As an experienced specifier and educator to architects and building designers, we offer training and specifications for projects from concept to completion. Our staff has an average of 19 yrs of experience working with design-build firms and general contractors so we know the industry and how to work together. We often work with home builders and their interior designers and decorators to bring their concepts to life. Landscape architects and designers often call on us to help integrate technology into their creations and work hand in hand with landscape contractors to work out the details. On outdoor projects, we work with the swimming pool builders to plan the entertaining areas. Working with artists and artisans we are able to hide and disguise many of our products to maintain performance while keeping the aesthetic as imagined. Custom cabinets and cabinetry provide great hiding places for equipment. Deck and patio builders are incorporating technology features into the designs. Televisions over fireplaces have become more of the norm than the exception. Audio and video furniture and accessories are often overlooked and they make the system come together. Lighting, lighting controls and LED upgrades with products from Lutron and others are wonderful ways to update the look and energy efficiency of your home. Working with clients on outdoor lighting and audio visual systems is one of our specialties. Some of our specialty speaker systems can go behind paint and wall coverings to be completely hidden. We can conceal many of our speakers into the stone, pavers and concrete. With the many types of automated window treatments we supply, we can make it easy and elegant to motorize curtains, shades and blinds and they integrate well in home automation. Integrating sound, lighting, and technology into wine cellars can make for some of the most impressive outcomes. With our partner electricians, we can provide LED upgrades and electrical services. Using painters and faux finishers we can hide many of the speakers and controls in plain sight. Real estate agents call on us to help setup new and existing systems for their clients.
