We are so happy with our kitchen renovation. KBE was wonderful to work with from the initial to final stages. Aaron and Tammy, our designer, carefully assessed our old kitchen and made recommendations on changes that could work more effectively. Tammy was available for as many in person consults as we needed, and accompanied us to the appliance store and plumbing store to select appliances and faucets. Once the contract was finalized and work began, the demo team was effective and quick. We were impressed with how, during each stage of renovation, the team kept the kitchen as organized and clean as they could. Our team leader, Gregg, was excellent. Communicated and problem solved very effectively. Adam, our carpenter, did a meticulous job with his work. The subs were impressive. We have actually already contacted both the electrical and flooring folks for other jobs at the house. We felt comfortable having any of the team members or subs at the house regardless of our presence. In summary, I would definitely recommend KBE for any home project.

From start to finish, this company’s attention to design, production, and installation is top notch. The staff is highly professional, and once the splendid cabinetry is delivered from the factory, installation proceeds as scheduled. A custom homebuilder recommended Kitchens by Eileen to me for my wet bar project. He had worked with them in the past. The company has a stellar reputation throughout Lancaster County and beyond. I will not hesitate to call them for my next project.

KBE was nothing but a pleasure to work with. KBE completed a first floor major renovation for us in 2021/22. I worked with one of their designers every step of the way and it was wonderful having someone to guide me, provide me with all of my options, and help me feel confident in my decisions. I was provided with price breakdowns, beautiful renderings, and a detailed day to day schedule. Workers were punctual and respectful of our home. The team at KBE is exceptional. The process began with Amanda, our designer at KBE. She’s creative and precise in her design work, down to every detail. She takes the necessary time to research and find the products that will make the design extra special and her competence is recognizable immediately when you begin to work with her. This makes the process enjoyable. Josh, the project manager, leads the team on the project phase. His work is exemplary and his attention to detail, responsiveness, and accessibility throughout the entire process is exceptional. He is available to address any questions along the way and he communicates regularly on the project status. Josh, makes you want to begin another project with KBE because of his attention to detail. All the craftsman that KBE uses are excellent. Adam, who works on finish work has a great skillset with his attention to every detail. The KBE team is amazing. Amanda, Aaron, Josh, Kacie and all of the subcontractors who worked on our project...everyone of them is professional and knowledgeable. The team makes the project! KItchens by Eileen eliminated a rarely used dining room and in its place designed the kitchen of our dreams and made it look like it was always a part of our 36 year old home. They also suggested that we screen in the patio directly outside of the kitchen and now we practically live in this gorgeous outside room. Their advice was invaluable, and they guided us in every aspect of the remodel, from floor plan to our choices of materials and finishes. Truly, a positive remodel experience in every way. We had a great experience. Everything was organized well, we were given a calendar of events, and the design people were very helpful. They helped us change our 1970's cut off kitchen/dining room/living room into our open design dream space. They were very detailed and always had the function of the design as well as the look of the design in mind. We started the project right before the pandemic hit, so we were shut down for a while. As soon as they were allowed they got the project back up and running with a new plan and safety measures in place. I have given their name to my friends for when they want to do their kitchens.

Gutted entire inside, added a 500 square foot extension on the back. All new kitchen, master bath, laundry, family room. Very, very professional job. First class, exceptional craftsmanship.

Kitchens by Eileen: This is a company that believes in high quality workmanship, excellent customer communication and delivering what is promised, when it is promised . . . AND has innovative designers. Our requested budget parameters were maintained even while delivering a kitchen modification that honestly thrilled us. Bathrooms were completed with great attention to detail. All the workers were of the highest quality; many seemed to be skilled artisans in their particular craft. (We actually kept a list of names in case we ever wanted some private work done.) Shortly after paying the final bill we brought up an item that we felt needed some follow up. There was never a problem, even at this point: they told us they would make it right for us, and that's what they did. Extremely pleased we choose KBE: they were the absolutely right choice.

We have had Kitchens by Eileen remodel both our kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was done 10 years ago and still looks up to date today. We just finished having our master bath completely remodeled and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a dream bathroom! Eileen’s team is fantastic! Everyone is very professional. I had the privilege of working alongside the team at Kitchens by Eileen for a project a few years ago. Getting to see their overall vision, creative problem solving, and process first-hand was very impressive. Their attention to detail, experience, and design integrity was self-evident. A first-rate group of creative professionals.

