I am very please with CC works on my home. They’re a group of professional that will tell you like it is. They will help guide you with insurance claims and inform you what to expect. Joe and Lindsey were the two I worked with and both have been transparent. Thank you both.

We hired Code Construction to repair our fascia and soffits and then do a full exterior house painting. Joe Logan came out to inspect what we wanted done, brought the paint samples, and gave us professional advice on the work needed to be done, then sent us a quote. We were please with all of it. He sent the work crew out on the appointed date. They were very professional, friendly, and worked hard the full time they were here, which was five full days. They did a neat and superb job in all aspects, cleaned up after themselves, and were respectful of our home. We were very pleased with the entire project. I would definitely recommend Code Construction.

We have done 2 remodels with Joe and his team over the years, and everything was fantastic. Very happy with the end result on both occassions. Remodel was in Florida and we spend most of our time currently in New York. Knowing that, Joe and his team were in constant contact, keeping us updated on the smallest of details. If we had to do it all over again, we would go with Code Construction everytime.

Such a great experience! The work was completed professionally, and everything looks amazing. We added several hundred square feet to our home, including remodeling one bathroom, and adding another from the ground up, in addition to a formal dining room and a home office. Joe was fantastic to work with, keeping us up to date on every aspect of the construction, and helping us to make the best choices possible. In the midst of a pandemic and all manner of supply delays, Joe did a great job keeping us informed and keeping work moving forward. We made some changes mid-project, and also opted to do some of the work ourselves where possible, and it was all handled smoothly. Follow up has been phenomenal as well, with a few minor issues handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend for any remodeling or new construction project!

Joe and his crew did an excellent job on our master bathroom remodel. We were looking to modernize our outdated bathroom and Joe provided great ideas to accomplish the remodel. Code Construction was very professional and completed tasks in a timely manner. We are extremely pleased with Code Construction and absolutely love our new master bathroom.

Joe Logan/Code Construction was our contractor to have our kitchen redone due to a water leak. He guided us through every step; told us what to expect during the insurance claim. He provided information on the different products/suppliers: cabinets, lighting, plumbing, countertops, backsplash, etc. He never pushed us to make a decision until we were satisfied with the product. He kept in constant contact throughout the whole process. We new to expect his “punch list” for the week on what and who will be doing the jobs that week. He personally checked the completion and our satisfaction. He answered all our questions and concerns. Since then we had Joe come back to redo our flooring. As before, his team did an excellent job. This contractor is the one for you if you have a renovation in the Tampa area while living elsewhere. The communication was frequent, there were few surprises, and he executed our plans beautifully. We would use him on future renovation projects. Thank you Joe!

I am very happy with my condo renovation last June by Code Construction. . It started with a budget then the design. These folk gutted my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. . New flooring in kitchen and bathrooms new vanities new kitchen cabinets and they installed all the kitchen appliances, backsplash quartz countertop and quartzin bathroom vanities, They also designed and installed new ceiling with lights in kitchen. They hung new light fixtures throughout my condo. Oh and they painted entire condo . I also had a new hot water heater installed. Every person worked efficiently and Joe Logan owner was in constant contact with me throughout this process! They were a cohesive group and kept things moving! It took about 8 weeks for completion! I’m showing these changes pridefully.

We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen. We had the typical Florida drop ceiling kitchen in our older home and code construction took it from old and outdated to modern and beautiful. I found myself in the very unusual position of having to hire a contractor long-distance for major repairs to our condo on Longboat Key. I was not able to be there in person so I reviewed estimates and spoke with several contractors before we started and did it all by phone and email. Joe from Code Construction was extremely professional, and he sent so many progress photos and videos throughout the whole process. I’m so glad we went with Code Construction. They completed all of the work in a timely and professional manner and stuck to the budget.

We have used Code Construction a few times for our business needs and Joe Logan has always done an excellent job. He is very easy to deal with takes care of everything, making sure there are no loose ends left undone. He is a true professional and made us feel that we had nothing to worry about. Our latest project involved replacing an overhead garage door with a double emergency door. Joe handled all of the permits and was our liaison with the code enforcement department. Joe Logan was a life saver. A leak in the condo above us turned our kitchen into a moldy mess. We worked with Joe to redesign our kitchen.. He helped us pick out new flooring, cabinets, counter tops and appliances. Joe walked us through insurance claims and made sure there were pictures to verify the moldy water damage and pictures of the new construction. Best of all, most of the work was done while we were out of town. We will definitely use Joe again.

