KÜ Kitchens

KU Kitchens are really not up to the job when entering the big boys league. I spent a large amount of money on the kitchen ordered , a truly once in a lifetime project. There talk a good game on the planning but cannot deliver. An example is when trying to find out how many sockets I needed to put in for appliances and lighting they didn’t know. The fitting of the worktop was a joke as they ordered the wrong thickness worktop 20mm instead of 30mm. They subcontract certain work, plumbing,and I found them unreliable, highly expensive, and on fitting the quooker tap unable to fit correctly. The backsplash mirrors installed had a chip and so a another calimity. The so called fitters broke the electric hob fitting it in , had to be fixed, also of the lower door units 7 of the 11 were scratched by the fitters, were replaced but the colours don’t Match up, so now I got 3 Matt doors and 8 soft sheen doors. Been to the owner too many times to address this issue but keep getting fobbed of with excuses, the last one was we don’t supply stormer kitchens anymore, the web sight says different. This has been a very poor evperience for myself, in a once in a lifetime quality kitchen purchase.

We would like to thank Paul and all the team at KÜ Kitchens for an absolutely fantastic lob at an amazing price. We had been to another company, named after a bird with a green logo as their advertising hype suggested they would be the most competitive in town. We weren’t particularly impressed, they then started adding on extras and we also saw some rather negative reviews so we thought we would at least give KÜ a go. Well not only do they provide their spectacular bespoke German range the also have a budget outlet called Budget Kitchens Essex, when we compared these prices with those form the little bird company, KÜ came in with a saving and the choice of doors, tops, accessories, splashback etc was far superior so we went with them. Totally the right decision, the whole process was smooth as you like and the fitters were exceptional, hopefully we will never have to buy another kitchen again but if we do decide to move, we will definitely be going back to Paul at KÜ Kitchens.

Fabulous kitchen, great service! We visited Paul after visiting various other kitchen retailers and subsequently decided to use him for our project. Nothing was too much trouble and we worked through lots of different designs before we decided on our final choice, from the outset Paul was more than happy to spend time with our builders. There were no hidden surprises and all went to plan. We are very pleased with the quality of the kitchen. The wider team are superb and installation went very well! Very happy to endorse KU. We were recommended Ku Kitchens by our builder and were extremely impressed from day one with Paul’s expert knowledge, expertise and patience. The German kitchen is of the highest quality and fitted by Shane and Reece who were also excellent in their field; Shane even went away and thought about how to fit my washing machine securely which had caused them a headache. This firm is exceptional!! We were recommended to Paul at Ku Kitchens, but also went to others to get various ideas and quotes. Even before we decided on our supplier ,Paul’s attention to detail was far superior. For starters he actually listened to us and what we wanted and how we wanted things to flow. We were having a large kitchen extension to accommodate our new kitchen, and Paul immediately liaised with the builders to take the ‘relaying conversation bit’ away from us. On many occasions Paul would come round to re-measure, take further notes, bring more samples including hinges etc. that could be used. We told him what we wanted to spend and the look we wanted, and he delivered bang on budget and specification. Kitchen arrived with efficiency on the exact day requested (German kitchen), but 2 doors were slightly damaged in UK transit. Not an issue as an email sent by Paul that night ensured the replacements doors were at out address in a week! This brings me more on to the after care service which is superb. The kitchen fitters (Shane and Reece) are great at coming round to adjust doors,hinges,alignment as the ‘ bedding down process’ takes place. The kitchen was fitted in April, and even this weekend they came round top take 2mm off a part of the carcass to allow the dishwasher door to move more freely – nothing is an issue to them, and I know they are really busy. We are so pleased with the kitchen, big thanks to all at Ku Kitchens, and as far as I am concerned 100% fully endorsed recommendation to go to Paul and the team if you are thinking of a new kitchen.

Paul has creative ideas and good suggestions. He also understood fully our concept for the design of the kitchen.His cabinets are stylish and are of excellent quality. I would very much recommend his company.

Ku Kitchens is the most fantastic service that I have ever received from any company ever. We went to a few other places and was disappointed to receive quotes with hidden discounts, sloppy plans and a whole lot of pressure selling. In comparison our dealings with Ku kitchens were completely transparent. Ku took time to show the difference between each kitchen brand, listened to everything that we wanted and delivered a clear design. And another design up to 5 designs until each detail was perfect. Then the builders found extra space and we went onto design 6, 7 and 8. All turned around in 48 hours. Then the builders time line slipped and Ku stored our kitchen. Then the builders ordered the wrong window and we were looking at another 6 week delay. Ku Found us a window fitter. They seemlessly worked with our builders to ensure everything was perfect. The care and attention to detail that was par excellence right down to our slightly squeaky freezer door which was fixed immediately without fuss. This is our forever house and our forever kitchen and we could not be more pleased. Philippa

We were attracted to Ku Kitchens by the style of the kitchens which offer a stylish alternative to what's available from Wickes and B+Q, and although more expensive are miles ahead in quality and finish. Paul at Ku Kitchens created a design for the kitchen which gave us what we wanted and took into consideration the best use of the space available. The kitchen was fitted to a very high standard including fitting of quartz tops and splash backs, I would recommend Ku Kitchens as I was never left in any doubt that I would end up with a top quality kitchen fitted by professionals who really care about the finished result.

Went into shop with a proposed drawing for my project. Paul showed us different finishes and showed us the build quality. Had confidence in his knowledge and knowhow. Ordering process smooth, delivery on time. Kitchen units as promised and help with installation given. Had issues with the worktops as not as expected but this has been resolved quickly by KU very pleased with the after sales service. Would highly recommend KU kitchens.

KU Kitchens provided an excellent all round design and overall service. Good quality cabinetry and appliances, clean and efficent installation, great customer care, keeping you informed of deliveries and appointments. Excellent follow-up for any minor snagging adjustments.

Paul and his team at Ku are exceptionally helpful and as they have their own workshop are able to customise the units so they fit perfectly to your space. Their designer really gets under the skin of what you want and isn't afraid to give you something out of the ordinary.