Eileen and her team (Amanda, Josh, and Aaron) were AMAZING! They creatively and successfully turned a huge (but useless) mudroom into a beautiful, functional laundry room and home office. They also helped turn a large but awkward finished basement into a luxurious living room with built in wine bar and work out room with distressed barn doors. They came up with creative solutions that no one else had considered (Adding a new window! Genius!) And finished on time and on budget! The crew was so polite and mindful that I worked out of my home office and they took great care to keep the house clean. They were also great with our older dog who became friends with the whole gang. I cannot say enough good things. I've done multiple major renovations in several homes (2 kitchens, 7 bathrooms +) and this process was by far the easiest, best and least stressful.

Eileen has a great eye, ideas on how to help you achieve your dream project. The office was helpful throughout the process and my project completed right on time. Outstanding! I plan on using her for future projects.

Kitchens by Eileen is truly AMAZING!! We trusted them with redesigning and reconstructing half of our home to include a new kitchen, powder room, master bedroom and master bathroom. The result is absolutely wonderful! It’s like we’re entering a summer vacation home every time we walk into the new areas of our house, all without the 3-hour drive. The team was so patient, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Our ideas, choices and concerns were addressed immediately and never questioned during this project. Their attention to detail and completion of finishing touches has made our home look seamless between the old and the new. The character of our home was never compromised! The team stayed on schedule during the 2 ½ - 3 month project. From start to finish, we knew Kitchens by Eileen was a company with people we could trust to deliver an outstanding finished product. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, and what our style was, and came up with an incredible design, with great options. Our project was a complete gut, and they did a great job of making sure no dust or debris made its way to any other parts of the house, and cleaned up well every day. The project itself always stayed on time, and every day was great to come home and see the progressing made. The final product was amazing. We still look around while we sit in the renovated space and are so happy with the choices and work. Aaron, Esther, and Amanda were great throughout the process, and always made themselves available, as well as made sure we were satisfied with choices, progress, etc. the entire time. Josh hit the ball out of the park... We bought a fixer-upper and have worked with someone different for each bathroom, and now the kitchen. Josh was far and away the best craftsman we've seen. Everything he did was flawless. Has always gracious when with anything we asked of him, and would keep us updated every week of the work that was to come. You won't find a better person to work on your home. We have, and will continue to recommend Kitchens by Eileen to anyone considering a remodel. The photo's: There are a couple before to show what they started with, including a wall, which was replaced with a beam to open up the space. The fireplace did not exist, that was a totally new feature that we love. The french door was also replaced.

We LOVE our new kitchen, and the design and construction supervision by Kitchens By Eileen was simply first rate. They made great suggestions on the design which greatly enhanced the final project, and their construction / contractors were excellent. Worked around a few minor issues (which always happens) to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them, and would use them again with no hesitation. Their commitment to excellence is impressive.

We hired Kitchens by Eileen for a master bathroom project. We were very impressed with the whole design process from the very start. We were given a 3D rendering of our bathroom which helped us to visualize what the final project would look like. The project stayed on track, the whole process was extremely neat and tidy despite the major demo that was occurring. Aaron and Amanda helped us to make our design choices and then Josh made it all happen. We are extremely happy with the end result. We would absolutely recommend Kitchens by Eileen to anyone!

I have the kitchen of my dreams because Eileen listened to what I wanted and carefully crafted the space. By changing placement of appliances my kitchen is more functional. Eileen's suggestion for a wonderful backsplash exceeded my expectations. The cabinets are top quality and I now enjoy cooking in my kitchen.

Our master bath remodel is finished and beautiful. Eileens' design, counsel & patience were outstanding. Every choice turned to be the perfect one & we got the relaxing, beachy look we wanted. Her entire staff made the remodel a pleasure. . . protecting carpets, minimizing dust, keeping us informed, introducing us to each subcontractor, making sure the plans were to specs, answering all questions, confirming our selections & performing a final clean up. All the subcontractors were professional, friendly & very qualified. This was our second time to use their services, the first being our kitchen. It was obvious how much they care about their work & clients. It was a pleasure working with everyone and we would highly recommend their services.

We ended up using Kitchens by Eileen because my designer came up with a really great plan that reflected what I told her wanted and because they had a great approach to budgeting with a "good", "better" "best" option for everything. They were the only designer I talked to who seemed to actually know what the project would cost, and they were pretty much spot on in the end. Their work was outstanding (can't say enough good things about the carpenter who worked on our project-very fussy about having things done right). Anything that went wrong (which happens in every major construction project) they made right without question. You don't find many companies like that these days...finishing the punch list dragged out a little longer than I might have liked, but really, In light of the fabulous kitchen I got, that's a minor detail.

Fantastic team to work with from the inception to the final inspection. We were walked through many of the decisions that we had to make with patience and attention to detail. Very impressed with the plan the team created for us with every little detail included. Great job helping us draw out our vision and also being flexible when we changed some aspects of the design. Kitchen's by Eileen delivers quality work, sources quality materials and provides full service (design, construction, project and vendor management). I highly recommend their service.