Code Construction is great, and Joe, the owner, is the easiest contractor I have ever worked with. The original kitchen in our newly purchased condo, was so awful...Built in the 80’s, it was totally separated from the rest of the house by walls, that really made it seem small with a lot of wasted space. Joe and his crew, made it modern and bright and usable space. I love it...He was always available to me for questions and to give a little advice for decisions. I would use him again in a second !!

Joe got me through the quagmire of "red tape" Insurance Companies call standard paperwork. An arduous task that could be much simpler and user friendly..considering the 10's of thousands of dollars we pay our Insurance Companies. He even worked around my "Dog schedule". Thanks Joe !

Code Construction did an excellent job bringing my home back to it’s former glory after being gutted as part of a mold remediation protocol. Code Construction worked closely with the Mold Remediation Contractor to keep the project on schedule and completed all drywall, painting, and carpentry work on budget. When someone comes to my home today, there is no trace of any of the work that was completed which is a job well done in my book. I would recommend using them for as your General Contractor for home repairs or remodeling.

We were blessed to find Joe Logan and Code Construction as recommended by our home owners insurance and remediation companies. We had a flooding and mold disaster occur at our “vacation condo”. After arriving for our mid year vacation we had to react immediately. Once we called Joe he was here immediately and set his contractor cadre in gear. After the remediation Joe started our whole house remodeling. Because of living in Rochester, NY he and his contractors kept us informed of every detail via emails and photos. When we returned to our condo we were awe-struck with such an incredibly beautiful job. All new cabinetry in our kitchen & bathroom, new plumbing, can lights and provided us with a unique innovation to save space & functions. We can’t express our gratitude enough for his total dedication to EVERY detail in accomplishing the saving of our condo. Joe Logan is extremely honest and professional in all my dealing with him. He renovated my condo with minimal input and supervision from me. Actually I was in Ohio and we communicated by phone and email. When I arrived in Florida the Condo was pristine and beautifully done. I had not one complaint. Joe’s estimate for the work was right on target. I have no complaints. - only the highest of compliments for his work and honesty.

Joe did a rehab on my kitchen, living room and one bath. His service was excellent. He drove me to various supply houses and was especially careful with my personal belongings.

After suffering substantial water damage to my condo, I was having a hard time finding a qualified contractor to rehabilitate my unit. Joe has done various projects in my condo in FL...always top notch work, meeting my expectations in workmanship & quality of product. I had a deadline to meet on my latest bathroom redo, and Joe achieved that. Code Construction did a major remodel on our house, removing a fireplace, taking down walls, painting all walls and trim, and installing wood floors throughout the house. They were always on time, always willing to make changes as we went (with a smile) and extremely courteous, very clean and punctual. They finished everything within the estimated time frame they gave us. Joe Logan always inspected everything to make sure we were satisfied with the work. He offered suggestions to us based on his experience remodeling homes. He managed the subcontractors and made sure they showed up when they were suppose to. Due to a roof leak, we needed our back porch ceiling and small section of the dining room ceiling repaired. I had worked with Code Constructuon a few years back and called Joe for an estimate. We accepted the price and the work was completed quickly. They did a fantastic job and would not hesitate to use them again.

Very Dependable. The work was done as requested. The workers went above and beyond what was promised. I did not have to be at the property to make sure that the work was being done. They left the property neat and orderly. They even bought air fresheners to put in the rooms and was very inviting. The contractor offers a walk through when the work is complete with the actual person or persons that do the work so that things can be rectified immediately. I Definitely will use them again

