Kim and Kevin did a kitchen remodel for us. From the very start of our process Kim and Kevin were so professional and fantastic. They both communicated with us on every level. Kim was so knowledgeable on filing the proper insurance information . Kevin from the beginning of the remodel was there to supervise every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. The people he used did such high quality work . Kim has such a great eye for style and decor it was a pleasure to work with her . I would use them again emphatically and highly recommend their company.

We are pleased to share our experience with Alexander Enterprises. We interviewed several custom home builders to build a guest house, main house expansion, and new patios at our residence in Canyon Reserve. This project was fairly complex as we are on a hillside lot with many different levels. There was also quite a bit of site preparation involved and limited access to the backyard. Because of the complexity, we were very careful about our builder selection. We selected Kevin because of his knowledge, experience and demeanor. He was always very respectful to all parties involved including our neighbors, HOA and our architect. We were also impressed with the tradesmen Kevin brought in as he has worked with most of them for many years. We turned to Kevin for advice for many things, such as design changes, tile choices, interior paint colors, faucet selection, etc. In retrospect, we wish we would have selected Kevin prior to completing our architectural plans as we feel he could have offered many good suggestions in the design stage and improved the original design with his input. His experience, decision making abilities and vision of the project were outstanding. We also threw in several significant changes at him along the way, which Kevin took in stride and handled professionally. It was obvious that he had our best interest in mind and wanted to make the project fit our vision. If we build a new house in the future on the lot we purchased in Verrado, Kevin will be our builder. We feel fortunate to have met and worked with him. We now consider Kevin a friend and appreciate everything he has done for us.

We did not complete our building project, we bought a house in another state. We found Kim and Kevin to be wonderful to work with and would recommend them highly. If we do build in AZ we would use this company. They were always available for questions and did a great job with research on this property.

We have already done several projects with Kevin and company and have been very pleased! Communication is very open and easy and you can reach them at any time. Everything is explained in terms you can understand and we fell their pricing is very fair. Work is started on time and completed within the specified time period.
