Not a great experience for us. Delays, some iffy tile work, construction manager was a disaster, never once heard from the owners even though I know they were aware of issues we were having. We did like our designer but even with that said we have issues with being able to use certain cabinets. Sadly would not recommend.

KitchenKraft completed a full remodel of our kitchen, which included removing walls, building a pantry, and enclosing our dining room. The experience was wonderful! The contractors were all very kind and friendly. The work is exquisite, and Jim made the design part so easy and fun. I have no doubt we will be using them in the future for another project.

We had a wonderful experience with Kitchen Kraft(!), and are so glad we went with them. We interviewed ~ half dozen builders, contractors, design/build firms and decided KK was the best value for the money. I was a little apprehensive going into it, yet they far exceeded our expectations: coming in on budget (without squabbling about little changes that would come up mid-project), starting when they said they would, and finishing ahead of schedule. The various tradesmen were pleasant to work with, were courteous to our children, and cleaned up after themselves. On a number of details, they went the extra mile to deliver a better product than we were even expecting. They are clear upfront about how they operate (picking out all details in advance before the demo starts) and when payments are due, and they were very professional. As stressful as remodel projects can be, it was even an enjoyable experience.

We are so happy we went with Kitchen Kraft for our kitchen remodel. From the initial meeting when Jim walked in the door it was clear that he had done his homework and that he had a plan. He gave us a creative solution for removing our dining room wall and optimizing the additional space that we wanted all while staying within our budget. Staying in budget was a top priority, but completing the job on time was nearly as important with two small children. Kitchen Kraft delivered on the execution side as well. Our project manager Justin and lead carpenter David worked hard and were ahead of schedule the duration of the project. They even finished a week ahead of schedule! Justin and David were especially courteous while working in our home and went above and beyond by picking up after themselves daily. The only mistake we made in the process was not meeting with Kitchen Kraft sooner. We wasted a lot of time and some money meeting with the other kitchen remodel companies for less than mediocre designs. We look forward to working with Kitchen Kraft/Dream Baths for future projects.

We wanted to update our kitchen and flooring on our entire first floor to a style that fit our family, so Jim and his team at Kitchen Kraft took care of every detail from the amazing design, to the production team being timely and professional taking care of each detail. The space came out better than we ever dreamed of! Our new space now allows my family to use the 1st floor so much more effectively than before, and we love hanging out in the new kitchen that my family and friends spend so much time in because it is so beautiful. We have done two projects with Kitchen Kraft; the first one was a complete kitchen remodel including removing walls. Jim Deen provided personal attention throughout the process. Work was done efficiently and expertly. My dream kitchen would not have become a reality without Kitchen Kraft. Kitchen Kraft did a full bathroom remodel for us. We expected there would be trade-offs to be made in achieving all the items on our wish list. Jim Deen helped us achieve more of our wish list than we expected at a budget we could afford. Going in, we expected to receive 1st class treatment and that is exactly what we got! Kitchen Kraft's production team - an installer and a site supervisor - were a pleasure to work with in all regards. As with any project of our scope, bumps in the road occurred, but they were limited in number and all were handled in a manner that neither disappointed or inconvenienced us. From top to bottom, there is ample evidence the Kitchen Kraft team takes pride in their product and wants nothing more than to please their customers. The finished project is a sight to behold that we are proudly showing to friends and family and one that Kitchen Kraft can be proud of as well.

We chose Kitchen Kraft because of their excellent reputation and attention to detail. We purchased our house last year knowing we were going to transform it from dark and dated to bright and modern. This extensive renovation entailed not just a complete gut of the kitchen and half bathroom but also new ceilings, lighting, electrical, doors, hardware, trim, base, fireplace surround and office/study area. While we did the initial layout (plans, elevations, reference images), our designer was able to take our vision and see it through. The cabinetry, finishes, hardware and appliance selections were spot-on with our taste and style. Construction was consistent, with all trades showing up on time and performing well. Anything we were not satisfied with, they did it over at no cost to us. While no project runs perfectly, we were pleased with the overall timeline, craftsmanship and fit and finish. As a design professional and licensed architect, I recommend Kitchen Kraft, as does my wife.

Over all, satisfied but there were some hiccups. We were told our bathroom remodel would take ten days to two weeks. They finished it in three weeks. The tile around the air tub/shower gave our construction guy fits as it was very time consuming. After completing the bathroom on Tuesday, a discolored wet spot was seen Sunday night on the family room ceiling. The construction manager was called Monday morning. He advised not to use the shower/bathtub and he would be out that evening. An unknown construction worker showed up during to day and couldn't find the leak. The construction manager then showed up Tuesday and did find the leak and had the original construction guy return and fix it the same day. Great! What totally blew my mind was they were not willing to paint the dried discolored wet spot on my family room ceiling that they created. The construction manager told me they were not "authorized" to paint. This might have have been due to the painting of the bathroom on me, the home owner as per the contract. In any case this was outside of the contract and damage done by their construction to a different room. All has been resolved now to our satisfaction. We would select Kitchen Kraft again due their prompt service to correct issues. Anytime construction is completed, there are bound to be issues. The true measure of a company is how quickly they respond to those issues.

Kitchen Kraft designed and remodeled our kitchen. It was a great experience to work with the designer. She had beautiful taste and worked within our budget. Work was completed in a professional, timely manner and exceeded expectations. They genuinely wanted us to be pleased with the results.

