Brian came out to our home today & upgraded our 100 amp service to 200 amp. He did a great job & cleaned up when he was finished. Brian answered all my husbands questions pertaining to the job. We received excellent professional service as our small church needed parking lot lighting upgrading and installation. Keith recommended the exact lumens needed for the area at a fair and reasonable price and online payment was an added plus. Installation was done in one day. We are very satisfied and hope to use them for other building electrical needs.

They installed a receptacle for electric vehicle charging. The rep came to the house on time and gave me a clear and complete estimate. We agreed on the terms and had it installed. He was quick, efficient, courteous, and did a great job.

Technician came to my home very quickly after my call. The work was performed timely and as requested. Another problem was detected and a quote was left for my attention. Shortly after leaving. a related issue was detected. KB responded the next day. made corrections at no additional cost. At all times. the technician was professional. courteous and knowledgeable. The same can be said for the office staff as the clerk was very responsive and made me feel important to them.

My smoke detectors were installed properly and the technician did an excellent job explaining exactly how he was going to complete the job! He was very professional and knowledgeable!

KB Electric arrived during the specified timeframe. The electricians installed 2 ceiling fans/light fixtures in about 2 hours. They worked quickly and efficiently. Also, performed a courteous check of electrical system and offered practical maintenance and upgrade advise.

We have hired KB Electric in the past for several small projects around our house. They have updated several outlets both inside and outside our home, switched out old light switches, and run cable wire for us. Most recently they converted old two prong outlets to GFI updated ones in our dinning room and office. They also installed a new chandelier in our stairway. They have always been prompt in returning phone calls and scheduling appointments. This last visit they were able to schedule the same day. For the light fixture they needed a special ladder but were able to come back the next day to complete the work. They are a bit pricey for the scope of the work, but the quality, promptness, and costumer service make it worth it. I would hire them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

I needed to make sure that my pool lights were safely installed and operating in my new house (the pool was closed during the home inspection). I called Keith and he came out the same week to inspect the system and suggest some minor fixes to make sure the pool was safe. I couldn't have asked for a more timely and professional response.

KB electric did a great job. They were very thorough with the installation of recessed lights in our house and installed a house surge protector. Both Rick and Will were very professional and cleaned up after the job. I only hope they had made a couple of less holes for the recessed lights. But overall I would recommend them and also hire them agin for any work in our house.