I watch a lot of home improvement shows and am amazed by the requests people make regarding their kitchens. My kitchen is not large, but Eileen redesigned the space and made it more functional--and more beautiful!--than any I've seen anywhere. She clearly knew what she was doing and made suggestions I've found to be very insightful. The contractors who worked with her were as professional and personable as she is. She was careful of my budget, and the project was done with integrity and great craftsmanship. I love my kitchen and can't thank her enough for making it such an enjoyable and beautiful place to cook!

We did a complete kitchen overhaul, including knocking down the wall between the kitchen and the dining room. Eileen and Aaron were incredibly patient and helpful, as well as being very flexible with their scheduling. They offered their opinions and advice when I needed it, and listened carefully to the ideas that I brought to the table. EVERYONE they work with, from the countertop guy to the appliance salesman was top notch. And I can't say enough positive things about the team that was actually in my house every day. They were professional, caring, careful, and fun. I trusted them implicitly to be there when I wasn't. I will definitely use KBE again when we can.

Kitchens by Eileen was recommended to us by friends who had used them for a kitchen remodeling project. We were very impressed during our initial meeting by their approach and style. We had several design meetings during which they were very patient and provided us with their recommendations based on what they had learned about us. Once the design was finalized the project was handled and managed entirely by KBE. The project manager was present during the entire project and oversaw the sub contractors. Both he and subs were very professional and very pleasant to work with. Because of the work that went into the design phase there were very few changes made during the project itself. Any questions or concerns that arose were handled quickly and resolved. Both Eileen and Aaron were intimately involved with the design and implementation. Their primary concern was our happiness and satisfaction. The project was completed in a timely manner and came in very close to the budget we had agreed upon. We would recommend them highly.

I was introduced to "Kitchens by Eileen" at a home show. I must say I was not disappointed at all. I will continue to go to home shows to speak with vendors when I need information. Back to "Kitchens by Eileen", a representative came to my home to review the project wanted done. At that time I was thinking about having a kitchen makeover. However, as I spoke with the representative I realized that the company did bathrooms as well. I decided to have an upstairs bathroom completed at that time and put the kitchen off until later. I met with Eileen to discuss what I wanted and needed in the bathroom remodeling. I explained that I had a disabled person living with me and the bathroom must accompandate her needs as well. When I returned for the second meeting to review the designs, I discovered that all my concerns had been met. I was given the cost of the project and the projected time table from start to finish. The cost given to me for the project was extremely reasonable and the products being used were exceptional. When it was time for the project to start, I was introduced to the project manager and fine points were reviewed with me. The project manager kept me informed every step of the way with the project...problems that arose; how the project was progressing and how things were shaping-up. Each person that came into my home were respectful and courteous of me and my home. The site was cleaned each day at the close of the day and nothing was left out to cause an accident. The project was completed on schedule. I am overjoyed with my completed bathroom and a job well-done! I am looking forward to working with them again! I have already started planning my projects! I will recommend "Kitchens by Eileen" to all my friends and anyone looking to have a project completed! They are a wonderful company to have to do your projects Thank you for a project well done!!!

We had a full kitchen remodel including knocking down a wall to join dining and living areas. Hardwood floor laid and walls painted throughout the kitchen, dining, and living room. Textured ceiling painted smooth. Granite counter tops, tile backsplash, Signature brand cabinets and hutch, redesigned lighting, and built in desk.

Amazing! That is what my new kitchen is and my experience with Eileen, Aaron and her team. If you are a huge fan of HOUZZ like me and look at pictures of beautiful kitchens and wonder if you can ever afford it or make it happen, you actually can! Not everyone has a huge budget and there are so many possibilities that can make it affordable, that I was not even aware of until I worked with Eileen. She is wonderful to work with! Her vast experience, creativity and passion for what she does allows her the ability to make your dream kitchen a reality. (Including my dog bowl idea for my 3 golden retrievers which I saw on HOUZZ) You tell her what you want and she will help you design it at a budget that you can afford. Her team is made up of true professionals who are very detail oriented down to the last nail hole. I can't say enough about the tremendous work ethic and craftsmanship of Dave, the cabinet installer-a true perfectionist! Aaron was able to coordinate all facets of the job and answer any questions that we had throughout the process. He helped to make it seamless! Please know that I am in sales and customer service is very important to me. My expectations are very high and I am a tough customer. Having said that, my expectations were exceeded and I couldn't be more thrilled! Can you tell? :) I am now the proud owner of an amazing kitchen that I have always wanted!

