I cannot begin to describe how thrilled I am with my new draperies from Carolina Window Designs. They are exquisite and everything I dreamed of for my master bedroom. Teresa Knoll was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She did an amazing job listening and observing and was able to design a drapery that completely matched my vision. She has a great eye and was patient and helpful in the fabric selection process as well. Fabrication took less time than anticipated, and the installation process was seamless. I appreciated Teresa's attention to detail throughout, including being on site for the installation, making sure all went well and that the end result met her standards and my expectations. I will definitely be hiring her for future projects.

Excellent experience with Teresa at Carolina Window Designs. Wonderful selection of fabrics and great ideas and advice. When they arrived all the treatments were exceptionally well made and the installation was highly professional. Highly recommend them.

Would NEVER recommend this business! They were engaged by our rental company to repair a kitchen window blind. They came out, put a piece of Scotch tape on the blind, and billed us $149.50!!! How outrageous!! We and the rental company will make sure to tell everyone we know about this bad experience. The rental company has already said they will never use this company again!!!

When our instaler arrived at the home there was already Scotch tape on the broken piece. He replaced it with a heavier duty tape as a temporary fix and offered to try to find a replacement part even though the shutter was made by a manufacturer with which we do not do business. He was told by the homeowner they did not want any further work done. We do charge a service call fee and it is discussed on the inital contact. In addition, we have spoken with the rental company and our relationship with them is in good standing.

The window treatment installed by Carolina Window Designs added a special touch to my villa. Terasa worked diligently extending her expertise and keen eye in assisting me in selecting the appropriate window treatment for each room from custom blinds and drapes. She also was accommodating with installation arrangements. I am a satisfied customer.

We were looking for window covers for our new villa.. We wanted the latest look and so called Carolina window’s. When Teresa came to look over our needs, she suggested the latest, pleated shades, and also to get motorized darkeners because of the intense sun during the afternoon when we need it. They are now installed and look very classy. They are very easy to use. The darkeners help us from the sunlight, but it also protects our furniture and floor from sun bleaching. When you do not need the darkeners, they easily retract. We are very happy with our new, beautiful, classy look, and the protection we have for our new home. Call Teresa, you will be happy you did.

We had an extremely good experience with Carolina Window Designs. We worked with Theresa Knoll for window valances and sliding door treatments. Her knowledge and expertise was invaluable. She was extremely helpful narrowing down fabric samples to match our decor and budget. We are very happy with her recommendations plus the fabrication and delivery. I would highly recommend Carolina Window Design.

I was looking for a local workroom for a client project out of state and was referred by the local chapter of ASID to Jennifer at Carolina Window Designs. What a valued partner she turned out to be! I was able to execute custom window treatments as well as cushions, rods, blinds and shades for a successful client project while still being in St. Louis. It was obvious that her many years of expertise helped make this project a success. Jennifer is a complete professional who delivers on time and on budget! The client was so pleased with her work that we even tasked her with making custom bedding for their custom yacht! I would highly recommend Jennifer and her company!!

Jennifer was wonderful in guiding me to the proper window treatments for my entire condo at Hilton Head Island. Our condo is beachfront and is used as a rental aside from our personal enjoyment. I didn't want a vertical blind look, but I needed durability with style. She did all our windows and sliding glass doors to the balconies in all the bedrooms, our condo is just beautiful!! Highly recommend her she is incredible and stands behind all her work!
