Established in 1999 by Karl Degering, our Building Design practice thrives on the concept of maximizing the integration of liveable & sustainable Architecture into the real world. While we do not hope to reinvent the wheel, we do hope to offer solutions that will discover the full potential of each project we undertake. We hope to assist our clients to facilitate an interpretation they would not achieve on their own. With each project comes a unique set of circumstances; Site, Budget & Authority requirements; along with a Client’s brief. Our mission is to uphold the experience, knowledge & resources required to facilitate the realization of each of our individual Client’s vision. We approach every project with a thorough understanding of the Clients requirements, budget parameters & working &/or living environments. We provide contemporary design with cost effective solutions to all our projects & we provide a collaborative process from concept to completion. Our experience has been attained through a broad range of projects including; Residential, Multi Residential, Retail & Commercial. Our design philosophy has been influenced by the philosophy of Frank Lloyd Wright & can be summarized as – ‘The balance of form & function is paramount’.