We had our kitchen and dining room remodeled. The designer, Sandy, did an excellent job redesigning our kitchen. Wouldn't change a thing. She was wonderful to work with. Our installer Mike was super. He included us in all decisions i.e. backsplash layout. He was thoughtful re: keeping door up as long as possible to keep our dust and noise. Completed job on time and always cleaned up each day. Very professional group. We would recommend them.

Designer with the company excelled in making our remodel project a pleasure from the first day we met him, to the completion of the work. His design ideas, his professionalism, his enthusiasm, and his exact credibility took us through the good days and the bad, until all th at was promised and expected came to be. Great job remodeling a 1955 kitchen. Custom cabinets and backsplash. The design process was very detailed and all of our expectations were met.

Our master bath was remodeled. We removed a garden, tub, enlarged the shower, replaced flooring and countertops and planned for an open-shelved closet. workers were professional and courteous. There was a mix-up re: the type of shelving and this piece was cancelled near the end of the project.

Beautiful kitchen update completed on time once I finally picked the granite countertops and cooktop. My designer Al Dean was very patient with me as I was undecided and changed direction several times. So pleased with the final result. Update included a gas cooktop with downdraft, new double sink with pull down faucet and all new hardware. I was so impressed with the new look I then contracted Kitchen Kraft to also do the desk area and bar in the same materials resulting in a stunning makeover.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this company has been from start to finish. My kitchen is beautiful and every attention to detail was taken during the process. The staff was top notch from the designer, engineer , and installers. They are so organized that we never had a single mistake. The kitchen was above and beyond anything I could have imagined.

We had previously used Kitchen Kraft for our master bath remodel and choose them again for the remodel of our two kids bathrooms. Jim did a great job of helping us pick out unique materials that were within our budget. The results are beautiful - we have two elegant and classic bathrooms that the kids love. The people are honest and reliable and they always made an issue right no matter the cause so that we were happy.

Kitchen Kraft provided great work for my wife and I in our house in German Village. We still have a few small touches to finish up with Kitchen Kraft, but with 99% of our Kitchen complete I felt it was time to give my 5/5 star review.

We live in an old home in German Village and the foundation on the addition to our house was sinking. Kitchen Kraft worked with us on this huge undertaking of a project. The final work done included putting in a new foundation, a complete kitchen renovation, a half bathroom renovation, and updated wood floors throughout the house. We are thrilled with the results. They stayed on budget and more or less on time throughout the project. The quality of work has been excellent, we always felt confident with the information they were providing us, especially through the long and challenging city permit process. Since the scope of work was generally outside of my comprehension, being able to trust the contractors working on the project was essential and there wasn't a time I didn't feel like they were working in my best interest. They were always informative, took the time to explain the details to me and were very positive and pleasant to work with. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone doing renovations especially for anyone who has challenging older homes.

We went to Kitchen Kraft for a kitchen and laundry/mudroom overhaul and wow did they deliver! The Kitchen Kraft team (Trish, Chris, Justin and Rita) are true professionals and worked with us on every aspect from design to build completion to service requests. Our kitchen was redesigned based upon our many conversations and design working sessions of our needs, wants and must haves. Among the redesign was building in lockers, storage and a much needed wash area (mini walk-in shower) for the dogs and a growing family. Every cabinet, drawer and pullout was discussed for placement and usage. They provided the needed guidance and support upon selecting the right materials and colors for each space. They not only gave us a truly amazing kitchen and laundry/mudroom, but functional spaces that fit our living perfectly. I would work with this team any day and every day. Thank you Kitchen Kraft!!!!

Jim designed a comprehensive remodel project consisting of kitchen, laundry, full bath, half bath and wood flooring. The KitchenKraft team did an exceptional job of designing and executing a plan that worked well for us.

We had KitchenKraft design a new kitchen in our nearly 40 year old home to increase storage and update the space. We also wanted a "wow" response when guests arrive and see our kitchen. And we now have just that. The whole project went very smoothly. Each employee we came in contact with has been respectful and the timeline was exact. The final cost was a bit more than we anticipated but that was our choice due to the selections we'd made...and don't regret at all. We've had a few adjustments made in the cabinets in the 6 months since the project completed, but KitchenKraft has responded to our needs in a very acceptable timeframe. We're very pleased that we chose KitchenKraft to do this project and plan to consider them for future projects in this home.

KitchenKraft did an absolutely incredible remodeling of our kitchen. First, the designer really listened carefully to me, and came up with plans that included all sorts of thoughtful, practical details I'd never have considered on my own. Then, once the work began, the on-site man who was present every single day of the project was thoughtful, considerate, and a consummate craftsman who did really careful, beautiful work on the floors, the cabinets, the fittings, etc. The site manager checked in frequently and made sure all was going well. We could not be more pleased with the results.

Remodeled bathroom. Replaced sinks and cabinets plus installed granite countertops. Removed tub and replaced with shower with bench. Replaced commode and upgraded vinyl floor with granite. Replaced all faucets.

Had a great experience with Trish and the team at Kitchen Kraft. Design went smoothly, she was responsive and it was great. The vendor had some problems with production of cabinets but the team was on it and worked with the vendor to correct the errors. cabinets are beautiful and the kitchen looks great!
