We worked with Josh on a high end project several years ago. He recommended several Architects who we found to be very competent. We picked one of his suggestions and proceeded as a team to make this project a reality. Josh is very picky and would only let the best subs work on the project. His attention to detail was amazing and his hands on approach resulted in an amazing new home. Thanks Josh!

Josh built our home in Sarasota FL and we are very happy with the results. Josh is very creative and a great asset for the environment as our home is LEED platinum with a HERS index of 16. Our design was not simple to construct but Josh was able to solve any and all issues that came up. He is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the building process. I would highly recommend him as a builder. The result will be a very livable home of your dreams that is built to exact specifications with beautiful finishes.

Josh built and designed Mike’s Hammock for me and I can’t say enough about what a gem of a home he created. Being a smallish house,none of the rooms felt small or cramped. He had incorporated green building strategies to make it energy efficient. I’m elderly so the accessibility he built in was important.It was also beautiful to look at. He sited the house with the best views. He also made use of repurposed and recycled materials which helped limit the cost of construction. All of the finishes were beautifully done.If you’re familiar with some his past projects you would know that his attention to detail is second to none.this home was built with the same care as some of his multi million dollar projects. Any project he takes on will be a work of art!

I have photographed Josh Wynne's completed projects for nearly a decade and I knew that when the opportunity arose for my wife and me to build a custom home that he was the man for the job. We engaged Josh before beginning the design process. He and our architect worked closely throughout the process to ensure that our needs, wants and most importantly our budget was always a consideration. Once we completed the design and began construction the process moved seamlessly with the team at Josh Wynne Construction completing our project on time and on budget, in the middle of a pandemic. Josh and the team from Josh Wynne Construction were simply awesome! We were absentee clients as we did not live in Sarasota during the project so we had to lean on our contractor and architect heavily though the process - and both teams delivered. The coordination between the firms could not have been better and the attention to detail, recommendations on products/finishes and a keen eye on keeping within budget from Josh allowed the project to be a stress-free and transparent journey for all of us. Despite the project being completed now for 4-5 months, Josh continues to be heavily involved in going above and beyond to ensure all aspects of the new house are perfect, even if our demands are well outside his typical scope. Would highly recommend Josh for your next custom home project!

In an industry where the saying "good help is hard to find" is all too applicable, Josh Wynne Construction (JWC) stands out as truly top notch in every aspect of project execution. With a majority of contractors, construction is an incredibly stressful process. Building together with JWC however, has been a pleasure, even during the inevitable challenges faced during any construction project. The value that JWC brings to a project is clear upon completion, however it's the unseen value brought throughout the construction process that really sets JWC apart from his competition. In every phase of construction, JWC exerts itself vigorously to generate the highest possible quality while also driving down cost, and reducing the schedule. I would recommend JWC 10 times out of 10.

Working with Josh has been a true pleasure, and his knowledge of the process and design intent makes the overall project flow easily. His passion for doing the right thing in constructing the finest quality sustainable building is amazing. He is an "out of the box" thinker which is evident in his designs. His commitment to sustainability is evident in the fact that every home Josh builds receives at least 1 Green Building certification. Not only has Josh been a leader in LEED homes but also Energy Star, Builders Challenge, National Green Building Standard (NGBS), and Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) all of which we assisted in certifying. Josh Wynne Construction is building our home on Longboat Key, Florida. The experience so far has been spectacular. This is a long distance build. Josh has always kept us informed during each step. He is constantly looking for ways to create extra value in the home without increasing the price. He spent a tremendous amount of time with us prior to contract to make sure he understood our expectations. Because of this, the project has progressed smoothly and without conflict. He is a perfectionist and a man of integrity. How many clients are willing to say that about their builder?