We had our master bathroom and vanity area completely remodeled. It involved removing a jacuzzi, installing a walk in shower, moving the toilet to where the shower used to be and removal of old tile, soffets, cabinets and mirrors. There was also an open area where a new closet was built that added storage. My wife and I started working with Eileen over a year in advance since I would be home over the summer for the contractors. We met several times over the course of the year. The first estimate came in more than we could afford. Eileen worked with us to lower the cost and the final estimate turned out to be the actual cost. Her contractors were professional, informative and open to our questions while working. We saw many sampled of tile, cabinets, hardware, plumbing to chose from. We were free to choose and purchase on our own many items like mirrors and hardware. The work area was cleaned up every day, the workers showed up when promised and I can't say enough about the attention to detail they paid, especially the tiler who did our walk in shower with subway tile. We ran into a few unexpected issues with AC ducts that we didn't know about, poorly installed plumbing from when the house was built and a wall that we were planning to move but could not due it being a supporting wall. They took our input on all these problems to make the solutions amenable to us. Our neighbors recommended Kitchens by Eileen to us from when they did their kitchen. We will recommend them to our friends in the future, no doubt about it

We decided to invest in our house with a kitchen makeover. We were walking in Lititz, PA and happened upon Kitchens by Eileen and I told my husband we should stop in. We were greeted by Aaron and walked around the small design area which included photos of completed kitchens and baths. Aaron's low key style and his attention to our needs and budget requirements made us know we came to the right place. Aaron guided us through the process of selecting each component of our new kitchen and made suggestions that helped us remain within our budget. No up-selling here - he paid attention to what we wanted and created a design that gave us a spacious and spectacular kitchen. Aaron selected crews and subcontractors that well represented their attention to detail, their interest in the design ideas and respect for our home during a tiring 8 weeks. We also included an entire first floor flooring upgrade to hardwood from carpeting. Kitchens by Eileen did fantastic work for us and we would use them again and recommend them to others.

I can't believe how beautiful my kitchen is. It's my dream kitchen. Eileen and her staff were so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She listened to all of my needs/wants and helped me decide what would work best for myself and my family. She was able to creatively solve all of my "problem areas." I have recommended her to several friends and I am 110% satisfied with my experience. She was able to take all of the things I wanted in a kitchen and develop exactly what I had envisioned. I recently had a guest bathroom updated and the shower area enlarged by Kithens by Eileen. I didn't want to make major changes to the bathroom design but a 32 x 32 acrylic shower stall had to go. We found that a wall on one side of the stall could be removed which allowed for a much larger tiled shower to be added. They were able to use the cabinet I originally had for the sink, but had it painted and new hardware and counter added to update the look. The vinyl floor was replaced by tile also. The bathroom turned out beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. The work from this company was excellent from the time I first walked into their store to the end product. All the contractors that came in to do each part, from demolition to final tile work, were very professional and someone from Eileen's was always there to oversee the work.

Our first impression was that we felt completely comfortable communicating our ideas. They listened at our requests and made many changes throughout the process without hesitation. Their knowledge and expertise is top notch, which we relied on most often. They use their own contractors. The project manager was on site and the designer often came by to check on the progress of the kitchen renovation. If he noticed that the cabinet door was 1/16 of an inch off, the door was removed and replaced. For us, nine weeks was an involved renovation, contractors in and out of our home. Never did I feel uneasy. They showed great respect to our family and property. We have the most beautiful kitchen. It not only is functional, it is inviting, warm and unique.

My family moved from Chicago to Wayne, PA and did not know where to start with hiring a designer for our kitchen renovation. We met with several groups and picked Kitchens by Eileen because of their amazing design and fair pricing. I can't tell you how happy we are with our new kitchen! Every person that worked on our home( painters, flooring, etc) were so professional and neat. It made the entire renovation experience way better than I ever expected. I looked at Pinterest everyday for ideas for our modern farm kitchen. After our renovation was complete, I could not find a single kitchen on Pinterst that I would trade for mine! I now have my dream kitchen (actually way better than my dream kitchen). I highly recommend Kitchens by Eileen.

Kitchens by Eileen gave us just what we needed and more than we expected. We needed more storage and better function in our kitchen which extends into dining and family room areas. We also wanted our powder and laundry room turned into a separate powder room plus a mud room and pantry. Eileen responded with creative and beautiful designs that reflect our taste, respected our budget, and included extra touches that enhance our enjoyment of the space in our home. She and her project manager provided professional and courteous contractors, kept the schedule, and finished on time. We are very pleased with the results.

Eileen listened to our ideas for a bath remodel; she gave feedback regarding additional ideas for sound structural remodeling with state of the art options and was very respectful of our budget.
