Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast

Kitchen Solvers was open about taking on our challenge, our desire for a semi- turnkey project, and working with our creative ideas. Our project consisted of a 1,350 sq/ft condo with interior, angled wall configuration, on the 10th floor. We acquired our condo, which was originally a disaster, with only sporadic floor tile, a few steel wall studs, and some hanging electrical wires. They we aways open to our ideas and shared their experience and input. This project consisted of working with the condo association, obtaining permits, completing the demo of the unit, working with our architect, installation of the HVAC ductwork, the framing, the drywall (walls and ceiling), the electrical system, the rectified porcelain flooring, the crown/baseboard trim, the plumbing, a steel exterior door, the fire protection system, (2) bathrooms, a laundry room, living room, dining area, and a complete kitchen. The new kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room consisted of a unique stained blue/green/natural, oak facade, on the cabinets and panel mounted appliances, Quartzite back splashes and up to 2-1/4” thick counters. Since our primary residence is 1,300 miles away, Kitchen Solvers continually volunteered to assist us with unexpected projects with non-related service contractors regarding our project, supplying and changing-out existing maintenance items that had a limited service life, and making special trips to our condo to help with delivering/covering new furniture. This project was a success due to the help and cooperation of William, Shane, the Kitchen Solver Team, and their group of sub-contractors that they utilize.

As someone that has done remodeling myself in the past, all I can say is WOW! Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast recently finished a complete kitchen demo and remodel for us. This was a large project that included demolition of our existing kitchen/great room walls, flooring, cabinets, and large hanging garden shelves, followed by concrete slab cutting, electric, plumbing, drywall, installation of over 1200 sq. ft of porcelain tile flooring, new cabinets, and countertops including a large kitchen island. The quality of Kitchen Solvers work is a direct result of the quality, skill, and dedication of their employees and subcontractors. It is the best I have seen. From the first visit by Troy, I was impressed with Kitchen Solvers’ process. Troy completed a 2D/3D design with my input. All subcontractors that Kitchen Solvers used came to my home to review the scope of work and answer all my questions before work began. I took the time to research each subcontractor and found all of them to be highly rated and licensed contractors. Shane, William, and Mike visited my home to review the scope of work and Mike was introduced as the project manager. Once the demo work began, Mike stayed on top of all subcontractors and the schedule to keep me informed. He was attentive to my questions and any small issues that arose. Mike was easy to reach by phone and went above and beyond to keep things moving forward. He has an outstanding work ethic and really cares about the quality and timeliness of the project. I could not have asked for a better project manager! As we were living in our home throughout the project, we were impressed that after each day, the crew cleaned and left little to no mess. When all the rough in, finish drywall, and flooring work was completed it was time for new cabinet installation. Louis did the cabinet install and did an outstanding job! He is a true craftsman and very particular in his work. I could not have done the cabinet install better myself. The entire team at Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast are courteous and quality professionals who stand behind their word. Their work and commitment far exceeded our expectations. Outstanding Job!

Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast exceeded our expectations. Let me start out by saying that my family has been in the custom home building industry for 3 generations in SW Pennsylvania. I grew up in the family business and worked in it from the age of twelve until the age of 25. I am now 57 years old and never had to hire outside of the family business until now when my wife and I acquired a home in Palm Beach. It was a new experience for us hiring outside the family. We were scared because of all the horror stories about scams in this field. However, we settled with Kitchen Solvers and are extremely happy with our decision. KS has the remolding process perfected as best as it can be in my eyes. KS has a step by step method of getting the customer through the project in an orderly, clean, and professional manner. What I thought was really nice was being able to meet all the subcontractors before the job began in the kitchen itself to explain to them personally what we expected to be done. All of the subs have been with KS for an extended amount of time, which was another reason we went with KS. We were treated with respect from the owners William and Shane, the sales rep Troy, and the job supervisor Mike. All of the subs were top notch professionals with friendly personalities. The job site was cleaned every night before they left. Since we are new snowbirds, we were happy with how KS updated us with pictures while we were gone. We also got a few phone calls to ask us questions if needed. The new kitchen turned out wonderful. We love all the choices we made in the KS showroom. Shane worked with us so we could meet our budget, and we're happy with the quality of the cabinets, hardware, flooring, and new baseboards.

Used Kitchen Solvers for the second time based on positive experience with our first project, refacing kitchen cabinets. Was not disappointed and added bathroom cabinet refacing this time. Highly recommend consulting Kitchen Solvers for your home projects.

We did a major remodel of 4 main rooms, converting them into an open concept design. After completion our kitchen is simply state of the arts, not only beautiful, but highly functional. The storage was a concern and we ended up with way more space with plenty of room for everything in an orderly manner. The fireplace had a major facelift and it is absolutely stunning, our tile flooring is the perfect canvas for the contents of our space. It’s quite a transformation! Kitchen Solvers was magnificent from the planning of the design and the careful day by day care to ensure excellence in workmanship and truly professional follow thru to meet each and every expectation we had. We commend them for their professionalism and patience, remodels are not fun when you are still living on the premises, but they made every effort to always work with us. We have done kitchen and bathroom renovations in many homes through the years, but Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast was by far the best. Shane took the time needed to provide a comprehensive estimate so there was no surprise as we selected our materials. That meant no hidden or unexpected costs. There were many options available as we selected our materials as well. This allowed us to customize the look and feel of our kitchen to compliment the rest of our home and to be exactly what we wanted. Throughout the construction phase, Diane kept constant communication for scheduling and to ensure we were happy with the process. She is always pleasant, professional and available. Eric and Carlos did a beautiful job. Their attention to detail, care of our home and communication made us very comfortable with the remodel. We had a complete gut, walls taken down, and replacement done. As in every construction job there were hiccups. Each and every issue was handled perfectly. I can't stress the professionalism of William and his entire team. I would hire this company to do anything in my home and have complete confidence it would be done to perfection. I consider myself a perfectionist. William is far beyond me with this trait and his eye is amazing. If it wasn't perfect he addressed it. The team doing the work was second to none.
