First class from start to finish-design,service,installation-everything!! Sarah and Tracey gave us a stunning kitchen that every visitor comments on.

Great experience of working with Kitchenality from initial conversations/enquiry through to design, installation and dealing with/responding to minor issues as and when they arose. The care and attention to detail throughout has been fantastic - Kitchenality have navigated COVID resource challenges and at all times has keep me updated on progress. Communication throughout this 3 week installation has been exemplary and all questions/concerns were addressed immediately. All trades involved in the installation have been super positive, respectful and high quality workers. We are delighted with the end result and would unreservedly recommend Kitchenality to anyone looking for a new/replacement high quality kitchen/design service.

We cannot thank the Kitchenality team enough for everything they have done for us, from the initial meeting to the final sign off after the kitchen install, they have been exceptional, true professionals. When we were choosing our kitchen we met with a few suppliers, all of them were similar in price, however, none of the others had Tracy’s flair and expertise, and didn’t seem to have the care and passion that Tracy had for our home. We spent a long time with Tracy discussing our lifestyle and how we wanted the kitchen to work for us, what we were doing elsewhere in the house, so the kitchen would complement this, she listened and then designed, what is now our incredible kitchen. We had several meetings, where we discussed textures, colours and finishes, we changed our minds on things and it was never a problem, if Tracy felt our changes wouldn’t work she explained why and suggested other things, if she liked it she would embrace it and made sure it could be done. It really did feel like together we’d created an amazing space, in reality though, we wouldn’t have the kitchen of our dreams, if we hadn’t met Tracy. You can tell that Tracy is an interior designer, in our first meeting she said something that we wanted to achieve and that was that the Kitchen should be designed so it’s a place you want to spend time in, the space should feel like you’ve furnished it, without compromising on its functionality. When we were having the kitchen fitted Sarah project managed with the same care and passion, she was so precise and everything was measured and checked back to the drawings, due to it being a newly built extension. The respect Sarah had for the design and the REMP kitchen furniture being installed was outstanding, any faults were dealt with before we even knew there was an issue, everything was perfect when the kitchen was finished, we didn’t have to worry about anything at all, Sarah did all this for us and to be fair Paul who fitted our kitchen was a perfectionist too. The plans and CAD drawings that were done by Emma were followed by everyone involved and made the install and the build so much easier and the kitchen when finished really did look like the pictures we’d been looking at all along. I seriously could go on and on, I’ll finish now with a quick summary. If you want your kitchen to look amazing, different in a sophisticated way, with exceptional attention to detail, and quality, then don’t waste your time looking anywhere else, you will be in very safe hands with the Kitchenality team and the quality REMP kitchen furniture.

I have to say I would highly recommend the team at kitchenality! Beautiful kitchen and the process from beginning to end was simple and easy. Tracy and her team were amazing. Communication was fantastic and every detail exactly to plan. Nothing was too much trouble and emails were promptly replied to even in the evening . Tracy or sarah were always on the end of the phone to answer questions. Amazing customer service ! Thank you ✅✅✅✅✅