Code Construction Joe Logan I recently had Code Construction Co. repair a water damaged Florida room for me and I would like to share with the public how happy I am. I started out checking with a neighbor who used Code to have a new kitchen put in for her. The workmanship was absolutely beautiful and that’s when I decided I could trust Code to do the same for me. Joe’s Logan’s crew came in early, got to work removing two walls, two windows, and a door. They also removed a window from the third wall that I considered was bringing in too much sun for comfort. All of this was done right on plan. The room is beautiful inside and out and neighbors come by and ask, “what company did this for you…beautiful job!” It was a joy to tell them, CODE Construction Company in Clearwater. We postponed our major remodel project several years ago due to the cost-prohibitive quotes we received. Then, late last year, we were referred to Joe Logan at Code Construction. Let me just say that the person that referred us to Joe is in the construction industry and said "he is the most honest person I know". Joe gave us a very fair quote and we were able to do more than we had originally planned based on his quote. We essentially gutted the middle part of our house, leaving only the master bedroom and our sons' bedrooms on either side. Joe was always available for questions and responded pretty much immediately whenever we texted or emailed him and was at the site every day. He had excellent suggestions for changes to the plan that made the remodel project work much better. He always provided an itemized list of work and charges when there was a change that we could approve or not approve before moving forward. We are absolutely thrilled with the final product. and would gladly recommend Joe for your next project!

I was impressed by the professional demeanor, assisting me with a bathroom remodel and my insurance claim, which is a first for me. He will start today 2/29/16 with the demolition of the drywall and shower and I will write progress reports as we proceed. Joe and his staff was fantastic to work with, the bathroom is beautiful. Joe's team were punctual, hard working, polite and exceptionally neat. I had three windows replaced, water damage to the interior and exterior wall repaired (cut out and replaced) and new stucco applied. They prepared the area thoroughly before starting work, performed the work quickly, cleaned up really well after each day's work and were as unobtrusive as possible. They also did a little extra work (their suggestion) at no extra cost. I am very pleased with the result and believe I received decent value for money.

Last September, we remodeled our entire condo. A major component of the project was to insulate the ceilings for sound. We hired Code Construction for the ceiling job, plumbing, and electrical, and demo work. We needed a general contractor's expertise for the ceiling as the scope of work was complex in nature. The existing ceilings were removed, Roxul wool insulation installed; isolation clips were attached to the steel joists, new hat channel, two layers of new drywall, and Spanish lace texture to finish. The fire sprinklers also had to be lowered. Joe Logan is an excellent project manager and his workers highly skilled, friendly, and respectful. He coordinated his work with the other contractors working on the rest of the remodeling which helped keep the entire project on time. His easy going nature and upbeat can do attitude helped make the process go much smoother than expected. There are always unforeseen issues that arise. The key is to address them quickly and honestly with the client. Joe identied those issues and resolved them quickly. His communication and people skills are excellent. I hope this is my last remodeling project ever but if I had another house to redo, I would definitely hire Code Construction to do the work.

Unbeknownst to me, my main drain line from my kitchen sink sprung a leak and silently leaked water into a wall and behind my kitchen cabinets. The damage wasn't apparent until it was too late...there was water damage in my wall, under my cabinets and into my floor. Code Construction was simply amazing in helping me navigate through what could have been a very difficult and complicated kitchen restoration project -- with ease. They removed all the stress and headaches with dealing with my insurance company and developed and implemented a plan that quickly got my kitchen back in working order. I needed to convert my bathroom to ADA compatible. I needed a safe sit down shower and Code Construction knew exactly what to do. My new bathroom has allowed me to bath safely at home as I am in my 80's.

Everything that can be remodeled was replaced. During the entire project, Joe was so incredibly transparent, honest, ON TIME and so detail oriented this process was actually fun and exciting. I couldn't be happier, down to every little nail, screw, scratch and ding, they make sure its all DONE RIGHT. Code Construction even had some excellent design tips and suggestions in making my ultra modern dream home a reality. Joe's pricing is also transparent and very fair, his team earned every penny and I would hire them again without question. My business partner was so pleased with Joe’s performance, he hired Code Construction to remodel his master bath.

I had a flood, knock out kitchen, bathroom & one bedroom. Code Constrution is a GREAT company, they came right away, estimate quickly and helped with insuance claim. I needed walls, cabinets, plumbing, electric, tile and painting. They did it all and a great job, which is hard to do tile and wall construction at the same time, but there team works quickly. And they clean up there mess and take the garbage with thim. Also I liked the ideal I didn't have to pay any money right away! They are one of the few honest companies out there (see Joe Logan).
