We are a small and new company, based in Edinburgh but with the ability to manufacture wherever there’s a CNC machine. We truly believe that we make ecologically sound, beautiful and simple products out of birch plywood. Kobod has designed a CNC cut dovetail, that not only makes manufacturing and assembly simple but it shows off the beauty of interlocking plains of laminated birch plywood. We can make a beautiful cupboard in 3 minutes on a CNC. Perfectly square, strong and elegantly understated. Because of this automated design and manufacturing, we undercut most people on a like for like product. In an industry plagued by huge greedy margins, we are totally upfront about our costs. We try our best to design really nice objects and we are agile enough to change and adapt to your needs.
