their inclusion of hardscape, outdoor living, outdoor lighting, and plantings is incredible. We couldn't be happier. Now we just need the snow to melt so that we can get to work! I would highly recommend Jayson and team for the highest quality landscape design.

Landform Design Group was exceptional to work with! We worked with LFDG to create a plan for revamping our backyard. We met with Jayson to discuss our wants and needs generally. We didn't have anything specific mind, just ideas. He asked many questions and really took time to get to know us and what we were hoping to create. He nailed it. He thought of every detail and allowed us to experience what the new backyard would feel like before the actual work began. We loved their process and felt our job was given the highest attention to detail. The quality of their work and the attention to detail in the process were second to none. They were always quick and thorough in their responses to any questions we surfaced. Jayson's experience, expertise, and connections to experts in the industry were exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

Landform Design Group did our large-ish yard project in Olympus Cove. They did all of the design, 3D models and bid collections, and our project contacts were Jayson, Deborah and Jeff. Overall the team did a really great job! PROS: * Super professional team * Thorough communication about what to expect in the process * Great listening skills and translating our asks into beautiful design * They proactively offer-quality-of life improvements to the yard * Detailed, high quality final products * Transparent, fair pricing model CONS: * LFDG is slow to complete projects. Just mentally plan several months to complete a project with them. * LFDG's favorite landcapers know that LFDG does high end projects, and as a result they charge about 75% more than market rate. Make sure to get bids from your own contractors.

We could not be happier with our new yard! After multiple years of working with different contractors on updating our 1970's home in Cottonwood Heights we decided that hiring based on ability and execution versus price was needed for a complete overhaul of our property and choosing to work with Jayson and the team at LFDG did not disappoint. We were blown away by the level of design and vision that was proposed and not only hired LFDG to prepare the bid documents for the property but ultimately to manage the project which was worth every penny. They asked well established and highly professional contractors to bid on the project that would align with their expectations and made certain that there were no deviations from the design intent once the project got underway. We were involved in a any decisions that needed to be made but not burdened items that had already been discussed. In addition, the level of professionalism from beginning to end was stellar and we feel paying a bit more to be completely satisfied was worth it...we wouldn't change a thing about the overall experience which honestly has not been the case with our other projects. Jayson & his team helped us design the landscaping for our new home in Park City, UT and knocked it out of the park. We came in with some general ideas and they ran with them and came up with a concept that is better than we could have dreamed. This is only the second review that I've ever given...the first was for the company that stepped in after Jayson failed us miserably. Jayson King (LFDG) was more than happy to come up to our home + look at our project. He was more than happy to take some notes + make us feel like he was listening to truly understand. He was more than happy to send us an invoice + let us know about the prompt payment terms. He was more than happy to take a large project for the front of our house + provide us with drawings for our entire property that FAR EXCEEDED our communicated budget. In the end, we did NOT move forward with Jayson after trying to finalize plans for over 18 months. Although his designs are lovely, don't be fooled by the drawings. The reality is that he will be overpriced, arrogant, dismissive + not able to meet any deadline even those that he sets. We spent over $10,000 with him + have nothing to show for it. Even the "extensive" drawings that he provided weren't able to be used because they weren't accurate. I would be very careful + cautious about even starting a conversation with LFDG specifically Jayson King. It's truly disappointing + horrible use of hard-earned funds.

We came to Landform Design Group with high expectations based upon the designs and completed projects we had reviewed. I have to say our expectations were blown away. Jayson brought a design to life for our future landscape design that will create an environment for our family to enjoy for years to come. Every concept we asked for was implemented and designed with incredible detail. We can't wait to have LFDG help us manage this project and bring it to life.

We are finishing our basement and decided to add a window. The addition of a window well led to a necessary front yard redesign that we hoped to address once the addition was completed. When we ran into issues and realized a custom window well was needed, we reached out to Jayson King immediately requesting an urgent meeting. Jayson responded quickly, came out and completed a sketch with a complete redesign of our front yard. It was brilliant and we were absolutely blown away. Jayson's vision addressed our immediate need for the window well design, the dimensions, and had an absolute "wow" factor! He supported us throughout the whole process by addressing our questions, having a 3D model developed for us to provide for a custom window well, and planting overlay. Jayson continues to refine the vision demonstrating his desire to give us the curb appeal of our dreams!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jayson and LFDG on our mountain retreat. Jayson provided a plan that was functional and beautiful!
