I had been dreaming of building my Lake Home for 20+ years; and when I finally chose Lands End Development, after seeing several of their homes on the Brainerd Lakes Home Tour, I knew I had the right builders. Their attention to detail is really incredible and they were careful to listen to all of my wants and needs and how much I could afford to spend. In the end, they were able to create my Dream Home perfectly. And, they are super nice people too; easy to work with, and they make you feel like your project is their only project. It was a great experience and I wish that I could do it all over again!

This company is a dream to work with! We have had them do two major projects for us. The entire team is always available and go the extra mile for you. The design work, the ideas, and suggestions were spot on, they really took the time to listen and design what we wanted. No hesitation in recommending them for any of your design work, remodeling or new build jobs, big or small!

We hired this company for a design/build lake home project. Every aspect for the design and building process has exceeded our expectations. The subcontractors as well as their own employees have been focused on excellence and details. Their help in making selections that brought our dreams into reality has been a delight.

Land's End is a great contractor for your home building or remodeling project. Extremely conscientious, with a high attention to detail. Unlike some contractors, Land's End is very schedule driven, and manages their subcontractors to deliver a quality on-time result.

Ha commentato: What colors are the exterior and interior stains?The interior woodwork is a custom stain blend. The exterior is finished in Sikkens Cetol 123 Dark Oak and Sikkens SRD Butternut.

Ha commentato: are there any plans that we can purchaseLinda- So Glad you like this project. All of our homes are custom Designed and Built for each client. So we consider the plans to be as much theirs as ours, and do not offer them for purchase.

Ha commentato: What type of countertops are on the outer area?Hello Hunter- The Perimeter Countertops are Granite with a Leather finish. The Island Top is a Cherry Butcherblock.
