My husband and I recently completed a gut renovation that involved the combination of two one bedroom apartments in a landmark building in Brooklyn Heights. Lorraine Bonaventura was our architect and collaborated with our contractor to create a beautiful, highly functional space that both accommodated and anticipated our needs. She is aesthetically talented and brings meticulous attention to detail. She is a good listener and was respectful of our desires and budgetary constraints. She was a pleasure to work with and we recommend her without reservation.

Lorraine Bonaventura worked with us to do a full gut renovation to our Brooklyn townhouse. Lorraine's attention to detail is what makes her work stand out.
