Selling a property is tense. Our estate agent suggested Lets Revamp to stage our townhouse, as a good way of maximising resale value. The Lets Revamp team staged it beautifully - zero effort on our part - great effort on their part. The townhouse looked stunning - I almost didnt want to sell it!! Anyway it did sell - on the 1st open day and got a considerable amount more than anticipated. Many thanks Lets Revamp. I highly recommend them to make your property sale more productive. It is a seamless and stress free process that is well worth the outlay.

We used Let’s Revamp to style our home to sell. Ronel was recommended by our real estate agent Starr Partners. From the start Ronel was fantastic. She did a walk through and gave me some feedback for each room. We decided in the end to hire some pieces off her for the open house and professional photos. Everything was beautiful and perfectly matched what we had already in our home. Communication was excellent they turned up when they said they would and kept everything immaculate. If I ever sell my house again I would def use them again. May even get them to come help me style the new house. Wonderful service and friendly consultants. Highly recommend.

Ronel decorated our new home and gave it a WOW factor. Our friends and family were really impressed with the interiors. During the apportionment Ronel understood our requirements and gave us so many great ideas to decorate the house. Based on our input and discussion with her, she created the mood boards that were really fantastic and practical. We thought we were just hiring some furniture. It was so much more. Our real estate agent (also a personal friend) advised us to engage Let's Revamp. We weren't really thinking of getting in designers like that. We thought that was for the top end of town. Also, we have a large family, and were worried about how we would even manage the intrusion. It was an unbelievably positive experience! Nicolene guided us so kindly, and recognised that this was literally a revamp of our home. She did it with such gentleness and also made the place look amazing. I was amazed at her ability to see the vision of how to reuse a space. It made it very easy for prospective buyers to see it for themselves, which was - I'm sure - a powerful reason our house sold so quickly at a higher price than we hoped in a market where others were other house prices were either going down or houses were staying on the market and going stale. An amazing transformation that we never expected, and a great result as well.

Nicolene spent a couple of hours at my house, I thought it was just about ready to go on the market but oh boy the difference it made when she redone room by room. An amazing transformation basically using what I already had. I had the first and only viewing the next day because it sold straight away. Now I think that is the best recommendation anyone could give. Thank you so much for not only the transformation but you made it fun.

I was really impressed with the professional way the team changed the look of the house with their suggestions that improved the appearance. The whole house looks so light and open. Then with their furniture, so modern-looking. Nix took photos of the finished job and they looked great. They arrived within the arranged time-frame, did a lovely job and cleaned up afterwards too. Nicolene and the Let's Revamp team did a great job with the styling on the apartment that I was selling. They made the place look great. Importantly, they what was a smallish studio apartment look bigger! It was no problem to extend the furniture hire at a reasonable rate. At all stages they have been pleasant to work with. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a place "dressed" for sale, as well as to anyone who needs some top quality interior decorating.

I had just recently built a new house and had all my old furniture in it. I needed some ideas on how to brighten up the house, add some colour/life and make it my own. It just felt a bit blah even though the house was brand new. I used houzz to get in touch with some professionals and really liked the gallery for let’s revamp. I was however concerned as I have 2 small boys and a dog and so I didn’t want to buy all new furniture right now. Nicolene was so friendly and open to working with my existing furniture and art which was great. Nicolene came to my house for a few hours, discussed what I wanted, went through pictures on houzz I liked, and came up with ideas for my place. Nicolene did out a summary of what we spoke about that day and a price list of any furniture, art, soft furnishings etc I liked from her extensive catalogues. She even put up with my many follow up questions! We had spoken about ideas for the whole house and even the outdoor area, but I decided to concentrate on one area being the open living / dining area as I’m on a budget and want to do it all in my own time (which had also been a concern for me whether they would take a small job like mine but this turned out to be fine) Luckily for me they were able to install everything just in time for Xmas! I couldn’t be happier with how it looks and I got so many compliments over Xmas from friends and family on how it’s changed the space and made it more of a home!! Thank you so much!
