Jeremy was referred to me by my interior decorator for my master bathroom remodel. I was absolutely pleased by not only the final outcome of the bathroom but the execution of the job itself. I was living in my home during the remodel, which can be stressful enough, so needless to say I was extremely impressed with Jeremys professionalism as a contractor. He gave extra special care to the cleanliness of the job site (although this was a major remodel, walls, floor etc, dust was kept to an absolute minimum). At the end of the work day it was as if he had never even been there. He was always on time and dealt with any issues that arose in a timely efficient manner. Jeremy has a meticulous attention for detail. Every aspect of the job was taken into carful consideration and executed flawlessly. His entire team for that matter was just as professional, prompt, clean and detail oriented as Jeremy himself. Even though the job took longer than expected, which is common in construction, (Due to plumbing fixtures supplied by designer) he was very communicative with me every step of the way which I appreciated. Several issues arose with plumbing fixtures that were supplied from the decorator that added time to the job and required his team to come back several times and never a complaint from Jeremy or his team. In fact Jeremy handled all the issues with the plumbing supply company which relieved me of undue stress. Jeremy and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and I will be using them on a future job this spring. I am so happy with the final product and get nothing but rave reviews and compliments on my bathroom. Thank you for a great experience this time around!! JL Rowley Contracting did a great job on our home remodel and addition. Jeremy, his staff, and subcontractors provided quality work and excellent service. I feel Jeremy worked extremely hard with us to help us achieve our goals and meet our schedule. During our project there were multiple items we made changes to or added to his scope. What I appreciate most was Jeremy’s patience in working through each of these items or decisions with us. He helped keep us on track, communicated what the ramifications of scope changes would be. Knowing how personal each residential project can be for any owner, the time he takes to get to know his clients and see their vision is remarkable. Finally, Jeremy is also a craftsman, and was hands-on building or installing multiple custom items in our home. It is obvious he wants his clients to love their finished project. He takes great pride in his work.

Jeremy is an honest, hard working, get the job done right kind of guy and it is reflected in the projects he builds. I consider Jeremy to be a good friend and a man of high character. I'll explain why that's important to this review. When you have someone in your house for multiple weeks, someone that chooses the subcontractors, is in charge of quality control, and interfaces with your wife and children while you are away; you want that person to be someone you would choose as a personal friend. Jeremy is that guy. He's very professional, he'll provide you with honest, accurate quotes, and he will do whatever is in his power to meet your deadlines. When he gives you a quote, take that into account - it's an honest and accurate estimate of what it will take in labor, material and management to get the job done right, not just to get it done. Jeremy's signature is quality and attention to detail. He won't cut corners - when it's finished it's beautiful quality workmanship. Jeremy has remodeled two bathrooms for us, and did a ground-up remodel of our kitchen. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning and be greeted by such a beautiful space. Jeremy is great at making design suggestions and pointing out things you wouldn't think of on your own. He was a great help for my wife in regards to materials, design, and color selection. I don't want this to sound like magical thinking. Things go wrong, sometimes things need to be redone, and there are unexpected delays for a number of reasons. These can't be prevented, but when they happen I want Jeremy on my side taking care of it. I trust him. Oh one more thing: My wife says Jeremy is easy to look at and he smells nice (not sure exactly what she means by that, hah hah).

Our master bathroom remodel would never have been the pleasant experience it turned out to be had we not found Jeremy Rowley! He quickly understood what we hoped to accomplish and was always pleasant, positive, and easy to communicate with. His subs were proficient, courteous and friendly. Everyone worked to keep the area dust-free and cleaned up each day. We're already planning the next remodel with Jeremy - our kitchen - which will happily begin very soon.
